yeah I get it, tbh I think a lot of Gods riordanverse portrayal is a lot more antagonistic and lame, like Dionysus, Ares, Hera. though I know Hera was also very unpleasant with the other woman Zeus had children with in the myths but Zeus was at the wrong there.

Also yeah i'm in no rush, most of the people at my school kinda sucks anyway

The Trials of Apollo’s interpretation of the god was what really caused he to appreciate him being the god of light and all that. Still, Greek mythology version was not that good. He was basically a jerk as shown in a lot of myths (Daphne, Cassandra, flaying the satyr, etc).

I think it can be applied to many gods, almost of them were jerks in the myths, in pjo they're all toned down

That’s very true xD - An IRL friend and I are even writing this project for fun where we are taking real songs and converting them to be Apollo’s Lyrics and it is absolutely hilarious smh. Like an example, for a holiday album song, we took ‘Last Christmas’ and the some of the verses now read as follows:

I keep my distance, but you still catch my eye
Tell me baby, do you recognize me: well, you are a tree, it doesn’t surprise me..
