Born and raised in Belfast!

The family itself is well off but Emily would never dare call herself rich. She doesn't live in a mansion nor does she have eleven bathrooms or six swimming pools, instead just living in a "nicer" part of the city with a taller house and more stairs. With the house left in Nora Russell's hands while she looks after Emily, the home itself is very laid back and cosy, with more emphasis on the "family" aspect of the home rather than any form of trinkets or snazzy furniture that would cost an arm and a leg to buy!

• How do they feel about that?

Emily despises the "rich" term labelled by her old school mates when it comes to discussing her familial background - more so because she sees no value in being well-off to even know what to do with money when one has everything. At a first glance, it's very obvious to tell that Emily is not at all a representative of any kind of wealth or narcissism that's capable of being stemmed from it. Embracing the down-to-earth side of things since she was young has made her happy in spite of her parents' money bank. Growing up in a household that actually feels homey has helped her appreciate her environment a bit better and is a much better representation of who she is as a person.

• Did they have a happy childhood?

If not for Nora ("Auntie") Emily's childhood would've been a lot more lonely in hindsight. Having parents that work constantly abroad and barely spend any time with their daughter at all left Emily feeling neglected, even if unintentionally. The constant snide comments made behind Emily's back over her parents' workaholic nature and "Auntie's" presence has also been a point of contempt for Emily as well - saying that however, Emily had made good friends from her Primary school, though has naturally drifted as a result of her attendance at Hogwarts. "Auntie" came to work as the new nanny of sorts for Emily when she was two years old, back when work for both her mother and father became overwhelming that neither could stay home to take care of her anymore. Since stepping into her life, Emily had completely clung to her as a parental figure and in part to her, Emily has grown up appreciating everything in life, big and small. Despite her absent parents, Emily still grew up to be as one could hope; as a girl. And a happy one!

• Before their Hogwarts letter, what was their most influential life event? Good or bad.

If it hadn't been hinted at before, it would be "Auntie's" integration into Emily's upbringing. A teacher, a parental figure and dare she say an angel, Emily considers Nora to be everything she wished she saw more of from her parents. Without her, Emily wouldn't imagine living this life in the same cheery way she has been...

• What is their favorite clothing style?

In contrast to her mother's tastes (whether or not it was shaped by her brand or the other wacky influencers she mixes with), Emily prefers simple styles. Emily is one for jumpers, cardigans and turtlenecks and either trousers or a long skirt with dark coloured socks underneath. A well-known accessory of hers is the ribbons she wears in her hair, with many in different colours depending on the occasion.

• Do they have any favorite game(s)?

Board games were a common thread in the household when Emily was growing up; Ludo, Kerplunk and Catan were the known favourites. Card games were also a staple, with games such as Jack-Change-It, 21 and Solitaire being good as time wasters or for rainy days.

• What sort of music do they like?

Emily grew up listening to "Auntie's" collection of 80s and 90s rock and pop music, thus developing a very retro taste. However, orchestral performances have also begun to fascinate Emily in recent years, enjoying traditional works and renditions of movie scores alike in a full orchestra setting.

• What's their favorite book genre?

In Emily's life, there are no genres of books... Only books! Emily will ready anything and everything! Picking favourites is as easy for Emily as discerning Skittles from M&Ms with a blindfold on... But one thing to note is that Emily loves her gothic novels and fairytales the most... That's a decent answer, right?

• Which class is their favorite?

Inquisitive, curious and fascinated with everything, Emily favours every class at Hogwarts including Transfiguration... Although Transfiguration doesn't really seem to favour her all that much... Top of the chain however by a smidge is Herbology (which will no doubt be overtaken by CoMC when the time comes!).

• How would they prefer to travel? (Hippogriff, broom, car, etc.)

Emily loved getting around by trains as a small child. While she still does, she also wants to one day ride by the convenience of magical creatures... As for which one, all of them!

• Is there a broom they want? If they already have their favorite, what makes it great?

Emily's not too confident on anything broom related. She's very content with the Nimbus 1500 she has however! Good speed (for her!) and surprisingly sleek.

