Friendship for All
Open to as many people that would like to join!Willow had started her friendship bracelet making in the Hufflepuff common room, but there seemed to be quite a demand for them outside of her house. She was genuinely surprised at how many people either had never heard of them, made them, or received one. That broke her Hufflepuff heart and she felt like she personally had to fix this drought of friendship throughout Hogwarts.
She went into the Great Hall for lunch a time when people are generally milling about with not much to do, and if they do they're probably in the library struggling with homework. She brought all of her yarn down to the hall, setting it in the middle of the table. She made sure to feed herself some fruit before starting this activity to prevent being hangry for the rest of the day. Next to the pile of yarn, she had pre-made friendship bracelets. An impressive stack of them. Other students could either take a bracelet, make one, or both. She just wanted to spread the love.
After she was done eating she got to making another one, she hoped people would approach otherwise she looked like a really weird girl with a pile of thread and bracelets. She could do this without looking, so as she made her next one she kept her eyes scanning, asking anyone who walked by; "Hi! Do you want to make a friendship bracelet?" Some people scoffed and walked away, but that didn't change her enthusiasm waiting for someone who would join.

It was lunch, and even though Sam wasn’t hungry, he went to the great hall anyways. He was going to draw a bit to get his mind off of home, and his best friend, Johnathan. It was the only thing he had been thinking about all day. He had zoned out in a few of his classes because of it.
Even when Johnathan had moved away they still kept in touch often - in fact, this was the longest period of time Sam had gone without talking to him. I mean, sure, letters were a great option, but they take way too long to send, and even longer to get a response. On top of all of that, how are you supposed to tell your friend that you’re at a magic school because you're a wizard? You don't. So instead of accidentally saying too much in his letters he originally opted not to send them, which was a bad idea. Sam has missed hearing from his friend and finally, despite all the things telling him not to, decided to send his friend something, but instead of just a letter he was going to go all out and send him a mini care package. He had accumulated a decent amount of sweets, and was still trying to figure out what else to send him; A knitted plush was on the list, which he was halfway through making, but knitting in the great hall is the perfect way to get unwanted attention from not so nice people, so his project was on pause. He needed a break from wallowing in anger at knitting anyways.
While all these thoughts went through his head, Sam had arrived at the Hufflepuff table when he noticed a girl making friendship bracelets. Perfect! A way to not get unwanted attention, yet still be productive in his care package making.
Now the only task was to ask if he could join her. Sounds simple, but, as always with Sam, it’s not.
As he made his way over, he thought of everything that could go wrong, and, when he finally stopped in front of her, he buried all of those thoughts to try and form a coherent sentence. He somewhat quietly, yet loud enough to be heard over the usual chatter that could be heard throughout the great hall, managed to stutter out, “Hi! I’m Sam, could I join you?” The usual red tint that would come across his face when he talks to someone new had decided to make its scheduled appearance as he awaited her answer.

Alan was quite good at hiding, if he dared to say it himself. Growing up he had played it a lot with his parents, as they had the manor all for himself and sometimes it was the only activity, the young Gryffindor could enjoy; especially if it meant to hide from private tutoring. During that time he had learned a valuable lesson, at least for this game and that was, that the best spots to hide, were those in plain sight. So that is what he did, as he walked into the Great Hall he did not look around to find someone he knew at the Gryffindor Table, no, his eyes wandered around for a bit, before he spotted the Hufflepuff Table and a nervous smile tugged as his lip, as he walked over there with as much confident as he could muster.
He had told @Ruka Tân about his plan before, but he was not sure if the second year had any plan to follow the same idea, Alan had. He also was not sure whether Ruka would go to the Great Hall of all places, as he kind of seemed to avoid the place, but who was Alan to stick his nose into Ruka's business? Maybe someone had been mean? He remembered a time, when he himself avoided eating at the Gryffindor table to avoid another student and maybe this was no different? Alan shook his head, clearing his thoughts as a voice caught his attention.
"Hi! Do you want to make a friendship bracelet?", he heard a soft voice speak and his eyes involuntarily searched for the source of the sound, as his eyes landed on a girl. "D-do you mind, if I join? M-my friend might show up soonish as well.. I th-think...", he mumbled as he sat down with the Hufflepuff, kind of across from her and saving a spot for Ruka to sit next to Alan. In a soft voice, the Gryffindor spoke up again, stumbling over his words as he did. Curious to learn something new and nervous with what he was about to ask. The girl seemed nice though and Alan couldn't shake the thought, that it was worth asking her. "How d-does it even work to make them... C-Can I make two? I have two good friends at the moment...", he asked, giving her a small smile.

"One down, a few more to go." Kara told herself.@Alan Vanes @Jorah Moussa
Kara was chosen as the seeker for a game of Hide and Seek started by a Ravenclaw boy named Jorah Moussa, whom she had already found.
She had found most of the girls that signed up for the game, including the other girl that wanted to be seeker, but of course, life isn't fair and people have to move on. She was now looking for some of the boys and went of of Evelynn's idea of hiding in plain sight.
Kara knew all the tricks and hoaxes that hiders tried to play against her, but they always failed.
Hiding in plain sight was a small but complex task, for you had to hide, but out in the open where people can see you. Then it had struck her.
The Great Hall. It was always crowded and someone could easily push themselves to the thickest of gathering. Kara pushed into the Great Hall and then looked at her reference sheet to see if she could recognize anyone.
She looked at a small group of students making what looked like friendship bracelets. She hadn't ever had one before.
"No, I got to stay on task. I can make friends later." She said to herself.
She looked closer then she saw a boy whom was in the game.
She walked closer then tapped him on the shoulder.
"Guess what Alan. I found you!"

