Water Race Sign-Ups Summer Camp 2024

WELCOME TO SUMMER CAMP '24!
Looking for a fun activity to do on August 6th 2024? If so, why not head down to the West side of the London Quidditch Stadium and take part in the Water Race!

HOW IT WORKS:
- Students will be part of a team of 8.
- You may choose your teams. Anyone who needs a team will be put where there is room.*
- Each team will have their own individual lane with water related tasks to finish.
- Each student will complete 1 task for their team, making a total of 8 tasks in the race.
- The winners of the race will win bragging rights and a badge of certificate (made on Canva, will be owled to winners)
- The tasks, in order, include: racing through standing water, filling a bucket of water with holes in it while running, throwing water balloons at a target, balancing on a boogie board in standing water, knocking down a Piñata with water balloons, tossing rings onto 3 different targets, using a fishing rod to collect 3 fake fish, and using a stand-up paddle board in standing water to cross the finish line.

OOC NOTES:
- Both PCs and iNPCs can participate.
- After every team has completed the first step, a moderator (who is also present IC) will announce results of the race so far. This will repeat like: team racer #number posts their actions for task #number, mod post, next team racer posts their actions for the next step, mod post, etc.
- You may not post that your character has gone on with the next step until the mod post, but IC the player has not stopped racing.
- All site rules apply.
- Each post must be 200 words and include the names of the entire team and your character's stats and abilities.
- Since this is a team event, communication is recommended whether through Discord or owls.
- You must be indexed to compete in this event.
- Sign-ups will close on August 1st.