• What do they look for in a friend?

An open mind, charm, loyalty and someone capable of having a good laugh/sense of humour. So it's no wonder that the soft and squishy Huffie has some very bubbly companions

• What would your character see in the Mirror of Erised?

Her and her beloved Nora but she wouldn't be known as "Auntie"... If Emily could trade anything in the world, it would be to have Nora as her actual mother.

• What is their strongest trait? (Feel free to list two or three)

Without a shadow of a doubt, it's Emily's sense of empathy. Whatever it is that someone feels, Emily can recognise it and act on it, depending on the situation; whether it's a smile when someone smiles at her first, or lending her shoulder for someone to cry on. Getting in touch with emotions and connecting with people through them is an ability Emily constantly tries to perfect and use so that she can one day make the world a better place for those that need it.

• Who do they admire most?

"AUNTIE"

• Is there someone they wish they could meet?

Her grandparents... While she's heard a few tales about them she's never actually met them on neither her mother or her father's side of the family... Not after some rumoured falling outs with them.

• Are they typically underestimated (in strength, intelligence, maturity, etc)?

Emily is more than likely underestimated in her courage and resilience. Being seen as the soft spoken pacifist who loves every living creature, good or bad, it's easy for people to see her as "weak" or "naïve". However Emily does what she knows how to do best; soldier on. For one who doesn't have the loudest voice in the room, Emily's resilience and sense of courage blossoms quietly - Painting her as an Underdog of sorts. She may be sweet, but she's also strong where it counts!

• What do they like about themselves?

Probably the fact that Emily feels a lot of love for all things. The world is far from perfect yet she'd rather search for the glimmers of light in everyone and everything instead of constantly hating and chastising the bad stuff. To hate something all the time would get awfully tiring.

"Trust yourself, love yourself, be yourself!"

She was born and raised in a big mansion in London.

Quite wealthy, always had the best for everything.

She always felt grateful and the opportunities it provides but always valued her intellect, kindness, and connections with others far more than material possessions.

Yes! She loved playing different types of games with her siblings in her fairly big garden and she is also really close to her parents and cherishes her family moments.

• Before their Hogwarts letter, what was their most influential life event? Good or bad.

At six, Elvenia’s one of the most life-changing moment was when she magically fixed her toy cat, sparking her excitement about being a witch and making her parents proud. It marked the beginning of her magical and wizarding future.

Elvenia loves a mix of casual elegance and whimsical charm, often wearing flowy dresses, skirts, or stylish robes paired with cozy cardigans. In winter, she adores wearing boots and furry coats.

Elvenia and her siblings love to play wizard chess! Their father also taught a magical version of tag when she was small.

Elvenia enjoys classical music and ambient instrumental tunes, purrfect for stargazing or studying. She also loves soft acoustic melodies.

Though she can read any books at any time, she mostly prefer fantasy, especially stories that blend adventure, magic, and mystery!

Astronomy through and through! But she also enjoys charms and transfiguration as well.

By broom of course, what could be more fun? But she secretly also wants to try flying a hippogriff

Loyalty, ability to keep all her secrets and a good sense of humour!

Though she never saw one, she would probably see herself as one of the famous witch who has discovered many celestial wonders and is surrounded by her proud family members and friends.

Elvenia's strongest traits are her intelligence, curiosity and kindness. Also that she is very trustworthy and helpful.

• Who do they admire most?

She really admires her grandfather, Gilbert Moonshadow, with whom she shares a mutual passion of stargazing.

• Is there someone they wish they could meet?

Her paternal grandparents, she never met them and never got know about them at all.

• Are they typically underestimated (in strength, intelligence, maturity, etc)?

Sometimes her gentle nature and kindness might sometimes lead others to misjudge her strength but she has, many times, proven them absolutely wrong.

• What do they like about themselves?

Elvenia is proud of her intellect and curiosity, which fuel her love for learning and exploring new ideas. She also values her kindness and imagination, allowing her to connect with others and see the world in really unique ways!

• Do they have a motto, mantra, or favorite quote?

"Why be ordinary when you can be delightfully unpredictable?"

