Head slightly drooped, Elisa walked along the busy corridor. The day had been a long one, and she was not looking forward to writing the five pages of homework for her lessons.
Along the corridor, students were chatting away merrily with their friends. Even some of the new first years were starting to hang out with their new buddies. Elisa, however, was alone and lonely.
She dragged her feet along. She was going to the always empty classroom at the end of the corridor, and she was going to practice some spells. Not that she needed much practising- Elisa had never been behind on anything academic. It was just something to do, to keep herself busy.
Here we are, she thought with a sigh, opening the classroom door. Good, nobody's here. The little Slytherin wasn't in the mood to put up a fake smile on her face for a stranger.
Closing the door behind her, Elisa looked around the classroom.
"Aberto", she muttered, pointing her wand at a random drawer. Perhaps there'd be something she could use...
Just as she was about to approach the now open drawer, something zoomed out of it so quick Elisa only caught a glimpse of blurry grey.
It was a house-elf. One of the school elves. Being the owner of S.P.E.W, she had frequented those creatures, and was about to ask what it was doing in a tight little drawer, when the elf spoke first.
"Ooh... what is Missy Lizzy Wagner doing here?" it cackled, "Oh yes! She has no friends, no friendss, so she's here to practice spells that don't need practicing, isn't she?
Elisa's eyes widened- "How d'you-", she blurted out.
The elf didn't give her a chance to finish her sentence.
"You have no friends, and you'll never have any! Even those little newbies have found friends, but Missy Lizzy can't, 'cause she's too shy! She can't hold a conversation, and her face turns into a tomato every time she talks! That's what we call a loser, Missy Lizzy. You know that, don't you? After all, your only friends are books, but you don't seem to like them as much as you did... Perhaps they don't want to hang out with a witch like-"
"SHUT UP!" Elisa screamed at it, tears swarming in her eyes.
But the house elf continued.
Its voice grew and grew, and Elisa had the impression the whole castle could hear it. Its words were swarming around in her head, louder and louder, until she could hold it no more.
She burst into tears. The elf had hit where it hurt.
But was Elisa didn't know was, the little creature standing before her was actually a Boggart.

Waddling through the corridors, everyone that see him can say one thing about Swan. The young boy was happy to be at Hogwarts, like the previous year. Not his parents to demand a lot of things, not this lack of magic -well almost- to which he had been entitled during the end of the summer. The summer camp was really fun, he tought. But now, we have classes, and it's way better! It's this Hufflepuff mania, to love everything. He smiled like that, after these joyful thoughts that put balm in the heart. Hogwarts is really nice.
Not really knowing where to go, his classes being over, the dark-haired man turned to a classroom that seemed empty. Well, except for a half-open door, and two voices that seemed to come out of it. He decided to take a look at it. By whom was this classroom occupied? In the end, it was not what took up his time the most; the voices that burst forth there, well... They gushed out very strongly. Screams, more seriously. He looked.
An elf, bald and grimy with a sneer, was content to spit insults at a young girl who must have been his age, in tears. Swan, although he knew her only by sight, could not refrain from feeling sorry for her, and wanting to help her... But anyway, it was even more ridiculous to say that... A young girl could face such a small threat, couldn't she? Pull yourself together, Swan! Well, she wouldn't cry if it was not serious! he thought, far from being proud of his own thoughts. He looked around the room, still from top to bottom, before noticing a large brown cupboard behind him. I know what that is. He approached the girl, wand pointed at the creature.
Even though he wasn't in Ravenclaw, everything had gone very quickly in the dark-haired man's head. A huge wardrobe, a crying girl, a classroom... It could not be anything other than a boggart. The brunette didn't seem to have noticed it anytime soon and had done her best to counter her biggest fear; loneliness and mockery but in vain. Swan, faithful to his house, had pledged to help him. He got a little closer to the creature, before exclaiming, "Riddikulus! Oh shi*, I don't know that spell..." Like pat magic -probably because it was-, Swan saw the little house elf, -well, the fake one-, grimace. Swan scratched his head, before saying "oh, sorry..."

The boy's entrance went unnoticed by Elisa until he was practically standing right next to her. Just as the teary girl jumped back in fright and was about to ask him what he was doing there, the boy pointed his wand at the house elf and shot a spell at it.
Riddikulus... Elisa turned the incantation over in her mind, until she finally managed to link it with- "A Boggart!", Elisa blurted out. A surge of embarrassment ran over the shivering girl, and her tear stained cheeks turned into a shade of bright red.
"I-I... thank you...", Elisa murmured, avoiding the boy's gaze. Who had she been to believe in what a house elf said? And how on Earth would a house elf shout such insults to a witch or wizard? She had been downright stupid to believe what the elf had said... If only a little more sense had remained in her, she might've recognised it as a boggart before this boy came to the rescue. Elisa would have recognised it, of course, if not that the elf's words had struck right into her heart- which, was the purpose of a boggart...
With trembling hands, she wiped away her tears. A feeling of emptiness went over her. The boggart was gone, but its words still went back and forth in Elisa's mind.
What it said was true... I am such a loner...

Swan was culpabilising. He was in front of a girl whom he had not managed to save from a simple boggart, since he did not know the spell to do it. And this girl was also crying, something that he could'nt react to. Or more seriously, hi did not knew how. If some people think that this was just stupid of him, maybe they would be right, but clearly, Swan was not a girl, and didn't know how to put himself in the position of one of them.
But anyway, that was not the point. The fake elf was not the kindest, especially after hearing what he had thrown at her, but Swan was not to be under any illusions; it was only the girl's greatest fear.
But was it really better ? I mean, because he is true... Does it mean she really don't have no friends ? He tought. But it just kept coming back to him, over and over again. I don't have any friends either. Alone. Lonely. Don't be thankful... I did nothing... For real. He have started, I could have helped you...
He looked at his feet. Was it true? What did he say? He've tried, trying to be polite. He knew that the question was not discrete. That it was not cool, but after all... His curiosity was something he could'nt control everyday. Sorry. You know, in facts, I don't have ne friends too, so it's not to be mean that I ask the question. He added this, while trying to make up for it, and above all to be frank. To be honest.

__◇ Thoughts: Italic Mentions: @Swan Clark ◇__ ⌞ ⌟⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤Elisa stood there, still shaking from her tears. She was guilty and embarrassed, but also deeply troubled by the elf's words, still ringing in her ears.
Her insides wanted to shout, to scream, to explode, but she couldn't let it out, and that infuriated some part of her, something weird and stressful. In fact, there was so much chaos around in her brain that she wasn't paying attention to the boy's words.
Looking down at her feet, she inhaled and exhaled deeply, trying to stop the incontrollable sobbing that was taking over her.
Just at that moment, she heard, through her own shaky breath, a word that the boy said that stood out, strong as ever, to her.
"Friends?", Elisa spluttered in between sobs.
She turned around, for the first time meeting the boy's gaze. She noticed, too that the boy had a friendly natured face and soft, caring brown eyes. In fact, the boy appeared perfectly nice.
That calmed her down.
"S-sorry for th-the..." the noise? the tears? the disturbance? Elisa couldn't think of anything, though truly she was really sorry.
"Y-you were saying?", she managed finally, thinking about her impolite inattention to what the boy was saying.
Elisa was tired, just plain exhausted... How much would she give right now for a comforting shoulder to lean on, someone that she could trust and rely on...⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤⏤◇ OOC Notes: Don't worry, take your time (: Really excited about this RPG! ◇
