Anastasia takes more from her mother's side, having brown wavy hair with some blonde strands, she always keeps it well combed and takes good care of it, usually braiding it or in a pony tail. Her skin is pale and some freckles are sprinkled on her nose, her eyes are light brown and her face round and well proportioned. She likes to have a nice countryside aesthetic in her daily wear, that is why she usually uses skirts and cardigans in autumn-winter or shorts, a simple T-shirt and a straw hat for the summer and spring. If she isn't wearing her Koldo uniform, she still has the habit of using muggle clothing in casual ocasions.

Anastasia isn't a spoiled child at all, in fact, she would have needed a bit more attention from her parents while growing up , which was why Anastasia had decided that she would give more attention and kindness to the people that she would meet along the way. In her prespective, Anastasia would get more kindness if she gave kindness to others, so it was very rare to see her lose her temper over something. She is the kind of person to try and find another way when problems come along, and isn't scared to making new friends and aquintances. She is intelligent, however, she can get bored easily while studying. While in class, her mind wanders off somewhere else completely, that is why she isn't known for paying much attention in class.

Anastasia Prokovdine was born in a small white house on the outskirts of Sortavala, Russia, from two Wizard born parents in mid September 2009. The Prokovdines weren't very much known in the wizarding community, in fact, the purebloods who did know of their existence decided to keep their distance from them, whether it was for gatherings or for anything else. Why, this family had started mingling into the маглы* society, not to harm them but to practically be them. The Prokovdines thought that the маглы were one of them, not different just because they didn't have any magical properties.

This had gone well for some time, until the маглы suspected something~ they weren't the same people. The snitch was that the Prokovdines were cursed. Yes, cursed they said, they weren't normal, they were very very different. Magic wasn't an easy thing to hide, and the Prokovdines are not particularly good at doing so. In fact, they were discovered many times doing strange things, especially the children who were already discovering their powers and unable to control them.

When Anastasia grew from the baby phase into a toddler, she went to a маглы school in town, and was treated like a normal child for some time until she was in the 3rd grade in elementary, the homework and schoolpapers that she had in front of her started to levitate, and the innocent child started telling her маглы friends that while the papers flew in the air, she felt something in her hands and arms, as thought it was her the one who was magically levitating them. Of course, all of them started to suspect her and the rumor grew that Anastasia was a witch. The grown ups didn't believe the little ones, they were only amused of how well their children could tell stories like that, however, the other children in the town started to believe the rumor, making Anastasia infamous. The girl had told her family and they decided to go into hiding, protecting the house with protection spells such as anti-muggle ones so that they would be assured that no one would tresspass their territory.

When Anastasia turned eleven years of age, a letter arrived to her country home saying that she was accepted into Koldovstoretz because she was a witch. Anastasia had no doubts that she wanted to go to this school. She was a witch, and she could not stop that.

Believe it or not, considering Anastasia's history, The Prokovdine's were very selective upon who they were going to marry. Blood status didn't matter, but appearance and the social status did. That is to say, Anastasia's family was naturally beautiful. Her mother, pale skin, green eyes, and wavy brown hair was a pleasure to see, and her father, his silver eyes shining all the time, porcelain skin, and blond hair, was very handsome. When they had their first child, she was equally beautiful, taking her mother's green eyes and her dads blond hair and porcelain skin. When Anastasia came to life, she was no exception: taking all of her mum's traits and leaving her dad to cherish his firstborn.

The child had not discovered her beauty until she was in the Muggle elementary school's 6th grade. Nobody cared about her appearance before, for they were only young children that made friends due to their fun and cheerful hearts. When she was twelve , she started to feel the looks behind her back and the direct stares to her face. She couldn't explain what was wrong with them; but she cared to know, and was going to try and investigate the source. Gum on her hair? She didn't see any. Toilet paper stuck on her shoe? Yup, no toilet paper there. She did not see anything wrong with her, and at the time, her appearance wasn't really cnsidered by her. She was clueless about her beauty until she arrived to Koldovstoretz when she turned eleven years of age.

Anastasia's nature was kind and humble, as well as fearless and brave. She learned a lot of things in the past, as well as being raised in a humble family was very helpful for her future years. Being polite ? always, no excuses Elegancy? Yep! Anastasia came with those traits to her wizarding high school full on. She was definitely not expecting glances everywhere like in the muggle school. Her first thought was that she was not being approved in the school. She was left for a few weeks weeping in the lack of confidence she had for the first two weeks of arriving at the school, but then she had to show up more. Or, what was she doing? Again, every time she passed through the halls, she was welcomed by glances from everyone that had looked at her. Her presence was very much seen, thought she did not know why. Nor did she enjoy the constant attention given to her, really. She was slowly realising that he was very very pretty, and that was the reasons of the constant attention that was given to her.

Anastasia was known to be a brave and fearless girl from heritage, since her parents had educated her on the motto that ''there is nothing to fear but fear itself", and that being scared was for weacklings. Not even an insect could scare off the russian girl, for she usually just felt like there was nothing to be scared about. Nightmares and darkness were one of the biggest children fears, however if Anastasia had a nightmare she would quickly wake up, look around, and go back to bed to dream as thought nothing had happened. Unlike a normal child. The night, well, it was another form of the day, and nothing worrying really happen there, right? She could spend a lot of time in the dark and not worry about being scared or anything coming up to her.

The only fear Anastasia would experience would be fear for her loved one's well being, especially when her family was forced to go into hiding from the Muggles when they were slowly finding out about the magical family's real history. While her family had left the no fear motto behind, Anastasia had stayed with her head up, and even if the situation was hard for them, she kept trying to cheer everyone up.

A significant part of her being fearless was when once, her parents went shopping in a russian village, and her parents had to turn on a dark alley to visit a family member. Anastasia's memory was vivid, and she could clearly remember the day her family was stunned in the front of the alley. Without noticing her companion's sudden stop, she carried along walking as thought nothing had happened, not being bothered by the darkness of the alley. When she realised she was the only one walking there, and her family was a few meters behind her, she turned around, wondering why in the world they were staying behind and not following her. The family ended up taking another, longed but more enlightened path to their friend's house, leaving young Ana to question why in the world they had not taken the quicker path.

Her history also made her question what was to be feared in life. There could always be a solution to a problem. If you couldn't find it, search for it. She would not be so weak to think that monsters crowded her room when she was sleeping, and the dark bringed nightmares to kids.

Cunning is the art of concealing our own defects, and discovering other people's weaknesses.
