Why? Using html in codes can break the site, whether purposefully or accidently. By allowing it, you are exposing your site to danger. I had wanted to use html before ebcause I thought it looked so much better than bbcode but I also got a no.

Think of it this way. If your code uses the same class (<div class="potatopeeling"></div> in html, .potatopeeling in css), you'd change the default to whatever you set potatopeeling's styles for.

Additionally, there's not really a way to stop <script></script> from being used to import harmful bugs or viruses through javascript either.

I have some questions. First, when will camp start, and what will that include? Is it like a summer-school kind of thing, or a full on summer camp? Second, the tables in my encyclopedia and codes are looking a bit awkward. Fill that be fixed or should I do something to change the code?

It will be announced probably soon as it happens in July or August.

It’s basically just a fun event where everyone can come together and enjoy some fun before school starts again. Last year it was carnival themed so there were carnival games and rides as well as people got to watch the iNPC summer sport games.

Everyone can go to summer camp except for graduated 7th years (and nonfaculty adults)

Yes, these will be posted in announcements when released. There will also presumably be other activities to sign up for during summer camp, which will be released by the summer camp team once they have decided upon the activities.
