Three of the five Villa siblings were going to Diagon Alley this afternoon to pick up school supplies. It had been 2 hours since they got there and Ara had almost everything already. She had just got out of Madam Malkin's since she had to buy new robes. The thirteen year old girl was already approaching her third year at Hogwarts. As for her siblings, two of them have already graduated so only three of them were left to buy their things for the new term. Hallie was about to go in her second year as Edmund was going into his fifth. Ara hoped that Edmund would finally take his studies seriously as his OWLs were coming that year.

This year was a rather special year for Ara, as her parents allowed her to buy and bring a pet with her to Hogwarts. Sort of exciting isn't it?

The Slytherin girl entered the shop where she would find what she needed, Magical Menagerie. As she stepped in, she saw an old couple who appeared to be the owners. They had this warm and kind aura around them which Ara felt comfortable with. She looked around seeing a menagerie of owls, cats, toads, fish, rats, pygmy puffs, lizards, and more. The blue haired girl finally understood why it was called the Magical Menagerie.

Even before entering the shop, cats were on Ara's mind but when she finally entered, she realized something. Since she already had 3 cats at home, (2 family cats and 1 cat was Catherine's) she wanted something different. Her eyes wandered around her animal-filled surroundings until she laid her eyes on a certain ferret.

The ferret was rather sweet looking with innocent black eyes, dark brown, and light brown fur. Along with that, it's tongue was out which Ara thought was quite funny (and adorable)

She walked towards the ferret and noticed that the fur on their front right foot was a lighter color of brown compared to the other 3 feet. 'I guess that's how I would recognize them.' The ferret, being a curious little one, looked up at Ara. Ara tried to pet it and it hissed for a moment before basically running to her hand and letting her pet them.

The blue haired girl then heard a sweet voice behind her. "I think he likes you, dear." the woman, who Ara recognized to be one of the two people running the shop. The girl just realized she smelled like sugar cookies like the ones her grandmother would make. "He?" "He's a male European Ferret, a hob. This is the first time he actually approached someone on his own. Usually he's quite shy with people, hiding in the corner of his cage mostly, giving them attitude or just completely ignoring them. He's about 1 and a half years old."

'He's quite like me' the Slytherin girl thought. She thought of names for the little guy. At first, she thought of the name "Baby Bread" for some reason though she dismissed the name since it was a bit cheesy, maybe it'll be a nickname? Then she thought of "Kumo" which is Japanese for the cloud but she dismissed it again since there was nothing cloud-like about the ferret whom she was still petting. Another potential name came by, "Hyunjin" It felt right for a ferret but it didn't click.

The perfect name then came to her, "Minho" which meant brave and clever in Korean, her multilingual-ness becoming useful for something other than in family reunions. "I'll take Minho." she says to the older woman who smiles at her words.

The ferret, now named Minho was now Ara's to keep.
