Omah Geni was in unrest since the pang of tragedy struck overseas and there wasn't much else for the students and faculty at Tenūsa except to feel the deep gloom and uncertainty on the hearts and minds of a grief-stricken community. The wilds, spirits, and animals fiercely moved throughout the jungle as those of Tenūsa through divination knew that this was to be an incredibly turbulent time for the Isle of Divination. Never did Arturo imagine that this would be the case where Grand Seer Denbeigh and seventeen of their pewari would not return back to the island.

Arturo had felt so unmoored these past two weeks where they hadn't much contact with the witches and wizards who were meant to attend the travel to Scotland and he waited in bated breath for the contingency who had finally returned to be able to chat. He had the opportunity in passing to see Farron, a quick embrace and welcome back to the island as he knew that she would need some time to settle into their uncertainty and the mourning before they could figure out where to even begin rebuilding.

With a brief consideration of allowing his Patronus the joys of traversing Macan Tutul to Farron's living quarters, Arturo decided an envelope may be best for when she had been ready to see anyone. Addressed to Ms. Farron Horne in impeccable yet legible cursive, the following message awaited the dukun when she arrived back to her dwelling.

——
Dear Ms. Horne,

While I cannot imagine how to process the events that unfolded during your absence, I know that you have done your best in the face of uncertainty. As our community understands the looming threats of what has happened and we mourn the lives lost; we stand with you proudly as our interim headmaster of Tenūsa.

I would like to offer a standing invitation for dinner, if you'd ever need an ear or a hand. There are many dukuns on our island and we are all here in solidarity. In his passing, I know it is true that still Denbeigh smiles upon all of us.

Your friend,
Arturo
——
And with a delivered message to the interim headmaster's door, Arturo spent his free time with the villagers trying to piece back together themselves from the loss of Danbeigh, Grand Seer of the Isle of Divination, a force of positivity that was taken from them all too quickly.

The sun seemed to dim on the island just a little without his presence, and now Arturo simply awaited if Farron would take him up on his offer. Being at the top could be a lonely existence for those who treated it as such. He had grand hopes for Farron and would be there to help clear a path for Tenūsa through the wilds that he knew so well.

Sleep had not come easily to Farron after the attack, and even less so pulled back to duty and away from the support system of her father and Finley that were conveniently located in Hogsmeade during the visit. When the trip ended, she had to return. With seventeen less students. With seventeen families grieving. With their headmaster dead. With just- Farron, and the students that remained. There was not a wish that Farron had died in their stead, because that would be a stupid wish. A wish that could not bring anyone back anyway. She would've left grief in the wake of her own death, and one tragedy did not make up for another. One life could not replace eighteen. So, she did what she had to. And for that she was numb. Letting herself grieve and feel was not allowed, because then she would be useless to the school at large who for some reason had deemed her a suitable interim headmaster.

Arturo's letter had been received among many parchments of letters being written, funerals being arranged, condolences being passed around. The frog patronus was barely taken note of. She carefully folded it and placed it in a drawer, to be forgotten for another three days. When Farron returned to the idea of taking him up on the offer, it was more so because she had truly forgotten to think about dinner. But- perhaps it was time to ask for help. She just wasn't sure what help would look like at this point. One thing was for sure, and that was that she did not want the permanent position of Grand Seer. She barely knew if she wanted to work here anymore. To look anyone in the eyes right now was one of the most painful tasks of her day, and she avoided in person contact at all times. Which was abnormal for the normally extremely extroverted woman who's animagus even wore a permanent smile.

So she was in front of his door, hands nervously fretting over herself as she brought her hand up to gently knock on the door of Arturo's home. Upon Arturo opening the door, he would witness Farron who was a bit of an eyesore, though normally quite beautiful, she had not been taking care of herself. Her curl pattern was irregular and decimated from lack of care, apparent even in the tight bun she wore it in atop her head. The dark bags under her eyes on the verge of looking like bruises, her tight-lipped smile out of place, her eyes dull and spacey. "Good evening, Arturo. Do you mind if I take you up on your invitation tonight?"
