Alliasta was slowly but happily making her way downstairs from her dorm room. Kaito was sleeping now and Alliasta knew he wouldn't wake up anytime soon. Thanks to Kaito, Alliasta met Elena. Beautiful and kind Ravenclaw girl. And now she was going to have breakfast with her. She had changed into her pajamas, so it was a little embarrassing to be seen in them in front of the girl, but the girl didn't seem to mind, and Alliasta was happy about that.
She entered the great hall and looked around. Breakfast was ready and there were beautiful smells around. This was always going to be a favorite place. So who's the one with the dishes Who doesn't like the place? Well Alliasta loved food so she loved this place too. Tables with the best food. Most people had already started eating, and it would be difficult for Alliasta to find her new friend in this crowd.
First she glanced at the tables. Then she walked over to the Ravenclaw table, the first place Elena could be found. And Alliasta guessed right, Elena was there. She approached the girl and touched her shoulder lightly.
"Hey Elena! It's me again. Shall we eat together? If you don't mind, of course?"

Elena smiled as the black haired girl rushed back to her common room, her adorable ferret laying on her head. She stayed a few seconds there, against her tree, to finish her page. As the words were swirling in front of her eyes, she realized she wasn't paying attention at all, and decided reading time was over. Her stomach was starting to protest, and the idea of jam covered pancakes was appealing enough to make her close the heavy book. A light sensation of happiness had invaded the blonde haired girl. She loved making new friends, and she loved noticing the little things that makes them who they are. Alliasta seemed to have a striking personnality, full of energy. When thinking of her, Elena visualised fireworks.
On that thought, she packed her bag and slowly made her way to the Great Hall, appreciating the calmness of the early morning. When the large wooden doors opened, a few students were already sitting across the tables, chatting and eating. Elena made her way to the Ravenclaw table, and took a seat next to a dangerously high pile of pancakes. A hungry smile split her face as she quickly stole two of them, before taking her book out again. She really needed to finish it, and none of her friends had arrived yet.
Suddenly, she felt a light touch on her shoulder. Ripped away from the wonderful world she was reading about, Elena looked really confused for a second. "Hey Elena! It's me again. Shall we eat together? If you don't mind, of course?" said a joyful voice next to her. Looking up, her dark blue eyes met sparkling blue and amber eyes, with a matching smile. After a second of processing, Elena's face split in a large grin and she nodded. "Oh, hey Alliasta !" she said while closing her book and scootting over. "I would love to !"
Looking around, Elena noticed the Great Hall had gotten really crowded by the time she arrived. Guess I must have read longer that I thought. Looking back at her friend, she smiled while grabbing the strawberry jam. "How's Kaito ?"

Alliasta sat on the seat Elena had slid open. A Gryffindor at the Revenclaw table. This shouldn't have been weird, after all, it was completely natural to want to have dinner with friends from different houses. Ravenclaw students had always caught Alliasta's attention. Of course, there were different people who were smart and calm, so not every Revenclaw had to be like this. When Elena asked her a question, he immediately looked up from the table.
"Yes, Kaito is fine... Can you believe it, the moment I took him to the room, he jumped on my bed and fell asleep. Sometimes I wonder how he is so naughty and so sleepy at the same time."
Alliasta was smiling even as she complained about Kaito. Because Kaito was very valuable to her. Then a question came to her mind. What was Elena's pet?
"Hey so Elena, do you have a pet? What's its name? Is it this naughty too? Hehe, I'm sorry if I asked too many questions, I like asking questions. It means more topics and conversations!"

| xxxxxxxx | The blonde haired girl was delighted to watch her friend scoot next to her, the warm and soothing aura that always surronded the lion imediatly easing the raven's mind. Her different colored eyes sparkled in the bright morning light, making the black haired girl stand out from the colorless crowd. She laughed at Alliasta's answer to Kaito's current situation. The devilish ferret had the ability to make the thoughest hearts melt, and Elena was already fond of him. "Being this mischevious indeed cause great tiredness," she chuckled. "I'm not surprised the little one fell asleep so soon after wandering around the castle all morning." And scaring innocent readers, she thoughts after a while, a light smile lingering. The little creature had indeed frightened her during her morning read, but she quickly forgave him. Not only was he adorable, but he had permitted the two young girls to meet, and for that Elena was forever grateful. Her smile only widened as her friend asked eager questions - her energy reminded the blonde haired girl of fireworks, lively and colorful. "In fact, I do," she answered, her fingers stealing a strawberry from the table. Biting in the crimson fruit, her thoughts wandered to her Cosmo, probably asleep somewhere in the common room. Or judging children. Both were realistic. "He's a Silver Siberian, and his name is Cosmo." The gunpowder colored cat had made its way into the young girl's heart, and they shared a deep, silent connection. "He's the polar opposite of Kaito, I would say," she chuckled after a few seconds of reflexion. "Peaceful. He likes to sit with me when I read. And he's not very social." The last part made her chuckle, as a few interactions came to her mind. Defensive and untrusty, he was quick to hiss, and prefered to stick with Elena. "Don't worry," she added. "I don't mind questions as well." If social interactions were not really her strength, Alliasta had a way of making it really easy, almost casual. Noticing she grabbed a sandwich, she nodded towards it. "Are they any good ? I never tried them." She asked, contemplative. She used to stick with fruit or jam covered slices of bread. |
