It can take a few days or even a week(s), depending on how many posts/threads staff has to check to confirm that everyone has completed the errand properly.

You can get it from the common room, used to be able to get it from the dorm but since we added gender neutral dorms, there were a few changes onsite. So now you can get it from your common room. It's the silver circle at the top with the 10 next to it.

What is your idea? You can certainly do an event and offer rewards, I did that before becoming a prefect too, but it depends on your plan. You don't have the same access to supplies prefects and profs have and rewards would be organized entirely by yourselfs too.

Is there a list of errands that have been done before? Obviously I could scroll through every link in the forum but I was just wondering if there was a link list.

This is true, but they can still suggest an idea but they can’t do anything else that the staff can do. Iirc they can suggest in the suggestion thread.

There were already a lot of correct answers and Opeila of 2022 is correct as well
As for suggesting actual official errands, there isn't really a procedure in place. I'd suggest maybe owling your house prefects or any staffmember of your choosing really. There is of course no guarantee that it will actually be done.

@Ava Winchect, as far as I know, the sign up threads in the errand forum are never deleted, just locked when they are done. You can find all errands there.
