Of all the countless things Quinn could be doing. Never in a million years did he think he would be doing something so potentially dumb. The chances of this going horribly wrong were astronomically high and strangely Quinn could live with that. Would he be setting a proper example for students? Nope, definitely not but would it be funny as hell if it went off right. Hell yeah it would, that's what made it so worth it. Well that and the fact his friend Ami is coming along with him for the wide.

Wearing his usual school robes Quinn casually looked around. There was no way his presence was going to be subtle so he there was no sense in acting nervous. Something he was struggling to do. If he acted even remotely suspicious it would be over before it began, since with his massive frame it was like broadcasting 'Hey look over here I'm gonna do something stupid!'. Something he rather not broadcast.

Casually taking out his wand he looked at it intently, casually fiddling with the wand. Quinn had grown even more in his time being around 8 feet now. Surprisingly Quinn wasn't looking lanky either. No he was filling out and whether that was because of his own effort or just simple genetics. His legs and arms were more like thick logs of a tree and he had massive rough hands to match. Broad shoulders and a wide chest all covered up by his robes made him look more fat than lean. Which looked a bit awkward since he had relatively little fat in his face.

"Ami's gonna be late again isn't she." He sighed standing near the door to Professor Boniface's office. What a tiny door the professor had...or was Quinn getting too big?

Questions for later.

@Quinn Healy

Ami was not necessarily a prankster, by any means, but something about messing around with Quinn brought out her trickster streak. She never liked to do any harmful pranks, of course, but funny little jokes that would brighten up someone's day? She was all about those. So it was with a wide, mischievous smile that she hustled out of the castle towards one Professor MacTavish's office, her cat Leo trailing a few feet behind her as the pair made their way across the grounds. "Keep up, Leo!" Ami called back towards the cat, her speed-walking turning into hustled jogging. "We've got an appointment to keep."

She could spot her massively tall friend from quite a distance away, although she had to refrain from screaming his name across the Grounds. After all, the pair was trying to avoid any attention, although with their rather tall statures and flaming red hair, it really didn't make much difference, no matter how much effort they put into trying to keep their suspect activities on the down-low. But finally, Ami reached Quinn's side, slightly out of breath but with a wide smile on her face. "Sorry about it," she said with a careless toss of her head, keeping her hair away from her face. "Leo was being a little stinker and trying to go bully the owls. I told him that this would be way more fun, but he didn't really want to listen."

Glancing at the Herbology Professor's office door with caution, Ami reached for the doorknob, placing her hand around the cool metal knob. "Alright, let's do this..." she said quietly, glancing at Quinn before twisting the knob.

It... didn't move. Evidently, the door was locked, as it seemed to be a reasonable thing to do when the Professor wasn't actually in the office. "Damn it," she grumbled under her breath. Glancing at Quinn, she nodded the door. "We're crap at magic..." she said slowly, raising an eyebrow. "So could you just... kick the door in? We can fix it when we leave!" she added hastily, knowing that Quinn probably wouldn't be all too comfortable with the idea of destroying Hogwarts property. "We'll be fast, I promise," Ami assured him. "In and out. A little smashing of a door is for the greater good!"

"So let me get this straight you want me a 7 foot something man child to kick open a professor's door. What if I accidentally shatter it how the heck are we gonna explain that!?" He rightfully asked quickly covering his mouth before crouching down so he was mostly eye level with Ami. In a quieter tone he sighed, "Couldn't you use the unlocking charm on the door...actually you know what...feck it. Let's just do this." He stood back up and was getting ready to start kicking the door in before a random thought popped in.

"Um...Ami do you know if this door pulls out?" He rubbed the back of his neck chuckling and smiling sheepishly. "I mean if it does then I might actually end up breaking it down. I mean I'm a prefect I can't be just breaking down property. People already view me as a reckless monster I mean you clearly don't which I appreciate it but..." He was starting to ramble on and on like a nervous wreck almost. He had fair points but it could get annoying at times as he would occasionally over think a simple situation. Hopefully a simple few words or a good smack would get him to refocus.

