Breakfast
The next day I hurry to the Great Hall for a quick breakfast. I avoid all eye contact and just grab a plate piling it full of pastries. I wolf them down and grab a few to go. I head back to exploring this giant school I will be calling home from now on. As I exit I bump into someone, I hear them protest but I don't care I just keep walking. I'm so tired of Hogwarts and its only day 6. I've attended most of my classes, snuck into the library, mapped out at least half the school in my mind and on paper, and found a secret place that no one goes in. Those events were fine even fun I might add, but the people. The cheery voices and smiles of Hufflepuff are just too much for a girl who loves sarcasm, sass, some good burns and her twin sister (who is in Gryffindor). I try to avoid my house except for sleep. After all its just a label right? It doesn't define who I am right? I am debating skipping my first class and going to the library but decide to just go to class and skip a class later. How did a rule breaker like me get in Hufflepuff anyway? This question circles in my head as I make my way to class.