The young Takahshi spent most of her childhood in Ilford, England, being chased around Clarendon mansion by one of the many nannies her father employed hot on her heels. She developed quite a fascination with shiny objects—knives included—a quirk that both amused and occasionally worried those around her, especially the nannies.

To put it quite bluntly out in the open—she's filthy rich. Wearing expensive outfits, sleeping on silk sheets...she's the girl who has it all. She could be blowing her nose in fresh green banknotes for all she cares, tossing them aside as if they were nothing more than tissue paper. But here's the catch—while she's got the fortune and the glam, she's not quite on the same level as every second pureblooded character on this site. No old money, no family vaults stuffed with centuries of inheritance. It's all new money—her father, a famous Muggle actor—think Jackie Chan with all the fame and martial arts finesse—built his career from nothing, and she's reaping the rewards. She's a product of today's world—flashy, bold, and unpologetically a nepo-baby. Sure, she doesn't have centuries-old heirlooms or a coat of arms, but her fortune is just as real as anyone's.

On the surface, she revels in it—flaunting designer clothes, treating luxury like second nature, and never hesitating to throw money at a problem. But deep down, she knows it doesn't mean much. Money has never bought her the one thing she's truly wanted: unconditional love. It's a way to distract herself, and a weapon to keep people at a distance. She'll act like she doesn't care, but if you strip it all away, the question lingers—what does she have left?

Not exactly. From the outside, her life looked like a dream—lavish birthday parties, private tutors, vacations in exotic locations—but it was all hollow. Her father was rarely home, always away on set, and when he was around, he barely knew how to connect with her. Her mother resented her, viewing Ula as the reason her life didn't turn out the way she wanted. Affection was a currency Ula never seemed to have enough of. She never really played many games growing up—no siblings to bicker with, no parents to indulge her. But she enjoys strategy-based games, things that require wit and manipulation. She's frighteningly good at chess and finds amusement in the psychological warfare of it. Her real game, though, is social maneuvering—reading people, setting things up in her favor. It's less about winning and more about not losing.

That said, if she ever did sit down for a game night, she'd absolutely dominate at Monopoly—ruthlessly buying up properties and driving everyone else into bankruptcy without a second thought. And as for Uno? The moment she slaps down a Reverse card, it's for the reason to deliver the final blow. Mercy isn't really in her vocabulary when it comes to competition.

A mix of edgy pop and high-fashion anthems—Ula's playlist is as bold as she is. She's drawn to artists like Marina and the Diamonds, particularly songs like Primadonna Girl—a song that captures her desire for control, power, and attention, without much thought for the deeper meaning behind the lyrics. RIP to My Youth by The Neighbourhood speaks to a restless feeling she doesn't fully recognize in herself—the sense of something being lost, or maybe, just not caring enough to even try to figure it out. If asked about this one I'm pretty sure she's shrug her shoulders and say how she resonates with the verse "Wrap me up in Chanel inside my coffin" She thrives on the larger-than-life energy of Iggy Azalea's Fancy, Lady Gaga's Money Honey, and Gwen Stefani's If I Was a Rich Girl. These songs present the world she's building for herself—fierce, unapologetic, and all about image. Ula doesn't spend much time thinking about the reasons she's drawn to these tracks; she just knows they fit her. They make her feel invincible, and that's all that matters.

If you ask her in public, she'll say she doesn't read much—it's easier to play it cool and keep up the "all-action, no-nonsense" persona. She's drawn to physiological thrillers though. She's never fully understood why. There's something about the dark, twisted minds of flawed characters that fascinates her, but she doesn't see herself in them—not in a self-aware way, at least. The truth is, she's not reflecting on the emotional roots of her preferences; she just doesn't feel the need to. She's unaware of how much her past shaped her, and while her choices might reveal more about her than she realizes, it's not something she's yet ready to confront.

Defense Against the Dark Arts. There's something satisfying about the raw power behind it—learning to protect oneself, to fight. It's the one class where her instinct for control actually works in her favor.

