Professors Bercegaey and Price couldn’t be more different from one another. It was almost overwhelming, but she couldn’t let herself miss a beat right then. No, this would be fine, she could handle this.

The new Potions Master of the castle was calm, composed, and seemingly jovial. Perhaps he’d been a hufflepuff or even a Ravenclaw. She would find out in due time, but for the moment, she enjoyed the attention he gave her. She was well informed, and she did like to keep it that way. He was right, Healing was a calling, one she doubted that would pull her from her path, and yet it fascinated her. It was a sort of magic that was fast paced, a curse could be fast acting, and finding a counter could be a thrill. She tried not to let her mind wander.

“Somehow, I’m fairly certain your class will be more than enough to sate my thirst for knowledge,” she smiled easily. “Though if I have any healing questions, I definitely know which professor to see. As a quidditch player, I am prone to accidents,” she added with a light chuckle. With the other girl speaking to the Flying teacher, it made it nice to be able to juggle two conversations. Multitasking had become a bit of a gift of hers. It allowed her to do as much homework as she did, and do all she could to show herself worthy.

The other professor was something else, and though she mispronounced her name, Angellica saw too much potential to butt heads over it. Rowling, Rowley, it wasn’t too far off. There would be time to ensure the name was well spoken. Right then among all these people, it seemed unlikely to get anything said properly, as frustrating as that might have been.

“I guess I also have a new person to look up to in my journey as a member of the quidditch team. And yes, I absolutely love being a part of the team. I never realized how cathartic being a beater could be,” she smiled. Truth be told, Angellica was weak, petite even for a beater, but the way that ball hit the bat, making that cracking sound that echoed through her body it was beyond compare. Although agile, strength was something she was working on. “I can’t wait to learn more from you in flying class,” she said honestly.

Children were sometimes foolish, and the Gryffindor girl who had introduced herself seemed to be under the impression that Olphie was not good with names, even giving her middle name of "Desire" in an effort to continue on with the joke just a bit too long. Olphie would be confused by the interaction but be unaware of any subsequent laughter, as her attention was focused on the Ravenclaw before her.

Angelina was a charming girl, there was no doubt about it, and Olphie knew that if she continued to be so endearing, the child would beat the other students before her to fly to the top of her favorite students list. Now, Olphie knew that being a teacher was like being a parent, where you shouldn't pick favorites, but she was far too young to be a parent just yet, so she didn't care about such rules. For all she cared, Anvil could whack a few students upside the head with her bat if she wanted to be her favorite that badly. It would please Olphie to see such devotion from a favorite student of hers.

Until she bapped a few of her peers across the head, however, Olphie would just have to wait to see if she proved her potential. For now, she would just smile as the Ravenclaw praised her for all the knowledge Olphie would undoubtedly enlighten their pea-sized minds with. "Yes dear," she responded jovially, for this job truly would be fun, "You will learn greatness from such a star like myself, especially if you are a member of the Quidditch team as well. My fans have told me that they have learned so much from me, and I wasn't even a professor then!"

The former beater chuckled, then looked back at her scattered belongings. The elves would have to address them soon. Just this once, since she was new and likely was unaware of the exact timing of her arrival, she would move them, but she absolutely refused to unpack. That's what slaves were for. With a flick of her wand, she looked back at the small crowd and declared, "Well dears, speaking of fans, I'd best be off. The Harpies announced that I'd be resigning to take up a position at Hogwarts, and I'm certain that there will be quite a bit of howlers in my new office to address their despair at my departure. Fans can be crazy, you know!"

She winked once more, then turned on her heels as she walked towards her office. As she walked away, Olphie concluded that her initial introduction had truly been a spectacular success, with the students and professors flocking over her beauty and fame. It was excellent foreshadowing of the glory that Olphie would bring upon Hogwarts once more. The only disappointment of the interaction, in her mind, had been that Elizabeth was quite an ugly princess, after all.

Perhaps this crazy lady was quite popular. If she had fans, then she must've been. Though, maybe not popular for the right reasons. So many people Millie knew that were popular, but not for the good reason. Isaac was pretty popular among peers, but he also seemed to be a bit of a trouble-maker. She was pretty determined to see that side of him. Min-seo had been popular, and, upon seeing the good side of her, Millie deemed her to be a sweet person. Even if the latter disagreed.

