Looking at the other side of the piste, 'Finally...' she thought. Though her obscuro missed, grandfather's Obscuro hit their shared target. Evethisawe's flipendo also hitting. Ara merely shrugged at Tone's reply. The duel was going to end soon anyways so why continue the conversation? Evethisawe asked if the man was alright but the Villa had other things to say. "Welp the old man is smilin'....kinda." she commented, "Let's end this now, yeah?"

“Because that’s BOOORRINGG!”

Hanako would not find any sympathy from the twelve year-old gremlin. Instead, he would find synergy with his teammates as all three lined up their wands for a triple shot of the Knockback Jinx. Emma, alone on her side of the piste, would not accept fate without trying to do some more damage to the eldest snake. Blindfolded and out of options, the badger would point her wand in the general direction of Hanako, hoping to pull off a big move to showcase her talent. The fire produced by her wand was formidable, but Emma’s lack of sight was just too big of a hurdle to overcome. The flames shot off nowhere near Hanako, fizzling out into the air.

On the other side, the snakes were prepared to take down their prey with a grand finale. The three tips of their wands lit up and the crowd’s eyes widened in recognition as each of them went for the same spell. Throughout the entirety of the duel, everyone standing on the piste felt an itch at the back of their skull. Something was vaguely unnerving, occasionally breaking concentrations and causing spells to not hit as hard as they should. The source of this atmosphere was one of the snakes, and Mahlioz would be just a little distracted by Ara’s off-putting aura, causing their spell to target the air high above Emma. Luckily for the snakes, Hanako and Ara were locked in, their aims true. Two jinxes would smash into Emma, knocking her into a pile on the piste.

“And stop!” Jessamine called, running out to the center as the snake fans erupted in the crowd. Emma's blindfold was removed and she was pulled off the piste by the mediwizards, then the Ravenclaw waved her jazz hands towards the three still-standing snakes. “Your winners: TEAM SLYTHERIN!” she applauded. Producing a clean handkerchief from her pocket, Jessamine tossed it to the victim of her bullying who was just coming down from the effects of the Bogies Curse. “Well done, Granddude. Thanks for not hurling on my stage.”
