He had a desire to get something done today. A little snip and a dash. Hopefully by coming up to the bloody divination classroom at 2 in the morning was enough because surely no one would notice anything happen at that ungodly hour.

At the very least, at least he wasn’t working out at 4 after sleeping for only an hour. As malicious as the thought was, and how it was normally against his spirit, he thought he’d proceed.

Hopefully he can snap out of that room the moment his task is done and hopefully there were no patrols.

Noah opened the door to the divination classroom and crept up to the window with his wand out. He made the wand movement and incantation to Diffindo, the severing charm. With that play, a piece of the curtains snipped off. It was magical.

He was starting to feel a bit addicted to this little trouble, even if he were hurting no one. “Diffindo,” he called once again, another piece of the curtain falling off. Maybe two pieces were enough for a top, a blazer.

Noah deposited his wand in his pocket then grabbed the two pieces of the curtain and sat down at the desk softly trying not to make any noise. He placed the two pieces on the desk and tried to think about how these people made clothes.

Maybe he made a bad decision, maybe he shouldn’t have done that. He didn’t know the first thing about making clothes, so maybe he shouldn’t have done this. He left the two pieces of the curtains on the desk and tiptoed to the door, hoping to avoid catching attention.
Mentioning @Prat Pass because he mentioned that divinations had purple curtains.

Sereia's Calming Presence is in effect
In the Muggle world, Sereia's insomnia was easily dealt with by a sleep gummy and a glass of milk. Warm or cold, the temperature didn't matter too much, though she did hear that warm milk on its own should be a sufficient sleep aid. Milk or no milk, the sleep gummy was pretty effective, too. The combination of the two would be enough to knock her out into a deep sleep for a solid eight hours.

Sereia hadn't meant to stay up too long, figuring that the beginning-of-year rush would tire her out enough to not need the gummies yet. Her insomnia wasn't that big of a deal compared to before she became a Hogwarts professor, likely because she couldn't do high-intensity weight training like she used to. (Somehow, being an intense athlete ruined her sleep quality.) However, the book she'd been reading had totally captivated her and it was only when the clock struck two did she realise her mistake.

Today was going to be a journey.

Sereia put down the book and prepared to tuck into her sheets for a fitful sleep when a voice rang out in the hallways. She frowned. Most staff were asleep at this point, as were many students. She sat and listened for another moment, getting up when the incantation for a severing charm finally processed in her head. There were a lot of things you could break in her classroom, namely the crystal balls and (recently) her curtains. Gods, she just replaced them with spares from the cupboard.

Sure enough, someone had decided to cut up her curtains when she came out. The culprit was already on their way out, which wasn't ideal. Sereia threw a locking charm and wand-lighting charm in quick succession to lock them in. She squinted, recognising the brown hair that had once tried to sleep in her class last year. What was his name, again? She was sure she'd written a note about him last year.

Sereia sighed. "Look, I'm usually very nice, but this is the second time my curtains have been ruined, it's only the third week of the new year, it's two a.m., and you've all been giving me a headache. You can spend your Friday evening sewing all this damage back together as detention and I will not be hearing any complaints."
@Noah Jupe has been caught and will face detention. Feel free to write a response :P
