Aliens of different species, humanoids, AI Robots, shifters, and things beyond Yolanda’s imagination were not only becoming a reality, but part of her daily life.
Why did Galaxtic Co. create UPLIFT Academy? What purpose did the Academy serve? Where were they, and why was it shred in such mystery? Would the answers appear or would Yolanda and her Pod fail… fail what?

An Earthling - Terran – student of the Universe. Student of UPLIFT Academy.
Task 2
Not every apartment in the space ship could have windows. *Lans* apartment had one tiny window in her parents room. She sat on their bed and looked out. *Lan* longed for her flower– a Butterfly Weed – a vibrant orange just like the Monarch butterflies that fed off it. Lan had learnt the Butterfly Weed was necessary for the Monarch Butterflys’ long journey while Migrating, and had planted a pot back home on her Balcony.
She longed for home, for open spaces. She knew it was nice, crisp and clean here. It was indeed nice. They attempted to make every apartment slightly different but each had the same amount of space. Her apartment reminded her of a decent hotel.
There were open-er spaces. The gym, the park, the ‘mall’. Lan’s grandfather used to like taking them to the mall - for Chocolate. She wished he’d come… He had said, Earth was where he started and Earth’s where he’ll go back to when he’s finished.
They’d set up on SY-Star ship, but Lan still woke up a slightly startled.
First day of school. She was decent enough at school. She had had a few decent enough friends. Things had been… decent.
Walking with her mother down what seemed an endless hallway, she reached the large school doors, representing a building inside the ship… Kids crowded the hall.
Through the large doors - she grabbed her mothers hand… she felt, small again. It was similar to walking into an open space with a school – except the space had a ceiling. The school looked crisp, new, high tech. Blue and black – the colours of the school – resonated over the building in contrasting yet complimentory ways. It held about 2000 students!!
*Lan* enjoyed the open space.