A broom? Not for Ula. She's afraid of heights and flying—the kind that doesn't have the same comfort that a private jet has. But a sleek, high-end car? That's her kind of ride. The sleek, luxurious lines, the feeling of power behind the wheel (even if she's not driving just yet), and the speed—she enjoys the way it makes her feel untouchable, like she's in complete control . No carriages or slow-moving nonsense. She's never been one to wait around for anything.

Loyalty above all. She needs someone who won't flinch when things get ugly, someone who won't walk away when they see the mess beneath her carefully crafted image. She doesn't trust easily, so the few she lets in are people who prove they can handle her—sarcasm, flaws, and all. If you betray her? You're dead to her. Simple as that.

At first, she'd think it's herself ruling the world—strong, powerful, untouchable. But if she looked closer, something unexpected would begin to take shape. It wouldn't be the perfect, polished image she imagined. Instead, there would be a few figures surrounding her, their faces blurred, yet undeniably present. A found family, a group of people who chose her, not out of obligation, but because they wanted to. It's not the family she expected or thought she needed, but the one that would offer her love in a way she never received. She'd hate that she wants it, but the mirror never lies.

Maybe herself—her real self, without all the walls. But she's not ready for that yet.

People think she's just another rich, spoiled brat with a pretty face. They think she's all money and attitude and that makes it easier to strike when they least expect it.

Her independence. She doesn't need anyone, and that makes her untouchable. Or at least, that's what she tells herself.

"Never let them see you bleed." Whether in a fight, in love, or in life—weakness is a weapon in the wrong hands, and she refuses to be anyone's target.

California for the first years of his life, then he moved to Scotland.

• Is their family wealthy? Poor? Comfortable?

Comfortable, slowly making their way into wealth.

• How do they feel about that?

Conflicted due to the changes that have been occurring as a result. For example, his parents recently moved and sold their old home, which was originally under his grandfather's name. Aodhan is not pleased, to say the least. At the same time, he really wants to eventually ask for expensive items without consequence.

• Did they have a happy childhood?

At home? Yes, minus some hiccups here and there. Not so much in the social sphere of things. Despite his extroversion, he never found himself surrounded with many friends, if any. Something about finding him annoying. Oh well.

• What is their favorite clothing style?

Mainly preppy with some layering, but he also enjoys wearing casual, comfy clothes. Regardless of the style, he's more often than not seen in bright colors.

• Do they have any favorite game(s)?

If you mean video games, then perhaps Apex Legends right now. Fast-paced, tons of variety in the characters, different maps, tons of skill expression... Yeah. It's up his alley.

• What sort of music do they like?

Lots of things with high energy, so pop, hyperpop, etc. Slower tunes put him to sleep more than anything.

• What's their favorite book genre?

If he could, somehow, be bothered to read more often, then most likely anything adventure/fantasy based.

Charms! And on a lesser note, transfiguration. So far, they click with him.

Well currently, he greatly enjoys flying on his broom, so he would use it any opportunity.

Definitely anyone that can match his energy, and especially if they can find a way to make him laugh. Mainly people that are weird and loud in their own ways.

Maybe his grandfather alive and well, finally saying that he's proud of Aodhan. Also tons of people cheering for him, wanting to be his friend, admiring him, etc. None of the faces are detailed though—strangely enough, they're just people.

His optimism and adaptability for sure.

His grandfather, though he wouldn't openly say this.

He'd certainly be underestimated in the intelligence department due to his ridiculous comments.

How quickly his mind can work. There are tons of ideas floating around in that head of his, he just needs the right way to channel it.

"Who's going to stop you?" - nothing groundbreaking, but one of the many things his grandfather would often tell him. He's derived motivation from it countless times while growing up.

Graci and her twin sister Zoe grew up in London England and have lived there for their whole lives, though sometimes they'd switch houses.

Comfortable, I would say. Their father owns a bookstore , not that the fact was necessary.

She would rather be in her comfortable state of life than rich. But she's quite glad that they aren't poor.

She prefers a rather basic style of clothing most days, she adores cargo pants and HUGE t-shirts. She wants to -when shes older- change her style to more of a cottage core vibe. Long Earth toned skirts and knitted sweaters and SO MANY BRACELETS.

