Match 10 – Luna vs. Ami
Luna looked at her duellist, didn't know what to say. The reason why she cast The Green Sparks Charm was that she didn't want this girl to stop the flame. However, the Hufflepuff just did some... idiotic things to stop it. Well, not that she cared. What she needed to focus on now was which spell to use next. Let's just try with a spell that she didn't like.
When she was about to cast, the Hufflepuff suddenly cast the spell that she had just used. "Again?" Luna mumbled, wondered if that was the only spell this girl knew. Anyway... "Rictusempra."

The round
Both duellists were back to standing opposite each other. Their countenances were quite different, however. Where Ami was obviously relieved not to be on fire any longer and the green sparks apparently only dented the relief slightly, Luna seemed to certainly be annoyed by how the duel was going.
Maybe it was due to her frustration that Luna's next spell went wide and hit the wall quite a way above the spectators' heads. Ami did not fair any better, as the sparks served as a distraction and she pointed her wand to the floor quite a bit to the left of Luna. Zahid readied his wand in case he needed to interfere to protect the bystanders but the Incendio (Duo) merely left a slightly flaming scorchmark quite close to the edge of podium the flames of which were already petering out. No need to interfere then.

Match 10 – Luna vs. Ami
Luna looked at her opponent, sighed. She was disappointed that her spell missed, but she was also lucky that the other spell didn't hit her. It would be horrible. Extremely horrible.
Would she give up on casting spell on the Hufflepuff? She would stop using that spell, but she would come back with Incendio. Not only Incendio, but it should also be Incendio Duo. She started to have interested in using that spell. Although she didn't really like fire, using this spell to attack people was pretty interesting. Also, she doubted that this girl didn't get any damage rolling around like that. "Incendio."

Ami frowned, biting the corner of her lip in embarrassment. How could she miss? Again? Was she really that bad? She had to get through this, she had to win this. She didn't think that she could bear to lose to this girl, especially if she was a Slytherin. She had her house's pride and honor to uphold! She had to win.
She glared angrily at the other girl, but her eyes widened as Luna fired off another spell. She couldn't get burnt, not again... with a small yelp, Ami dived to the floor in an attempt to avoid the fire. She would not get burnt again, today.

These girls seemed very intent on setting each other on fire. But then, from what he had heard about the things happening in this school in recent years, the school was full of pyromaniacs so maybe he shouldn't be surprised.

Ami couldn't help but sigh with relief as the fire missed her, pleased that she hadn't been on the receiving end of more flames. She hadn't been able to get a spell in, but at least she had avoided a horrible, horrible fate. Catching her breath, Ami fished around in her mind for a spell, for anything that could help her in this situation.
She had gotten Luna's wand away from her earlier, and she had blinded her as well... should she try and incapacitate her again? Yes, that seemed to be the best course of action. Raising her wand, Ami cried, "Mucus ad Nauseam!"

Match 10 – Luna vs. Ami
Luna sighed when the green light missed its target. It would be much better if the Incendio Duo hit, but that was understanding because this girl decided to focus on dodging. Even when she missed the target, she didn't feel really bad about it. After all, it wasn't like she missed when this girl tried to attack her. But this girl was actually clever.
As soon as she saw her opponent raised their wand again, the Slytherin Prefect didn't hesitate to do the same action. However, the girl quickly changed her mind when she saw the hand movement. The Curse of the Bogies? She hated this spell. So what would she do? Obviously, focusing on dodging.

Oh, no more fire? Zahid watched as Ami cast the Curse of the Bogies at Luna. Clever, that was a spell that could – potentially – lead to an end of a duel even if they didn't get any other hits in – provided Luna did not know how to nullify the curse. The Slytherin certainly seemed to recognize the spell if her slightly panicked expression as she tried to dive out of the way was any indication. However, she proved too slow – maybe she had hesitated a tad too long – and the spell hit her even as she tried to move out of the way.

Match 10 – Luna vs. Ami
Biting her lips, the girl realized how much she wasted that turn. If it hit anyway, she should have attacked her instead of focusing on dodging. Not to mention, this spell made she felt sick. She hated that, but now was not the time for her to think of a way to cure this - she needed the potion, which she didn't bring with her this time.
Trying to focus on the Hufflepuff, the girl started waving her wand again. If she couldn't aim correctly, then she should make her opponent unable to dodge. Luna mumbled, kind of hoping that this spell would hit, "Wingardium Leviosa."

Ami could breathe easier as she watched her spell hit Luna, pleased that she had finally managed to do something with her life. With a roll of her wrist, she searched for another spell to use on the Slytherin, ready to finish this off. Should she use fire again? She had to admit, fire had always seemed to work embarrassingly well, but it was always so overused...
She had to do something with style. She needed style, style was in her blood. With a grin, Ami winked at Luna as she heard the Slytherin cast her spell, flicking her wrist eagerly and calling out loudly, "Flipendo!"
