Once again, Sonya found herself sitting alone on a train, doodling in her sketch book. In the last two days, it happened once when she rode a train from Glasgow to Wigan, and then again from Wigan to London, where she stayed at the Leaky Cauldron.
Also, Sonya was wearing a black jacket, a Metallica shirt her father owned, jeans, and boots.
Sonya started to draw the Lost Diadem of Ravenclaw from memory as she drank orange soda she got at King's Cross. Last year, she made a replica of the Diadem and then had something called a Halloween Heist in the Ravenclaw. Got the idea from a Muggle TV show. The goal is to steal the Diadem and whoever has it at midnight wins.
As she drew, she could hear someone approach the compartment. She looked up and saw a girl, obviously a first year, walking past slowly, most likely looking for a place to sit. The girl had long and wavy blond hair, blue eyes, a button nose, round eyes, and somewhat small lips. She was wearing a pink shirt, a black skirt, leggings, somewhat long socks, and rather nice black shoes.
Deciding to be nice, Sonya placed her sketch book on the seat next to her and stood. She then opened the compartment. "Oi. Pinkie. Need a seat?"

─────The summer had passed so quickly, Ruby couldn’t belief she was already going back to Hogwarts. So much had happened over the summer, and it all had been great. And now she was packed, and ready to go back. Her parents had dropped her off at King’s Cross, just before she got onto the platform. They had given her their last hugs and kisses, and waved as she passed through the wall onto the platform.

Platform 9 ¾ had been packed with families and other students, one hectic bunch full of excitement and some tears here and there. The bright red locomotive, the steam twirling in the sky, the sounds of families saying goodbye, the air full of anticipation, she took it all in. With the help of another kind student, she managed to get her trunk on the train. She walked through the train slowly, looking for a place to sit, dragging her trunk with her in her one hand and the basket with Nibs in her other hand. Every compartment she passed was full of friends laughing and sharing stories. She hadn’t seen her friends yet, but she didn’t make plans with them to sit together, so she was willing to meet new and interesting people.

A few steps ahead of her, she saw a girl from who she guessed was a first year, also looking for a seat. She seemed a little lost. Ruby knew that feeling from last year, and wanted to help her. She started to walk up to her to talk to her, as the door of an compartment between them flew open. Another girl had invited her in. Ruby walked up to them, and saw the compartment was almost empty. She put on a small smile. Got room for another one?