She really likes dutch blitz. DOESN'T like stratego, wants to get into D&D

In general, pop. Like Benson Boone or Matt Hansen. Or Christian music. She's really into Epic: the musical right now.

...whyyyyyy. She (I) likes fantasy, more specifically cozy fantasy. Sometimes the occasional contemporary romances. Or anything adventurous in the juvenile section, like Rick Riordan books, fablehaven, Keeper of the Lost Cities, the wing feather saga, etc.

• Are they typically underestimated (in strength, intelligence, maturity, etc)?

Kind of. I mean, shes a girl, she will ALWAYS be underestimated in some way.

• What do they like about themselves?

Her eyes. soooo pretty. And her nose, don't get me wrong, I know that sounds weird but IRL I find noses fascinating.

• Do they have a motto, mantra, or favorite quote?

The capacity to love cannot be bred in isolation.

• Where were they raised?

Lyanna's hometown is Cambridge, but she has always traveled a lot during her childhood. Despite that, she loves Cambridge and her house there, and has always had a strong sense of home: being with her family and her friends and simply the people she loves.

• Is their family wealthy? Poor? Comfortable?

Lyanna would say that her family is comfortable. They have never had any financial problems, have a good amount of money and a nice house. They certainly aren't rich or wealthy though, they just have enough to live a nice life without having to think about money that much and can go on trips without needing to worry about not making enough money.

• How do they feel about that?

Lucky, and happy with what they have. They know that there are many people in the world who aren't as lucky as them, and never boast about it.

• Did they have a happy childhood?

For sure! Lyanna's childhood was full of traveling, friends and family, and one of the things she will always remember is running through a sunflower-filled valley during a summer in Italy, and feeling nothing but free. That's all a child like her needed to be happy: to have a nice family and be whoever she wanted to be and do whatever she felt like doing!

That may all have changed during her first year, but it's still important to remember. Especially when you're so confused after what happened that you're not entirely sure where you are anymore, a terrifyingly wonderful feeling that only some are able to describe.

• Before their Hogwarts letter, what was their most influential life event? Good or bad.

Now that's a hard question! There have been so many important moments before attending Hogwarts! If I really had to pick one out, maybe her first instance of magic? Not because she learned she was a witch, which she already (basically) knew, but because it really showed her personality bloom! Even now, she's not sure if Hufflepuff or Gryffindor would've suited her better, as her personality is a mix of the two, but she trusts the sorting hat!

• What is their favorite clothing style?

Described in three words: simple, comfortable, up-to-date. What that means for her is that she usually prioritizes comfort and goes for simple rather than exuberant, and likes wearing clothes that are at least a bit in style. That doesn't mean vintage isn't her thing though (it is), just that she doesn't like wearing stuff that's too old-style. Despite that, she usually doesn't care too much about what she wears, except on special occasions.

• Do they have any favorite game(s)?

Having traveled to many places and experienced many different cultures, Lyanna can't say she has a favorite game because she's played so many fun ones with so many different fun people! Card games, board games, anything outside such as building a tree house, having snowball fights and playing hide and seek... Lyanna's in- oh and Quidditch of course!

• What sort of music do they like?

Lyanna plays the piano, and has always had a passion for classical music. Apart from that, she doesn't have a specific style but rather a playlist with a mix of songs she likes! Sometimes she's in a rock-vibe, sometimes she's a bit depressed or sad, it really depends on her mood

• What's their favorite book genre?

Since when do you have to have a favorite?? Lyanna certainly doesn't, she loves reading and will read any genre, as long as it's a good read! She does seem to read a bit more mysteries, adventures, realistic (history) novels and classics, but fantasy can also be fun to read depending on the book. She tends to be much less of a romance person though, but give her a good book of whatever genre (including romance) and if she likes it she'll have it finished within a few days at most!

• Which class is their favorite?

