Arriving by Floo
Airlia, unlike most students, wasn't taken to kings cross by her parents. They said goodbye to her by the fireplace and she flooed away. She'd gotten instructions from her parents to go to the public floo closest to the train station. Which happened to be the floo leading her to the atrium of the ministry of magic. There really should be a floo connection to the train station, but unluckily to her, there was not.
And so she was forced to arrive at the ministry, all by her lonesome with nothing but her trunk and her wand. In addition to having only visited London a handful of times during her whole life, she'd never been to the ministry of magic before. She desperately needed guidance. Even a map would help her, but there were none available.
So many wizards and witches from all over the united kingdoms were walking around, well more like running. It seemed that everyone was in a desperate hurry to get somewhere. There was an even buzz of noise as everyone spoke, some giving statements to the press, some sharing ideas to their bosses, some speaking with coworkers or making plans for their weekends.
Airlia stood by the fireplace looking around as she'd just arrived seeing all kinds of witches and wizards. Some had suits on, others had the most expensive attires, cloaks, pointed hats, briefcases, and buttoned shirts. It seemed like everyone had their nicest clothes on for work but they were all the same dull colors of black, grey, dark blue and one even had the most hideous dirt brown on. Airlia had never liked the color brown and this man was wearing nothing but said earthy color.
Someone else arrived through the floo after Airlia and hurried past her, pushing her aside as documents flew everywhere as he ran with a folder like he was running for his life. He didn't even apologize and Airlia was surprised how rude people here were. She was bumped into from all sizes as she had to move away from the floo to give space to the woman who just arrived. She must have been at least seven feet tall since she had to duck very low to get out of the fireplace even when it enlargened for her.
"Sorry." Airlia mumbled as she was able to only give so much space to the woman with her trunk. Just then someone pushed her rather harshly and she was shoved right into the moving crowds.

Arriving by Floo
Airlia was unsure of what to do and on the verge of panic as ministry workers pushed her around by accident as they tried to move through the crowd and get to their respective destinations.
"Excuse me," "Sorry," "Ouch," "Could you show me to the exit please?", "Can anyone help me?", "Sorry, can I have a moment of your time, please?" Airlia couldn't get anyone's attention as she had to give up and flow with the crowd.
She ended up on the edge of the fountain right at the middle of the atrium and wondered how she could even get out of here. She wondered if perhaps the crowds would dissipate over time, but she only had an hour to get to Kings Cross or she would miss the train and the enchanted train, Hogwarts Express left at eleven, without fail.
There was no room for messing up. With a sigh, Airlia sat down at the edge of the fountain and tried to come up with a plan. She didn't have any way to get through the adults that were, stronger, taller and bigger than her. After all, what could an eleven-year-old do against a crowd of adults?
"Hello, little girl. Are you lost?" A voice suddenly asked and she noticed the young man, no more than twenty, sitting next to her. He had short brown hair and a green official outfit on that had a tag that said: 'Rudolph Angussen, ministy guide'.
With a grateful smile Airlia said: "Yes, my parents couldn't take me to Kings Cross so I had to floo here. I don't know how to get to the ground floor and out of here to muggle London so I can go find the train station."
"Oh, well then, follow me, I'll take you to the nearest exit." The man offered and gratefully followed the man.
It didn't take long and soon she was standing in front of a red phone booth: "This will take you up. Sorry, this is as far as I can take you. You're going to have to find the station on your own." The man smiled at her kindly and Airlia went inside the phone booth.
"Thank you so much!" She said happily and as a woman's voice asked her where she wished to go she loudly said: "Muggle London." And off she went leaving the ministry behind.