Heck maybe even a word from king chad would fix him right up?

Ami sighed, glancing at Quinn with a raised eyebrow like some sort of strange mother-figure. "Quinn," she said in exasperation, rolling her eyes over-dramatically, folding her arms across her chest. Leo sat patiently by her feet, staring at Quinn with wide eyes as if he were egging him on. "We can reparo it later, when we're done. And if it shatters... actually it probably will, but it'll probably be just the handle, right? Plus, it's more fun this way. What an entrance!"
"Actually you know what...feck it. Let's just do this."
Hell yeah!
"People already view me as a reckless monster I mean you clearly don't which I appreciate it but..."
... goddammit. Ami sighed again, marching over to the door. "Well, I don't see hinges," she muttered, her eyes scanning up and down the crack of the door. "So we should be good to go. Besides, I don't think either of us are well-versed enough in alohomora to actually be able to unlock this door- I mean, what a dumb spell, right? Like yes, it's useful, but it makes locks useless, so then why even bother? I- whatever. Moving on."

Reaching up to clap Quinn on the shoulder, she gestured towards the door with her hand.

"This is the only time you'll ever hear this out of my mouth," she warned, "So savor it while you can. But you're stronger than me, Quinn. Besides, if we do this right, no one will ever know. And we can say that I did it, if a professor comes along- it's my style, anyway. I just don't wanna screw up and hurt my foot, you know? I'm out of practice with kicking doors... plus you've got the advantage of height, as much as I hate to admit it. That's gotta count for something, right? You've got this. Come on, Quinn!" Rapping her knuckles against the door of poor MacTavish's office, she grinned broadly at Quinn, before stepped back and letting him do his thing.

"Yeah yeah yeah don't get ye bloomin hair in a twist. Ah swear ye cause more havoc then me sisters during story time." He grumbled out as he back stepped taking his lumbering mass and leaning back. In that moment he tensed up and gritted his teeth. Barely a second later he let out a quick verbal exhale of air. His right leg exploded forward with all his released potential energy turning into kinetic.

As his foot met the door. A loud cracking sound could be heard as his foot threatened to break through the door. The door looked as though it might shatter from such an explosive impact, but instead of doing what one might expect it to like shattering. Instead the hinges gave out before his foot could fully go through. Perhaps it from the awkward angle in which he kicked it or the fact that he hit it with flat off his foot which acted more like a batter ram. Making a horrendous sound as the great wooden door came crashing down into the office. Quinn grinned as soon as the dust settled and bowed slightly signaling to the now open entry way. He stared at Ami smiling knowingly. "Lassie's first."

Ami let out a holler and a whoop as Quinn smashed down the door, before quickly slapping her hand over her mouth with her eyes wide. "Sorry," she squeaked out, her eyes darting around nervously as she glanced around their surroundings. Dear lord... her already dismal Herbology grade would absolutely plummet if they got caught now... but whatever. Carpe diem because YOLO, right?

Ami stepped back and performed a wobbly curtsy as Quinn gestured for her to enter the office first, before quickly skirting inside and dragging Quinn with her. "Alright, Mac Daddy..." she murmured, clapping her hands together. "Time for a makeover."

Grinning at Quinn, Ami drew her wand, smacking it against her palm absent-mindedly. "What d'you think we should start with?" she wondered aloud as she glanced around the rather ordinary office. "I don't think he'd really appreciate flowers. 'Cos he teaches Herbology, right? So if he wanted flowers, he'd just conjure some himself. Hmm... what would an Herbology teacher appreciate, d'you think?"

Crossing the office to sit on the desktop, Ami pursed her lips in thought as she glanced around the space of the office. "Oh!" she exclaimed, grinning at Quinn. "What about that Bubble Charm? I'm sure MacTavish would appreciate some bubbles, right...? Or do you guys call them baubles?"

Readying her wand, Ami took a deep breath, before exclaiming, "Bullarum Immortalem!"

Sparks shot out of the tip of her wand, but no baubles nor bubbles seemed to emerge. Disappointed, Ami raised her eyebrows at Quinn. "Well? Go on, you try."