Lyanna likes them all! At the beginning of the year potions didn't seem to favor her all too much, which was hard to hide sometimes, but she's improved dramatically and has grown to like it much more during the course of her first year! Sometimes History of Magic can be boring, but it's always interesting and Lyanna likes that subject too! Her favorites might be Charms, DADA and Herbology, but that certainly doesn't mean she likes those much more than the others, and it's still pretty hard for her to choose!

• How would they prefer to travel? (Hippogriff, broom, car, etc.)

Flying has always been one of the most amazing things about the wizarding word, no one can change Lyanna's mind about that. So it stands to reason that her favorite way of traveling is by broom, although she would like to learn how to apparate, as that can be very efficient in certain situations. And she'd absolutely love to ride a Hippogriff sometime in the future, and when the time comes also a Thestrall. Even a dragon! Lyanna loves nature and meeting (and riding) magical creatures is certainly on her bucket-list.

• Is there a broom they want? If they already have their favorite, what makes it great?

As passionate as she is about Quidditch and flying, Lyanna has had a Nimbus 1000 since her 11th birthday, but would love to have a Silver Arrow. And of course, when she's a sixth year, also upgrade that!

• What do they look for in a friend?

Someone who understands her and fully accepts her as she is. Someone who she can trust and talk to. Someone who she can not just laugh with but also cry with.

• What would your character see in the Mirror of Erised?

Before the Christmas of 2024-2025, she wouldn't have been entirely sure yet, but after the holidays ended she wouldn't have had to think about it for more than a second: for her family to be whole again.

• What is their strongest trait? (Feel free to list two or three)

Her empathetic, strong-willed personality. Lyanna is always conscious of others' feelings and can always show empathy. The other strong trait of her's that I mentioned is her strong will. If she believes in something and feels like it is the right thing to do, saying that it's difficult to stop her is certainly an understatement. And last, her bright, curious and independent way of going about things. No surprises here!

Her mother, Jade. She always has and always will. Especially after learning what happened to Jade when she was a student at Hogwarts herself, and everything that happened to her, including when Lyanna was old enough to attend Hogwarts.

Probably her cousin on her mother's side of the family. She doesn't know much about them yet, only what she has(n't) been told about her grandparents, but what's the worst thing that could happen?

Well. It depends on the person, but if it does happen it's usually rich blood-purist *fails to think of a nice word* who think they're superior and such. And she's not even a muggleborn at that! Whatever. It doesn't happen that often, luckily.

Probably her way of looking on the bright side, something that she always tries to do. She's more focused on the glass being half full rather than half empty. Because of that, it's much easier for Lyanna to make strong bonds with people and quickly make friends, something that will certainly help her in the future, because of always trying to see the (hint of) good in people. Another thing she values is her resilience, the way she manages to get through things that would drain other people of their will, because Lyanna is, and has always been, a strong-willed person and doesn't give up easily.

Pyce themself lives comfortably. However, their mother is technically quite wealthy, even if she doesn't often dip into the funds.

Pyce doesn't know that their mother has any extreme surplus of money. They are quite content with the comfortable life they have now

Yes! Pyce had a delightful childhood!

It's debatable. There is certainly some merit for multiple events. One of them being Mori coming out to Pyce and Hecate, them explaining non-binary and what it entails. It certainly did inspire Pyce to look more into it, eventually transitioning themself. Of course, one might also argue that their most influential life event was learning about dragons in a book they found in the library. It has quite literally shaped most everything about Pyce, past, present, and future.

Pyce personally dresses in something more formal. Their main outfit consists of a sweater vest, long-sleeve collared button up, and just a pair of casual pants. They like "looking smart."

Pyce is an avid lover of Moxy Früvous. They also listen to They Might Be Giants, and a couple of musicals. I have plans to get them into Epic the Musical later on

Fantasy. It perhaps fuels their love of adventure, mildly reckless nature, and endless curiosity at magic and the world around them.

They would want to ride a dragon everywhere if they could. As it stands, they can't. Pyce instead prefers floo powder.

Someone who doesn't mind listening to inane rambles. They'd love it if any potential friend wouldn't drag them into situations (pranks, mischief, general tomfoolery,) but with their track record, that's a tall order.

