Elizabeth idled after her classes ended, and thought for a moment about what to do now. Exploring the classes would be fun but after that class... Not so much. An idea popped into her head.  Go to the great lake, Eliza! That's one of the only things your parents told you about... Elizabeth found herself a bit lost, but after a while, she finally saw the lake... "Yes! I found it..." She quickly skipped to it and sat down. She expected something amazing to happen but was soon bored to the point where she felt tired, but she urged herself to stay awake.

Don't Fall Asleep, Eliza... You'll miss something! She sighed and watched for a few minutes before she finally saw something amazing. A small Herren came over the lake, and she jolted up in excitement. Dang, it Eliza! Why didn't you bring a camera or something? She was interrupted as the Herren gracefully swooped down and picked up a small fish. She continued to mope about how she didn't bring even a small camera but soon resumed to staring at the lake and remaining very still...

Elizabeth realized that no one was even at the lake. "Is this even a popular spot?" she thought out loud, half expecting someone to randomly appear. However, no one did, and a small part of her felt a bit lonely. She looked up again to shoo away those thoughts and then saw the Herren pick up a bit of speed and fly away... Elizabeth thought for a moment... "I wonder what its like to soar..." She continued to watch the lake with patience.

Classes were finally over, but Rhea was still mulling around in the halls outside of her Transfiguration classroom. Her professor had informed her of her bad grade, as of right now, and she knew that she had to fix it before her strict parents found out that she was doing poorly. Now, instead of her thinking properly and leaving to go study somewhere remote inside the castle, Rhea hoisted her bag onto her shoulder and headed out of the castle towards the Great Lake, where she would most likely get distracted by... anything really. But she still went down there, hoping that staring out at the calm lake would calm her nerves and relieve her stress.

Rhea soon reached the Lake and looked around to find a place to rest against with her books around her. As she looked around, she noticed a small tree in kind of a secluded section of the lake. She rushed there, but was surprised to see a girl was already there. From what she could see of the back of the girl, she had poofy, brown, long hair. When Rhea reached the girl, she heard the last few words the girl had uttered. "I wonder what it's like to soar..." Rhea raised her eyebrow at the girl's words, and, finding her interesting, sat down next to her. She turned to look at the girl and confidently introduced herself. "My name's Rhea Bishop. What's yours?"

Elizabeth whipped around surprised, and she opened her mouth to try and find words. She closed her mouth and looked down. "Ah- Elizabeth Catching. But call me Eliza. Uh- Hi." she looked back up and smiled her best smile, which wasn't particularly pretty compared to the other girls in Hogwarts. She suddenly realized how stupid that must have sounded, just bluntly saying Hi... Wait? did that even sound weird? "I guess I just over think things..." She quietly mumbled to herself. but she pretended to not be a bit embarrassed. She looked at the girl, guessing she was a Gryffindor.  She observed her quietly but soon turned back to the lake expecting to be called out for staring, which would be pretty embarrassing.

After a few moments of silence, she finally thought of a conversation starter. Classes! Why didn't she think of that before? "Soooo...  Do you have a class you really like?" She was actually more than interested to ask other students what their favorite class was, hoping that the one she favored wasn't weird or something... Eliza just really wanted to fit in. That was exactly what it was like in her hometown. She used to be judged by most of her friends, but the teasing was minor. But of course, Eliza overthought things... a lot.

(Sorry I took a while to reply, I went to sleep about an hour after posting this. Yepppp. I go to bed that early... Ehee...)

Rhea could tell she had startled the girl, who turned around with a startled expression on her face. The girl introduced herself as Elizabeth Catching, cutting her name down to Eliza. She smiled at Rhea, and the redhead smiled back. Eliza really did have a nice smile. There was a small silence for a while, in which Rhea decided to sit down next to the brunette and stare out at the lake. She took off her shoulder bag and plopped it next to her, the few books in her bag causing it to the dirt with a small thud. She thought to take out her book, but decided not to, favouring conversation over doing actual work.

