Personality
Delilah is an outgoing girl but she can be shy around new people, as most people are. She isn't very sporty but she does like to watch Quidditch and supports the Ballycastle Bats. She enjoys reading up in her bedroom and could spend hours at a time writing. She also enjoys doing "Muggle" things, such as watching soccer matches.

Apperance
Delilah is quite a short girl, standing at 4'9, but she's also only 11. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, with freckles dotting her face. She usually has her hair down, but ties it up during classes to keep it out of her face. She isn't very athletic, since most of her time is spent reading.

Home Life
Delilah Mallard is an Irish-born half-blood. Her mother is a witch and her dad is a muggle. Delilah's mother, Jane, is a muggle-born witch which is how she met her father, Patrick. The two of them met at a Sligo Rovers soccer match and fell in love almost instantly. Patrick reacted well to Jane being a witch and is very accepting of her customs. The two were ecstatic to find out Delilah was a witch. Delilah has quite a nice home life. Her parents are very supportive of her and make sure she is always happy. They don't spoil her, but they take very good care of her. Delilah has always known that her mother is a witch and that her father isn't. She had always hoped she would be a witch because she loves watching her mothers magical abilities. Delilah's mother is a magizoologist and her father is an accountant for a local business firm. She has lived in Dublin all of her life so she is a bit nervous to be going to Hogwarts but she cannot wait to start learning magic.

First Use Of Magic
Delilah first showed her magical abilities at the age of six, when she managed to make her pet bunny disappear.

Hogwarts Letter
Delilah had received her Hogwarts letter during the afternoon. She'd been sitting outside with her dad when an owl had dropped the letter into his lap. The two of them were beyond excited and her mother even left work early to come home and celebrate.