Pyce would see themself as a successful dragon tamer, Hecate by their side, with him looking happy in some unknown profession.

Their sense of adventure. Pyce loves the idea of quests and journeys and having an adventure just like in their favorite books. It actually motivates a lot of their actions, and keeps them moving forward when things look rough. They are also quite smart and can think their ways out of quite a few things. Assuming they stay calm enough to think rationally.

A split answer between their Aunt Lea, and Hecate, their twin brother.

Yes, in strength and innocence. Pyce does not look like much, but could certainly do a lot in terms of strength. You'd assume such a child wouldn't go about trying to climb trees or scale boulders, but these are both activities they not only frequently participate in, but excel at. Also- You may think their cute eyes and dapper dress means they are not an agent of chaos, but I will remind you that their twin prides himself as being a prankster. Pyce generally does not participate that often, but they can be deceitful and are used to general trickery.

Pyce likes their hair. They like how it makes a nice, puffy little ponytail. They'll likely keep it at that length well into adulthood.

Which is such a fun quote to give a Gryffindor. Minor context here, and spoilers if you haven't read the How to Train Your Dragon books, this line is said when Hiccup is going to talk to the Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus in the first book. The full paragraph being,

Quite frankly, I think the reason that Pyce fell in love with How to Train Your Dragon, out of all the books that have dragons in them, is because they can relate to Hiccup. They see their brain as one of their greatest qualities, very much would prefer to avoid confrontation, and love dragons. They would like to prove themself to other people, but don't want to stand out too much. They don't want to be the hero of their own story. They are quite content just being them.
One of the most well-known traits of Gryffindor, bravery, does not come naturally to them, and they knew that long before they were sorted. But it is a lot easier to be brave when there's no alternative. That is true. And Pyce doesn't mind that it's their favorite quote from the book.

I was raised in Sweden until my mother died, right now I live with my dad in London.

I would say it's kind of perfect. We're not too rich but we're not poor either. But father works a lot so I'm kind of alone during the holidays.

Well, I’m used with being alone so it doesn’t bother me.

I don’t remember much. But I do remember the pain every month when I became a werewolf and I remember a bit about my mom. Father was happier when she was alive.

Probably the night I became a werewolf.

As I mentioned before, I'm not really a fan of broom flying so I don't really wish for a broom though I do enjoy watching quidditch sometimes.

That's a really hard question. It could be so many things like my mother alive, my father happy, not being a werewolf. There's no clear answer.

I would say that I'm caring, loyal and a very good listener.

I don't really know. I admired my mother so much and still admire her. Then we have Newt Scamander whose book Fantastic Beasts and where to find them still is one of my favorites. His way to look at creatures and half humans is amazing.

I wish that I could meet my mom again. Other than that we have Newt Scamander, Remus Lupin and Albus Dumbledore (of course).

I don't really know but I would say that I can be underestimated in strength, intelligence and words since I have a really sharp tongue sometimes.

Asara grew up in the small town of Carbost, Scotland, in a largish cottage home parked up near Loch Harport. Her family moved there when she was 5 so her mother, Ciara, could work at the Talisker brewery. She spent her time in the fields and the water.

• Is their family wealthy? Poor? Comfortable?

Very comfortable, bordering wealthy.

Her mother works at the Talisker brewery in a senior position which gives her a salary of over £50,000. That alone is considered a very good income for a small family in a regional area. On top of that her father, Callum, makes a tidy salary as a manager of magical water systems with a specialty in lakes and bogs. He's also a pureblood and while he's no Noble his family has been around long enough to have some good savings and investments. They also have a house (the cottage), the land it's on, a car, a couple canoes and a family fishing boat, so their personal assets are well in order.

Their combined wealth has them living fairly well in both worlds.

• How do they feel about that?

The parents - They're content with what they have and their way of life. They've found their place in the world, have all they want and even have a surprise child on the way. They're happy to maintain what they have and aren't about to go bragging or reaching for further heights.

Asara - she doesn't think much of it. It's just how she's lived. Her parents take care not to spoil her and live fairly simply, so she's no snob or braggart. The boat isn't uncommon where they live, being right near a large loch, so that doesn't draw much attention either.

