S'mores on a Starry Night pv Closed

Percival raised an eyebrow at the Ersa's cryptic answer. The boy didn't know if he exactly trusted the girl that Adonis had invited. Percival bit back a sigh as Ersa turned on her orb.

Adonis seemed to trust this girl, so Percival decided to not voice his feelings to the boy. Once the four were under the cover of the trees, Percival began to feel a little more at ease.

Percival could not hear the conversation that the two girls were having, and he gave them a small glance. The boy tossed the orb in between his two hands in an attempt to make the walk feel shorter.

He glanced up at the other as he began to talk. "I haven't either though I heard stuff about it." he said with a small shrug. Percival nodded his agreement at coming to the lake more then once. Percival had been to the lake more times then not. Usually under the cover of the night when he wasn't supposed to be there.

"Hm? Oh yeah I think I heard about a summer camp." he said putting his hand to his chin as he tried to think. "If they did it again I'd like to stay. What about you?" he asked glancing at the boy next to him. The thought of being away from home for a little longer sounded wonderful. As a Pureblood, Percival knew that his parents would most likely not give him a break. The thought of studying all summer long made him want to stay at Hogwarts and take his exams three times. Though it wasn't like he had a choice, especially now that his Uncle wasn't able to house him this summer.

Even at the sour thought, Percival's face lit up as he realized they had made it to the campsite. The place looked fairly deserted, seeing how the place hadn't been used for a good year. "Alright we made it." he called back to the two girls.

"Where should we set up camp?" he asked Adonis.

Alina lit her luminous orb now that they were there and that allowed her to look around. It was a ponderous place and she was glad that Percival and Adonis said she could come...even if it was maybe to shut her up about it. "I like it right over there," she suggested, pointing to where there was a good bit of clearing and it wasn't immediately under some trees. There was also a lot of space around so they could build their fire for the s'mores later.

"Now what were you boys talking about?" she pipped up again. "Summer camp? Are you able to stay at Hogwarts for the summer?" and that was a complete game changer if so. She knew that once her father learned about the truth about her house, he could easily turn his back on her and at eleven, one had no where to go. It wasn't as if she was sixteen and could at least get a job and attempt to pay rent somewhere. Hogwarts for the summer. Now that could change everything.

She walked over to that slight clearing still in the middle of the forest and placed her bag down. She really had missed out on so much from those imps. The campgrounds were amazing, even at night when everything was darkened. She looked up, since there was that clearning she could see all the stars shining. "Whichever one of you boys had this idea first, brilliant mind!"

"That's Bella, my twin sister, Alina explained. Ersa couldn't help but notice how solemnly she seemed to say it. "We're identical..."

"Well, that isn't obvious," muttered Ersa, half-hoping the girl didn't hear her. She found her interesting and didn't want to make an enemy quite yet. Alina went on to explain how she was sorted, better yet, 'punished', into Hufflepuff. Ersa couldn't see how it could be bad to be home with badgers, but she figured that there was more to it than she knew, or cared about.

She was right. "I sassed that stupid hat and I don't know...I don't think Hufflepuff is where it originally would have put me."

Ersa shrugged, not sure what to say. "Well, best make the most of it, 'cause we're all stuck in these bloody asylums for the next seven years. Six, if you're being optimistic."

"Actually, that's mainly the reason I thought Percival and Adonis allowed me to come, thinking I was Bella."

Ersa looked at the two boys ahead of them. She didn't think much about because she didn't know them very well yet, but she had a funny feeling that that was going to change soon, whether this night or the upcoming days. The school year was nearing it's end but the fun was only just beginning.

"I don't think that's the reason...," she murmured, but didn't explain further. She wasn't even sure herself what she was trying to imply there. But she also didn't want to say something she'd regret later so she hushed.

Alina said she had came across imps near the campgrounds before, which made Ersa scoff; she believed the girl was bluffing. The professors, nor the Ministry, would let the pesky things roam around the school like that, even if were just outside of the school. And then she added seeing them near the Great Lake as well, which made her shake her head. She wanted to call out the girl for lying but then Percival announced that they had arrived.

Ersa walked ahead of Alina, a little annoyed by her for the moment. She heard Percival asked Adonis where they should set up and laughed. "What, are we going to be separated or something? Why only ask Adonis when they are two girls here as well?"

"Now what were you boys talking about?" Alina walked up to them as well. "Summer camp? Are you able to stay at Hogwarts for the summer?"

"I am," Ersa chided. "But I'm not trying to stay here for the entire summer either, so I hope we get to go home for a good while."

Alina asked the boys who had the idea for the night out. Ersa figured it was Percival; he seemed like the type to do something as 'daunting' as this, creep out at night, breaking the rules, only to stare at the stars above and play tag, of whatever they planned. Ersa hoped they would get to the fun rather soon. She liked working up an appetite by running and fooling around so her stomach would have a lot of room for food.

Speaking of food, she asked, "Where all the snacks?

Adonis continued walking alongside his dorm-mate, looking around to scan their surrounds as they walked. Heck yeah! I would love to stay here during the summer. Although, I doubt my parents would let me stay the whole summer as much as they would love for me to be invested in my studies still. I'm pretty sure they would like me to be back home with them for half of summer at least. Grandparents I tell you. My parents would love to see me but they're always busy with work for the Ministry. It's more so my grandparents making the excuse that my parents want me him when really it's just them that actually do more so. They're always squeezing the air out of my brother and I with their rough hugs. Adonis said with the roll of his eyes, chuckling slightly at the thought of his grandparents smothering his brother with their over-expressive love right about now.

