Corvinus Schröder | First Year | Hufflepuff

Corvinus has neatly cut short raven
hair and messy bangs. She has a
fair complexion and olive green
eyes. She's 4'8 feet tall.
At first she may appear cold and
aloof, but in reality is just too shy
to speak. Is the equivalent of
"Looks like she could kill you,
but is actually a cinnamon
roll."

Since Corvinus was little, she had
little contact with her parents
who worked as aurors in the
ministry.
Despite not seeing them
often, she saw them as really cool
heroes she wanted to be like when
she graduates. Since they
didn't have much time on their
plates, they entrusted Corvinus
to her aunt to compensate for
their lack of presence.
Her aunt is strict, but
also kind. She raised her more in
the wizarding style of life (because
her aunt is pureblooded), and
treated her with care. Their bond was
quite strong, with Corvinus often
making her small paper crafts as
a child.
Corvinus was six when she first went
to school, a muggle school. It was
her mother (a half-blood) who suggested
it, not only to prepare her for Hogwarts,
but to get her to talk to other kids as well.
It worked, but just a bit. She didn't really
know what phones and digital devices
were, and had a hard time understanding
slang terms her other classmates used.
Eventually, she did adapt, but ended up
with just a friend or two.
The muggle curriculum was okay for her,
and learned it just as any person would
have.
Sadly, as time passed, she eventually
graduated and lost contact with her friends
(In the natural way of forgetting your
elementary friends) and finally received
her Hogwarts letter.

It was a completely random situation.
Corvinus was 10 at the time, just
two months after her birthday at
her house in Birmingham. She
sneezed and accidentally turned
an apple into a lemon. Her nanny
saw this and was absolutely proud,
her parents were also incredibly
happy when they found out
she wasn't a squib.