• Did they have a happy childhood?

It was very happy. She's lived freely among nature, though her parents have done well to keep her grounded. The place is a bit small so she wouldn't mind having more friends, but doesn't really have any complaints.

• Before their Hogwarts letter, what was their most influential life event? Good or bad.

Probably a case of accidental magic when she was 5. It wasn't her first, but it was certainly and it stuck with her. Her parents had taken her out on a boat when she fell overboard. Her parents panicked but she just bobbed back up and climbed onto the water's surface as thoguh it were land. Ever since she's studied and practised so she can recreate it. Her parents think that might also be why she likes the water so much.

Another major life event would have to be the move the Carbost when she was 5. She'd have grown up in Dublin, Ireland, and been a city girl instead of the grubby wild thing she is now.

• What is their favorite clothing style?

Asara likes sweaters, jackets, shirts, pants, skirts and overalls but she's not much fussed over dresses. If it's not comfortable she doesn't wear it and pockets are always welcome. She likes scarves, scrunchies, nail polish and stick on earrings. Her favourite hat style is wide brimmed witch hats of all sorts.

She wears greens, blues and yellows the most as they're all her favourite colours. She doesn't mind reds, oranges and pinks but refuses to wear them because they go terribly with her red hair. She'd prefer not to look like a fire or fairy floss or big strawberry. Denim, wool and simple cotton works plenty. She especially loves clothes with fun patterns.

She prefers things to be pretty and practical wherever possible, but practical usually goes before pretty if she only gets one.

• Do they have any favorite game(s)?

Playing cards, gobstones and hungry hungry hippos.
She's not one for chess.

• What sort of music do they like?

Her parents sent her to learn piano at the local pub. She loves jives and jazzy pub tunes but her favourite composer is Camille Saint-Saëns. She likes trying to play cartoon songs on the piano for the little ones. She'll miss the piano dearly if she can't find one at Hogwarts.

She also likes pop songs and things with percussion, especially if she can dance to it. She doesn't have a favourite singer but she does likes listening to whatever's playing on the radio.

• What's their favorite book genre?

She likes graphic novels, CYOA books and diary/letter style books the most, along with long series with good world building like Dragonlinks.

• Which class is their favorite?

She's not been to any yet but she's most looking forward to Herbology, Astronomy and Care For Magical Creatures.

Overall she prefers muggle methods, especially boating, but if she had to pick a magical method she picks the broom every time. It's fun and doesn't feel like it's trying to squeeze her through a black hole.

She doesn't have a favourite broom or any particular one in mind. She'd rather a boat to be honest. But if she had to pick a broom it'd be a fast and agile one good for travelling.

• What do they look for in a friend?

She likes a kind friend who doesn't mind talking to her. They don't have to be chatterboxes like her but if they don't mind listening then that works plenty. Bonus points if they like similar activities so they can spend time together easily.

• What would your character see in the Mirror of Erised?

I'm not sure. Maybe her adult self on a path she likes.

Her independence, confidence and ability to stay grounded.

• Who do they admire most?

It's embarrassing and a little cringey, but her father. They have similar interests and she can see herself walking a similar path in life, so she respects his expertise. She also likes how comfortable he is to be around. She loves and respects her mother deeply too, but their interests are too different for her to have the same level of admiration and appreciation.

• Is there someone they wish they could meet?

She's looking forward to meeting her new baby sibling but they're not due until March.

• Are they typically underestimated (in strength, intelligence, maturity, etc)?

Those who don't know her may underestimate her ability to sit still, quiet and focussed because she's so chatty and energetic. However all the fishing, camping and the like taught her patience and focus. Her piano practise also helped with quiet and focus. Above all she's more studious than others expect, though that's in large part because if she knows what she's doing and can prove her competence, adults can't use safety to stop her from doing as she pleases.

• What do they like about themselves?

She likes her friendliness, her ability to wrangle more personal freedom with her smarts, her ability to care for children (mostly the music she plays for them) and her love for nature and the world around her.