Adonis was about to share his opinion on where they should set up their things and whatnot to camp at until Alina had chimed in. The boy simply smiled, nodding in agreement with her choice and walked over to where she had pointed to, placing the things he had brought with him down. "And yes! We were talking about how you were able to stay for summer camp here at Hogwarts last year. Whatever they do for the summer here at Hogwarts, I plan on staying either way." Adonis said with a shrug, making his mind up then and there on what he was set on doing for the summer.

"As for the idea? It was mainly Percival's idea but I gave my input and what I thought could work and whatnot. He came up with the bulk of it though. You should see the stuff we do to antagonize one another in our dorm." Adonis let out a laugh, thinking about the time the boys got into an argument before eavesdropping on Percival's rehearsal with an intangible Opeila, which resulted in Percival trying to kick Adonis but luckily he had dodged it and instead got Hanako, sending him flying to a screeching halt across the room. Looking back on it, Adonis had to admit that it was funny just remembering the way he flew. Then there was also the pillow fight that they got into one morning as well. All the good and fun times were starting to suddenly come to him towards the end of the year. Better late than never.

Adonis' head then turned to face Ersa, sucking in his teeth at the mention of snacks. Yikes. "Well, uh.... I didn't bring any. Unless Percival did? I just know I didn't for sure but we'll survive I'm sure. Now lets get this show on the road. Once you're tagged by someone from the other teams light... you're out of here! Teams for the first round!" He said with a wide grin on his face before grabbing Ersa by the hand, letting out a laugh of the sorts and running off to find cover behind a tree away from Percival and Alina.

Percival gave Adonis a polite smile as the other rambled about his family life. Inwardly, he wished his family was a little warmer. The boy honestly could not think of a time his grandparents had ever acted warmly to him. Not even to mention the last time they actually hugged him.

He didn't hold it against them though. His grandparents held traditional values, and they held him to the same standards.

Percival was dragged from his thoughts as Alina spoke. "Oh yeah." he said giving her a grin. "What were you two eavesdropping on us?" he snickered finding it amusing.

The boy put his hand to his chest in a dramatic way. "Thank you!~" he said as Alina praised the idea. He found pride in his plan, especially since it took a whole day to plan. Honestly, Percival had been fairly stressed from school the past couple of weeks, and the thought of spending a night just chilling was very appealing.

Percival huffed as Adonis eluded to the things that happened in their dorm. "Hey what happens in the dorm should stay in the dorm." he said lightly punching his dormmate's arm. The gesture was clearly meant to be taken as a joke. Since the punch was so gentle it wouldn't have even hurt a fly.

The boy's gaze flicked towards Ersa as she brought up the fact of food. "I brought stuff for s'mores." he said opening his bag to double-check. His eyes widened as a chocolate frog sprang forth from the bag. Percival tried to grab the frog, but it slipped through his fingers and fell onto the ground.

With a small sigh, the boy kicked at the chocolate frog before watching it hop away. "It's ok I still have two more." he said with a small nod.

Percival's eyes widened as he watched Adonis grab Ersa's hand and run away. It took him a second before he realized that Adonis had just started the game. The boy quickly dropped his bag, and turned on his orb light. He glanced towards Alina with a sheepish glance. "I never played before. So can I follow your lead?" he asked giving her a grin.

The two boys dimmed their lights and ran off and Alina stood in place and began to count. "1, 2, 3," she said loud enough that if they were close they could hear her. It had been forever and a day ago that she played tag but something about it being there in the abandoned campgrounds at night made it all the more fun...not to mention the dark.

"4, 5, 6...." she then started to think how these were two Slytherin boys and roommates at that. They better not be trying to play some kind of prank. "7, 8, 9....10. I've given you boys enough of a head start!" she shouted, then grew quiet to see if she could hear the rustle of a nearby bush or a slight breaking of a twig. Nothing.

All was quiet. So she began forward, off where there seemed to have been an old campfire sight with log-type benches. It was dark, but her eyes were already adjusting well. She thought maybe she spotted a moving figure up by the tree and turned around, looking around as she walked backwards toward it hoping to throw the person off of her suspicion. She then turned around quickly and began to run toward the tree, hoping it was one of the two boys.

As Alina began to start counting it was no brainer to run away. Percival quickly pocketed the light not wanting to accidentally turn it on. The boy didn't look to see where Adonis was hiding. As long as the other boy hid somewhere else, he didn't mind. His breathing increased and his heart thumped excitedly in his rib cage. Playing such a childish game was rather fun for the Pureblood. Especially, when he wasn't allowed such opportunities when he was younger.

Distantly he could hear the girl counting get closer and closer to the fated number of ten. Which meant Percival only had a couple of seconds left before he would be able to hide. The boy quickly moved his body so that he was crouching behind a bush. In the dark, Percival could not tell what type of bush it was. Either than the fact that the bush had small round looking berries.

Though Percival was not about to turn on his light to find out. It would only alert the other girl towards his location, and that would just not do. The boy's competitive side was coming into full swing, and he hoped he would not be the one first found. Sure that meant he hoped that a certain dormmate would get caught first, but in war all is fair.

Percival hunkered down close to the ground making sure to not shuffle around too much. The boy held his breath before breathing out carefully as he heard Alina stop counting. Tension bore into every fiber into his body. He felt like a snake about to strike upon an unsuspecting mouse, but he was the one who was hiding.