Watching as Professor Bercegeay talked to the other Ravenclaw girl, Millie finally chose her side. This woman was crazy, and Millie sucked at Quidditch. Maybe not flying, but definitely bad at Quidditch. She had a problem with competing against others, especially on a field where one could get hurt. But, she did really want to at least try for Quidditch. It didn't matter now, as her chances were ruined.

The weight from the book in her hand made the girl much more aware of how heavy it was, and from holding the book, and the autograph in her two hands, was not very comfortable.

After the Flying professor turned off to walk away, Millie decided to do the same. She wanted to get back to the dormitories, and say hi to one of her friends, and have a heavy gossip session about the new teachers. Standing in the hallway, however, was not going to help.

Turning towards the rest of the castle, Millie headed off, her purple eyes watching the ground, finally ready to go to bed.

Bridget stood in a shadowed corner of the Small Hall, watching everything unfold. The new Flying and Potions Professors had arrived. Few people were here to watch everything unfold, but she supposed getting to know teachers outside of class wasn't interesting for many.

The Flying Professor was downright ridiculous. The way she had scattered her bags across the floor as though waiting for someone else to do her work showed how spoiled she was, and that wasn't even mentioning how many bags she had. Her introduction and clothes all pointed towards her being very... what was the word? Oh, yes, ostentatious. Professor Bercegeay acted like everyone should know who she was (and several people clearly didn't). Of course, Bridget, with her Muggle upbringing, didn't know who the self-proclaimed Quidditch star was.

Beyond that, Bridget watched as she repeatedly messed up peoples' names and acted like she was the most important person in the whole world. She supposed some people were bad with names, and that was fine, but the way she kept addressing the new Potions Professor, who was clearly a guy, with names such as Elsa that were clearly for girls, was awful. Bridget felt a feeling of dread was over her. She was not looking forward to Flying Class with such a stuck-up, self-centered, unintelligent git. She enjoyed the freedom of flying, but she had the feeling she wasn't going to like it in class anymore.

The Potions Professor was much better--an older man with manners, knowledge, and wisdom. She simply loved Potions class and hoped to have a career in Potions when she was older, and she had the feeling Professor Price would continue that interest. Even though she was naturally very introverted and avoided social interaction, she wanted to introduce herself. However, there was no way she was going anywhere near Professor Bercegeay.

Bridget continued to observe the conversations between the new Professors, the Head of Hufflepuff, a Ravenclaw girl she knew to be Angellica Rowley, and Euphrasia Millie, whom she had met earlier in the year. Finally, the Flying Professor and Euphrasia left, and Bridget cautiously melted out of the shadows and sauntered forward to where Angellica and Professor Price were still talking. She took a deep breath before introducing herself.

"Hi, I'm Bridget Collins. Welcome to Hogwarts," she said to the Potions Professor, giving him a small, rare smile.

The prominent woman was talking and though she was exalting herself, Angellica didn't find herself annoyed by it. She had seen many men speak in such a manner in her youth, and though she would still have time to develop her sense of what is bragging and what is simply stating fact, she saw it as an opportunity regardless. Learning was a pillar for the blonde, one she enjoyed more than anything. Whatever one could say about Olphie Bercegeay could be countered by the fact that she was a member of the Holy Head Harpies, and nothing could remove that ability from her.

Truth be told, it was easy to bring a person down, to write and cave to gossip, but there were places where even despotism couldn't quite manage. Was Olphie meant to be a teacher? Probably not. Did that prevent her from being a formidable Quidditch Player? Not in the slightest, and as a beater herself, she had every intention to get the most of her education. She tucked information aside and hoped to someday have a one on one with the woman, and absorb as much knowledge as possible. This was no different from Professor Price. In fact, as the other went away she turned to him one last time before taking her own bow.

"I look forward to participating in your class, Professor Price," she smiled, the slightest inclination of the head as she did. If anything she had been taught to respect authority.
