«•«━┑┕━»•»Brooke saw Giselle freeze. Before she could say Giselle, er, is sometime wrong? Giselle opened her mouth faster than a cheetah. “Justin Shin? Yea..-” Brooke started, then added angrily, “How dare he? Mab y diafol!¹” Exclaiming in Welsh, the Ravenclaw realized she was speaking in Welsh. C’mon, shut up! She thought, her brain whirling spears and daggers at her poor control in Welsh.
Seeing Giselle gap her mouth in disbelief, Brooke nodded. “But I’ll talk to him. He already won’t stop bullying. I’ll make him thi-” She swore, her blue eyes dark with threat and swear. She stopped talking when Giselle started speaking about the brooms.
Why? I wanted to come with! The girl cried inside, then she started giggling at her poor self. Rolling her eyes at herself, she watched Giselle wave to her and Audrey and the Hufflepuff sprinted if in pursuit of the field.
While Giselle was gone, Brooke took of advantage to eat a sticky caramel before they would fly the brooms. She couldn’t wait til second year started and she could bring her own broom. She didn’t want to fall off again. Shuddering to her own memories, she stood up and saw the small figure of Giselle entering back into the courtyard.
“Ooh, yay!!! You got them!! I was starting to think you got caught! ” The girl exclaimed and hugged her friend, and then clutched the old broom, couldn’t wait for the flying to actually start.

Audrey waited anxiously for Giselle's return. The only thing that she could see (that is happening right now) is that Brook was chewing that same sticky caramel that, in her opinion, was really sticky indeed. "Brook, that sticky caramel-" As if she took no notice, she took a few bites, and, expecting her to go chewy anytime, tried her best to snicker silently. Surprisingly, she handled the caramel easily - she didn't know how. Damn, she thought. Her teeth must be made of wax. Just then, she realised that Giselle landed with a 'thud!'. "Ooh, yay!" Brookline looked surprised, judging from her open mouth. "You got them! I was starting to think you got caught!" Audrey herself was, in turn, also shocked by how she managed to sneak through that corridor so easily. "Cool!" she gave her a thumbs-up and a fist bump.
"We can start it now,"
Just as expected, Brookline started mounting on her broom. Audrey looked bewildered, trying to find her broom (which was indeed just a School Broom). "There," she grabbed hold of it next to Giselle, mounted her rigged-off-like broom, and flew high into the sky. "Woo!" she shouted, motioning for her friends to follow her. "This might be the most frightening and adventurous thing I'd done in my First Year,"
She gazed around. She could see the lush grass reflecting on the Sun, even though it doesn't look like it. Birds, black ones, were surrounding the tips and peaks of the poles. She didn't dare to look the other side, because she was scared that the eyes would 'burn' them down. "Careful, it's hot up here," She travelled around with her rusty broom and asked, "Hey, do you want to play Quidditch?" she shrugged, paused and continued reluctantly. "Should I join the Quidditch team next year?"

It’s Picnic Time!

