Could someone explain this 'deactivating' concept to me? I understand if I deactivate Lizzy I could come back as another character and later on come back to her?

If you really wanted to, as long as it’s been 6 months.
I had a character before Simon, Alina Rosier but got so stuck with her. I loved her and told myself I really need to plan out my next character before leaving her. In the end it was a good decision for me.