"Soooo.. Do you have a class you really like?" Eliza asked, and Rhea could see that she was attempting conversation. Rhea smiled and looked for a flat rock to skip as she thought about her question.

"My favourite subject's probably Defense Against the Dark Arts. And I guess Flying, too, as one of my favourite things to do is practice Quidditch. How about you?" Rhea was curious to know if Eliza knew about Quidditch, to see if she had wizard heritage or if she was a Muggle-born. She knew that she couldn't just outright ask her, so she decided that asking about Quidditch would be a safe place to go.

Eliza jumped at the chance of defense against the dark arts. Even though she liked almost all of the classes, she absolutely loved dark arts. Elizabeth didn't even know why it wasn't because she was evil or wanted to kill people... it was just so... interesting! Her parents even told her about it before Hogwarts and noticed before she went to Hogwarts that she had become rather obsessed with trying to find info about it. She would constantly bombard her parents with questions almost every day... This kind of got her parents a bit worried she would be put into Slytherin, and they stopped answering questions (They were the type of parents who believed all Slytherins to be evil.)

She remembered she had to answer, and she turned towards Rhea. "I Love Defence against the dark arts. I don't even know why its like I'm under its spell and I will soon be corrupted by it!" she said that last part as a joke. She then remembered the topic of Quidditch. She suddenly became even more excited. "OH! both of my parents thought Quidditch was amazing, and I guess that kind of rubbed off on me too..." She grinned. I guess meeting a few more people wasn't that hard, she didn't think she said anything wrong... Oh, wait! Did I ramble? Shoot... Hopefully not...

Rhea smiled as Eliza answered that her favourite subject was D.A.D.A as well. Apparently, she really did love, so much that she could corrupted at it. Rhea chuckled at her joke, before the brunette switched to talk about Quidditch. She gushed on about it, saying that her parents' love of Quidditch had rubbed off on her.

So, it turned out that Elizabeth was probably a pureblood or a half-blood as she knew about Quidditch. The brunette grinned at Rhea, and the tips of Eliza's ears turned a little red. Rhea could guess that she wasn't a very sociable person, judging by the fleeting expression of uncertainty that passed over her face whenever she spoke.

Rhea threw the rock in her hand a little in the air and got up, looking to skip it. But before she did, she thought that Eliza might be able to help her with her troubles. Rhea sat back down and opened her bag, looking through it until she found her thick Transfiguration book. She pulled it out and set it on her lap.

"What's your least favourite class? Mine would definitely have to be Transfiguration... Mostly because I just can't seem to get it," Rhea said, frustrated. She looked sheepishly at the brunette. "If you're any good at Transfiguration, can you help me?"

Eliza looked at her again, and she thought for a moment. She wasn't super amazing at transfiguration, but she also wasn't bad at it. In general, she didn't have any helpful tips. It just kinda came naturally, which Elizabeth enjoyed because she was a bit of a perfectionist. She didn't like it when something was hard for her, causing her to get... irritated. She shrugged slightly at the question "Ehh- I can't give any tips... It just kind of came naturally? I'm not really the person to ask. Study?" she felt a bit bad for not being able to answer Rheas question.

Eliza didn't like to give advice because a lot of people would rely on her a bit too much and get pretty angry with her when her advice didn't help, but now Eliza had to think about her favorite class... "My least favorite class is... Not potions... Hm... I don't really dislike any classes, but the one that's my least favorite is... History of magic. It's really boring. Eeee- I'm getting tired just thinking about it..." She actually yawned surprisingly, and she covered her mouth and snickered. Really, Eliza was just a huge airhead once she's comfortable around you... And I mean a huge airhead. Like, the type of person who would always try to make you go to a vending machine or something to get snacks, then conveniently forget she had no money. Yep. That's Elizabeth Catching.
