Hello! Its a pleasure to be able to talk again! I know you said that auntie was very sick, but it was agonizing not seeing any letters or surprises for a while. By the way, is Aunt Mahna better?
Anyways, how are you all doing? What happened to that jerk at school, Noah? The one also in grade six? I hope he got punished for that awful lie he spread. I can't believe him! You better write to me all about it.
Mom, how was the annual bake-off? Did you win? I know from past experience that Mrs. Laine's lemon tarts are a banger, but everyone's raving about Miss Dahila's strawberry shortcake! And YOUR coconut cream pie is to die for! You must send me some more inside info (and some sweets, just for testing purposes

Dad, how’s the garden doing? I bet Mum’s herbs are flourishing, but what about your tomatoes? Did they finally grow properly this year? You’ve got to send me updates—I want to hear all about your successes (or disasters, whichever they turned out to be)!
