It is possible to have your old iNPC on a new PC but it requires some very specific restrictions, so it isn't always possible. For instance, I am very unlikely to be able to use my iNPC again if I change my PC. Once you have an iNPC though, you can't switch so it would no longer be possible anyway. And she counts as a second year for inpc purposes yeah, even if durmstrang
