Broken Ankles and New Acquaintance
Amanda groaned quietly to herself as she limped to the Hospital Wing, her ankle looking swollen slightly. She continued limped down the deserted halls, seeing as most students were in class. Although, coming down a certain hall-which she didn't remember its name-she noticed a petite girl with deathly blonde hair, she paused leaning against the cool wall staring at the girl. She then remembered that the girl was from breakfast earlier. She kept hobbling down the hall and grinned slightly, discreetly dropping a Decoy Detonator, causing the girl to fall down the nearby stairs.
She chuckled and limped down to the Hospital Wing mumbling,
"A naive, controllable Hufflepuff being in the Hospital Wing with me? Major plot points"
She winced as the nurses logged her into the records and guided her to a cot close to a back corner, once the privacy curtain was closed Amanda sifted around the clothing drawer and slipped one of the medical dresses and slid onto the cot as the large doors opened, and the Hufflepuff girl slipped in, with nurses leading her to the cot next to Amanda.
As the girl closed the privacy curtain, Amanda plastered on a fake smile and watched as the curtain was pushed back and the girl looked at her.
"Hi! I'm Amanda, how are you? Also, why are you in here? Oh! I must be coming off too strongly, please forgive me...what's your name?"
She looked at the girl after finishing her rambling and widened her eyes, hopping she didn't scare her off.

Broken Ankles and New Acquaintance
Airlia had been walking around a hallway happily when she noticed a strange object by her feet. It was grey and had a horn in it. Just as Airlia bent down to pick it up with a happy smile of receiving this strange gift it let out a strange bang and black smoke engulfed the room.
Airlia was not surprised by her bad luck here. SHe'd been standing at the top of a staircase and the black smoke intervened with her vision and as such, she was unable to grab a railing as she slipped in her jolted surprise and started falling backward.
It really hurt her when her body landed on the stairs in an awkward angle and she rolled down them hitting her head, back and legs a numerous times before her travel stopped abruptly as she reached the bottom of the stairs.
Moaning in pain Airlia saw stars as she slowly got onto her knees and then to her feet, holding onto the wall when here vision was clouded and her ears were ringing from after-effects of the ear-piercing bang of the mysterious object. Airlia had a head-splitting headache and her back and calves hurt like she'd been burned with a log.
Knowing that this would surely send her to the hospital wing Airlia whined slightly as she made her way towards the hospital wing and into the tender care of their school's healing witch.
It wasn't too long before Airlia was in a bed wearing a hospital gown and the girl Slytherin from breakfast was introducing herself to Airlia from the bed next to her.
"Umm, I'm Airlia. Don't you remember me? From breakfast?" Airlia mumbled looking over the girl. She didn't look too sick and Airlia felt worried. "Have you hit your head? You know a hard enough hit can cause short-term memory loss."
Airlia wasn't smart enough to know something like that on her own but her brother had once gotten a bludger in the head in a Slytherin versus Gryffindor Quidditch game and forgotten an entire week of his life.

Broken Ankles and New Acquaintance
Amanda's hand flew to her temples, as she pressed down on them she groaned lowly, seeing how a nasty shinner was forming. Looking at the brusied Hufflepuff, she pitied the girl who was simply a stepping-stool. She fakely whimpered out,
'I believe I did, although the whole event is rather...fuzzy. I remember slipping because of Peeves and then my head slamming into...a banister? It's rather confusing.'
She looked at the nurses that hovered around with seemingly no purpose, until a small frown grew on her face, as she screamed, clutching her head, groaning loudly. Her brow was quickly covered in beads of sweat that rolled down her face, she quickly grabbed the basin, quickly emptying her stomach.
Wheezing out to Airlia, she looked deathly sick, as her bangs stuck to her forehead, her cheeks flushed, and overly large bags under eyes. With this horrible look she seemed on death's door.
'God, this is what not getting your shots does to you.'
She turned over the basin again, throwing up stomach acid and whatever liquids where lining her stomach walls. Groaning, she placed the basin down, and weakly turned over to Airlia, and smiled apologetically. Wiping her sleeve across her mouth, she tried striking up another conversation.
'I don't particularly know the difference in head trauma between banister bruises and Quidditch concussions, but I do know that I could suffer from memory loss. So, sorry if I forget your name in the next seventy-two hours.'
She stuck a thin, boney hand out to the girl and grinned, as they linked hands in this chaotic room.

Broken Ankles and New Acquaintance
Airlia watched worriedly at the girl lying in the bed next to hers. She seemed to be getting worse and worse to the point of going white, with an almost green color to her skin and throwing up profusely.
Airlia could remember that when getting a concussion throwing up, forgetting things and falling asleep were bad. People who hit their heads badly should always be monitored for at least twelve hours and made sure that they do not fall asleep. And when finally allowed to sleep they should be woken up at least every two hours and asked specific questions to make sure they were still fully sane.
Airlia didn't understand the comment about 'shots' and briefly wondered if those were a muggle thing.
"It's okay. Even if you don't remember my name I'm glad you're not worse than this. You don't look too good though." Airlia pursed her lips, unsure if she should do something to help the Slytherin girl.
"Do you need me to call the nurse here? Do you need something to calm your stomach?" I wonder if my newly found friend will be okay. Hitting your head can be very dangerous and mix up your head really badly. It's a good thing there are a lot of potions to heal things like this.
Airlia was glad when a nurse came over but she ended up just tending to her hurting foot: "I think she needs help more than I do." Airlia said and watched the nurse go over to Amanda and tend to her for a while before leaving again.
