Your RPG storyline idea : I find that I have more fun with threads when Oliver is mean, or is trying to be mean but cant when they are really nice. Really I like making him be mean to characters. It's a lot more fun when people are mean back, or just plain ignore when he is mean.
Additional info : Looking for someone to be mean back at him, or someone to just be like- oblivious to mean comments.

Your RPG storyline idea : I really need an antithesis/mirror/opposite to Tes to really get back into her main story. What I mean by this is I want someone who is shy and gloomy, preferably a pureblood or from some other well-to-do family, that is an opposite to Tes's small farm optimism. This would hopefully be a long-term connection, but we can absolutely just try a thread or two to see how our characters work! Basically, I want your character to learn about diversity and grow into a more confident or considerate person, and Tes to learn about responsibility and understanding.
Additional info : Tes is a wizardborn werewolf with a werewolf pureblood mother and a muggleborn mum, if you want your character to work on werewolf or muggle prejudices. She also has an elite pureblood grandmother, and that could easily be why the two meet.

Just a simple sightseeing from the top of the Astronomy Tower. Stargaze and whatnot; discuss things totally random or about Astronomy itself. Doesn't have to be a long-term connection, just two students that can appreciate the beauty of the skies before curfew and that could be their only similarity. Could be their first time meeting too. Up to your liking, actually.

Owl me if you have more ideas about what they would love to do or talk about as long as the location is in the top of the Astronomy Tower, since Aurelia will be mellowing there for Christmas, deliberately skipping the Christmas Feast. No romance; Gods, this is an 11-year old.