[quote]She looked dazed as she saw her two friends mounting their brooms and starting to fly. There was some other thing that she wanted to ask the both of them first. One thing that she hated about herself was how she was still stuck in first year, the bottom year in the gigantic castle of Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. She then sighed at the thought of not being able to become a duellist or a broom racer yet, which of both she loved. She, at that time, was however pondering of which sport would be better for her. Since they had some brooms now, Giselle thought that it would be a good idea to have a broom race.
Unfortunately for her, Giselle wasn’t fast enough to say that are would fancy a broom race, because at that time Audrey suddenly said that it would be fun to play quidditch there. However, as a second passed, Giselle then thought that maybe playing quidditch would be more fun than broom racing at that time. Still unsure of what they should play, Giselle looked around at her friends, shrugging. However, the hope of being able to play Woodstock there was gone, as all of a sudden, a thought popped into her head. She remembered from one of her school textbooks that they would however need four balls to play with, and how on earth were they supposed to get that? Unless… unless…
Well, I doubt that we would be score to play out unless we had the four balls to play with. I’ll nick them now. Just wait for a moment.
Sighing, she went towards the broom shed again, carefully separating the distance from her and the others who were hanging out there. How successfully she had succeeded in the first time made her wonder whether she would be able to do it faster this time. There she crouched past the all-too-familiar quidditch training pitch, with she had been to like - seconds ago. She was half annoyed that she had to go there again, but come to think of it, they wouldn’t be able to play quidditch if it hadn’t been for her who volunteered to nick the brooms and quidditch balls. Sensitively, she knew very well that the quidditch stadium still held many wonderful (and a little pesky, Giselle have had enough of the quidditch pitch since her detention from picking weeds in October) creatures. Her aim was to get away from them as much as she could.
After what seemed like hours or so in the sweltering sun, Giselle finally reached the bedroom cupboard, hidden well out of sight from those who were out there. She then began to thank the ones who designated this place for the broom cupboard; it had became a whole lot easier for troublemakers like her to swoop in. As her hands touched the doorknob, Giselle sighed in frustration as she saw that the broom cupboard was locked.
Yeah, well, someone would’ve locked it right after I went back to them, yeah, yeah, she thought frustratedly. Only one spell to use. Alohomora!
The door swang open, just like she predicted. Speaking of pridiction, Giselle then thought that she was perhaps to only one to break that rule about a few hundred times. Almost every time she made some mischief or other, she would use magic. Smiling at the thought, she turned to what she would be facing right at that moment - to get the quidditch balls. They were high up in the stalls though - and the only way Giselle solved the problem was to cast the levitation charm, Wingardium Leviosa. So she did. She casually swished and flicked her wand and slowly whispered the quads, just as the box levitated itself into the air, which the badger thought was a hilarious scene - then it fell down onto the floor, as Giselle, jolting up to her senses, caught the box just in time. With sighs of relief, she clutched the box tightly under her arms and touched the doorknob, as she sighed with frustration, nearly dropping the box, which thankfully, she didn’t. Of she had, an angry flying professor would come by and give her detention. Yikes, it would be. Except that it wasn’t happening now.
She took out her wand and quickly casted Alohomora again, as she stepped out onto the stone cold floor. Quickly stuffing her wand inside her pocket, with her other hand clutching on to the set, Giselle set off. As the box was quite heavy, she was scared that she might accidentally drop it on the ground and then she would be dead. As she grasped her hand in everything ever so tightly as to not lose touch, Giselle set out at a run, a quiet and life-depending run. She desperately wished to be back with her friends there, safe and sound, but the more she thought, the one the run seemed to take. What seemed like two hours already passed, while in turn was only fifteen minutes, she ran towards her besties, grinning she showing them the metal box and what she brought for them. After one last sip of the wholesome butterbeer, Giselle unloaded the box and handed it to Brooke and Audrey, shrugging. She was not exactly an expert at quidditch, so she simply looked up at the blue sky, hopefully to enjoy the feeling and to try to feel what it would be like to be up in the sky, flying as though paradise surrounding them.

«•«━┑┕━»•»Brooke flew a bit higher, then looked down, oh darn. It was spiny... and dizzy... and everything! Letting out a frightened gasp, she remembered the single thing that happened in November 6th. She fell of the school broom. Flying to the ground as she closed her eyes so tight she thought they were never to be opened again. Opening them again once her foot grazed again, Audrey aas flying while Giselle was little hesitant, she waited til she was off her broom. She thoughy she was to fall again. This is what happened when you have old brooms. One day, Brookline Quinn, lover of the animals, and semi gentle Ravenclaw, she was going to tell the officials what should become with those ding dang brooms. She couldn’t wait a second before she was able to hold a good broom again.
Hearing Giselle’s words, Brooke definitely recoiled. “Not without me! If your gettin’ caught, you’re gettin’ caught with me!” Giselle went off without her. “Giselle..!!! She’s gonna get caught, should we help her, Audrey?” Brooke asked Audrey. Waiting for her response, Giselle came back. Running like a gazelle! Brooke ran to help her carry the heavy box.
“We’re gonna end up in detention I swear it. And do we even have enough to play qudditch? ”She was afraid that Giselle had gotten that for nothing. . If she had, detention here they come. Brooke was ready to put up her hands and say, we're ready.
