Chocolate Frog on the Loose!
The bigger boy thanked him and Arc gave a nod back. He was sure they would meet again. The boy needed his handkerchief back after all. Oliver -not that Arc knew his name yet- took the handkerchief and used it to tap and wipe his forehead instead of cleaning the chocolate streak on his book. The younger Ravenclaw was irked about that, but even if he did, he did not let it show on his face.
Nah.
“So, you’re going to submit that now?” The dark-haired boy glanced the papers on Alan’s hands. “Do you need some company to thwart the other evil chocolate frogs?” He stifled a chuckle. “Or you’d rather go by yourself? I don’t have any pressing matters that’s needed to be done.”
Well, the book wouldn't finish itself, but it was not going anywhere either.
Arc took a deep breath as Oliver gave a smile and let his silly irritation go. “You are very much welcome,” he said with a genuine smile of his own. Oliver probably not meant anything by not cleaning his book. And he might not even see anything wrong about it. Arc just had to accept the fact that people had different outlook in life and different priorities. Not long after that, the other boy made his exit in a slow jog. And the pale boy watched him go with a sigh. As Arc turned around to the other two people still in there, he realized that Alan now had a slight purple hue on it. What was up with that? How could he not notice that before? Arc was usually very observant… Huh. Should he address that?"Thanks again,"
Nah.

Chocolate Frog on the Loose!
Alan looked after the boy for a moment, a Ravenclaw as his robes let know, before h turned towards the other two kids. When Arc offered him some company on his way to the Defense against the dark Arts office, Alan had to snicker. ”Sure, some company would be welcome, especially if I get an evil eye for some of the pages having a dog-ear now”, he sighed as he looked at his work. He had spend some hours on that essay, but at least there was no chocolate smudges on any of the paper.
A bent corner or two were no disaster but if there had been one molten chocolate splotch, he would have re-written that whole page, because he did not want the professors to think he was putting no effort in his work. He was even putting effort into the History of Magic homework even if he did not like the subject at all. But his parents, especially his mother always encouraged him to reach for the best grades he could get. He needed them anyway if he wanted to stick to his dream, because he would need good grades and a lot of experience for that subject of choice.
”Do you want to tag along?”, he asked the girl, Lallie, was it?

Lallie watched as the Ravenclaw boy jogged off. She felt bad since she probably came off a little judgemental. He seemed nice enough but he probably had better things to be doing anyway.
Being around these boys was kind of a reality check for Lallie at just how small she was in Hogwarts. Not just on the height since these boys were only around a couple of centimeters taller than her but age wise. Lallie was one of the youngest kids in the school and barely knew any magic.
Alan and the one Ravenclaw boy were definitely older than her, and while she was unsure if Arc was older than her or not he was a Perfect and did have this "wise beyond his years' mannerism. 'At least that won't be that way forever.' she thought.
"Me?" Lallie said a bit surprised, "Oh um sure I guess." She hadn't expected Alan to invite Lallie. She assumed she would just awkwardly bid him goodbye before retreating to her dorm.
She went anyway, I mean why not? She had nothing better to do and who knows she could embark on a great and noble quest with them. Probably not but it would probably be a good idea to get to know an older student and a Perfect.
