New Appearance DescriptionDespite her happy-go-unlucky attitude, Vale's sense of fashion reflects greatly upon afro-gothicism. Bright colors are not refused, but has a heavy preference for dark tones. Gold can be found across her body, from bracelets to the cuffs found in her long, thin-woven dreadlocks which can be found sometimes in a bundle mess. While known to be in her mandatory Slytherin uniform and robes, she also dresses herself in black gowns and a satin bonnet to protect her hair during her curfew hours. She has dark skin and likes to keep her nails sharp and black.
A horrowing history of potion experimentation has caused the Ashwoods to have an influx of mutations. Vale's amber eyes shine brillantly, and her eye color quite unusual. There is no ill effect from this, but it is yet to be seen what further mutations she may experience over the years as she ages.

Nature's Will got wiped out after a Muggle equivalent of a shootout with Ministry Aurors. Aurors raid the Ashwood home for evidence. The rest of the family did not know what he was doing. He's in prison for life.

Lastly, the Japanese name thing. I kinda forgot I wrote this part with everything else stacking up IRL, so I'll try piecing together my idea I had when writing this part of them as I go. It's basically two names, as complicated as it can get. Before the death of their mother, the Japanese names would be used at home, as well as with family of that heritage, while gaining those English names from one of those situations where they thought it'd just be 'easier' to have names everyone could pronounce, as well as ones that wouldn't get them teased or that in normal school before Hogwarts, that kind of thing. It fell into place a bit more than they knew, as those Japanese names started falling out when their mother went away, the single father finding it easier using one name.

Lex had been a rather special case as their family called it, being born in Japan and with autism. Lex has always made their way around it though. They eventually came to Mexico to the U.S. then to London, their mother having sadly died within, though she is well remembered and respected. Basically, as a full story, Lex is what you'd consider what they had made as their own word, a trifuse, having made it to describe them, as they are considered a Japanese-American-Mexican, despite how weird it sounds. They had grown up with Autism and their twin brother, Mitsuya, or with his English name, Michael, as well as their cousin Asterius and best friend who is now currently their partner, Taiki. Deserving to be mentioned, Lex's Japanese name is Ayuka, their surname being Nishimura, which believe me had gotten associated with Enhypen's Ni-ki more times than they could count. They ignored the comments of this, despite how fun it would be to live life like that around kids, and went on with their lives. A lot of events had happened, like two more siblings and their mother dying, but it was a good time with each other. During these years, Lex had their crushes, just as anyone else, currently dating Taiki Ishii now. Their siblings are currently eight and soon-to-be ten, while Mike is the same age as them, siblings staying with their father in their house. Recently, they had a talk with their father, mostly being about their identity of being non-binary and that. It may have been a bit with him not entirely supporting them, but he had offered a name change, letting them pick a name that felt more them as long as it was appropriate. "Eklipse". Eklipse was what they chose. It felt like the best day of their life being able to have something that felt them, now with the family as well

Lex's name can be changed, but we need an in-character explanation of how and why their name is changed. It doesn't have to be legally changed in-character either—you may have a chosen name or nickname as your account name—but the character's legal name has to be present somewhere in their ency.
Answering questions here! Really, Alexis is their legal American name, it is very rarely heard though due to how much Lex became natural to everyone until this chosen name came up. As written in the changing bio, Eklipse will be a legal name change, something family will have to find out about when interacting. Something unfortunate with Lex/Eklipse's family is that due to not interacting much from not being your rich popular kid types, they tend to get left out on some things, and their dad is the kind that does that karma situation, y'know...?STATUS: Pending, Ruckus, August 30
Please include why they were called Lex Kervick to begin with—is that their American name? I understand the Japanese name and the change to Eklipse, but there should be a record in your ency and the application for "Lex Kervick." Also make it clear which name is their legal name, i.e., on their birth certificate. Is Eklipse a legal name change on paper? Or just something the family has agreed to start calling them?

Reason for Reapplication: On November.11 2026 at Valley Hall there was an incident that took place where there was fire set from a perpetrator who most likely has a feud with the Dayes. Only Angel and her cousin Vasya, and the Ravaxidors who helped the two children escape from the degrees of the burns. They were the only survivors. Vasya who was born on November.11 2005 who at the incident just turned 21, she is able to be a legal guardian for Angel, and took her cousin under her wing. The Dayes (paternal side) and the Viaros (maternal side) and the invited family Ravaxidors were all present before the fire.
It was ill chosen that only her mother knew the confidante entirely herself, so personal details were only know to her unbeknownst to the daughter. Bianca Resetti was the name of the woman who started it all. Handling affairs and finance, being the one the family counted on, Bianca thought it would have been a clean cut decision for the assets to come to her, until Angel came along. When she came into the picture the family made a decision to give it to her instead.
Being the confidante most would assume as well the family would appoint the assets to her, but the Dayes had given a conversation to the woman just as soon as the decision was made, it was unfortunate Bianca did not take it well considering how long she worked for them, she felt it was all for nothing and that the wealth was given to a daughter who was no older than an infant. Bianca had felt insulted. Which made her gained a grudge and led to the tragic event in November 11. Deep inside she had always envied the Dayes and wanted the wealth knowing that she would be so far from it now also added fuel to the fire.
Now she started the fire by using Fiendfyre, and prior to this she cutted all contact with the family since then in a cover up to carry her plan to vanquish the family blinded by rage. Her planned succeeded and lives were lost.
The following members on the Dayes family that died were: Robert Dayes, her father. Nancy and Alexandre the grandparents, Journee Dayes and Evgeniya Dayes (née Knyazeva) the aunts. Finnick Dayes and Riley Dayes the uncles. Lyra, Isiah, and Vincent her cousins.
The following members on the Viaro family that died were: Gemma Viaro her mother, Marie and Christopher Viaro the grandparents.