Ruka had not been a fan of the idea of joining this strange castle wide game of Hide and Seek; His personal favourite variation of the game at that point in time was the one where he hid out in the Gryffindor dorms and avoided giving anybody even the slightest idea of seeking him out.
However, Alan had been whining and guilt tripping him into joining, and Ruka had just wanted him to stop, so he had reluctantly agreed. Now that the time had come to hide, however, he gravely regretted his decision; Despite Alan offering him to join in on his plan to hide in the most obvious place in the castle, Ruka had toyed with the thought of finding a spot to hide by himself.
Dressed in his Gryffindor robes, socked feet with no shoes, and Jack’s fedora lazily perched on his head, he had made his way through various corridors, up and down stair cases he wasn’t sure were leading anywhere specifically, until he realised that - despite how good he seemed to have gotten at avoiding social contact - he was really, really bad at actually finding a hiding spot.
So, after a few failed attempts at finding a good location he had made his way to the Great Hall after all, eyes glancing nervously towards the Slytherins table to see if maybe, against all odds, a certain Slytherin boy would actually be there at the same time as him, but as far as he could see he had no such luck.
Sighing, he made his way over to the Gryffindor table, walking along the rows of people and frowning at the fact that he couldn’t seem to find his pestering housemate anywhere.
“Where the hell, Alan,” he muttered to himself, turning in a circle before stopping when his eyes fell on a familiar sight, sitting right there at the Hufflepuff table and seemingly conversing with a girl across from him.
Sighing, Ruka made his way over, casting a glance at another boy apparently trying to join the girl at the table, but he didn’t issue a greeting of any sort, instead simply sliding into the spot Alan seemed to have considerately left for him.
“This is a horrible hiding spot, we’ll be found in no time,” he told his housemate, rolling his eyes lightly but without malice. He had barely gotten out the whole sentence when the girl who’d been assigned Seeker in the game tapped Alan’s shoulder and announced her finding him. “Case in point,” he said with a grin, giving Kara a little wave. “Guess that means I’m found too? I can stop playing now?” He smiled gleefully, eyes sparkling with mirth. Considering he hadn’t wanted to join the Hide and Seek in the first place, this was a welcome development of events. With that out of the way, he turned his attention to the girl across the table, eyes sliding over the thread she had spread out there.
“What are you doing?” he asked her, face scrunched up in confusion. He hadn’t arrived early enough to hear Alan or her talk about friendship bracelets, and in all honesty he probably wasn’t in the best mood to really have paid enough attention either, so to him the table just looked like a mess. “It looks like you spilled some poor old lady’s knitting box here.”

Willow was about to pack up for the day and bring the supplies back to her room before class, when people started coming out of the wood works to make bracelets. She couldn't be more excited. The first boy that came up was another hufflepuff, and he introduced himself as Sam. He seemed shy, so she decided to turn down her energy a couple notches. Maybe that was why people weren't joining her? "Of course you can join me! I have any color you can imagine. Have you made one before?" She paused the one she was working on which was a bit advanced. She'd have to take a pause on it to teach others how to make the bracelets which was fine with her.
Suddenly another boy approached, this one a Gryffindor and he looked just a little bit older than her. "There's room for everyone, and feel free to make as many as you'd like." She started spreading out the colors so people could get a good look at the options that she had. "I'm probably going to wait just a couple minutes if anybody else wants to join, and then I'll start teaching you guys how to do it! It's super easy, and we'll start off with a really simple one. But if you pick out your colors, I can start cutting the thread and setting it up for you." She made the silly mistake of only bringing one pair of scissors, so she'd probably take a bit to set it all up while they were waiting.
As she started setting one up for herself, going with the colors of pink and purple. Kara came up, the seeker for hide and seek. Her heart dropped before remembering that she wasn't currently hiding so she was fine. "Ah, I'm sorry you got found Alan! Kara do you want to make a friendship bracelet? Take a break from finding people?" Then another boy came up, someone else who she recognized from play hide and seek but she couldn't remember his name. But, now he was out too. This seemed to be a short game of hide and seek. "We're making friendship bracelets! I'm sure it looks messy, that's just kind of the nature of making them. It's hard to keep the supplies really neat." She pointed at the two piles, "These are ones I've made, feel free to take one! And this is thread to make them, I'm about to start teaching them how to make them if you'd like to join in!" Her heart was overflowing from how many people were joining her to do this activity, surprisingly this was more successful than the session she had done in the hufflepuff common room. But she was happy with this outcome nonetheless.

"Kara, do you want to make a friendship bracelet? Take a break from finding people?" Willow had asked her.Interacting with @Ruka Tân @Willow Anderson @Alan Vanes
Kara was sort of surprised at the question.
"No thanks, but thank you for the offer. Maybe I can meet up with you another time. I've got to find a few more people." She had said to Willow.
She turned to find others after Alan, then she saw a boy named Ruka appear beside him suddenly. She must've not noticed him first. He waved at her then she waved back at him with a small smile.
"Heya Ruka. How's life? Oh, by the way, found you!" She said placing her hand on his shoulder and smiling playfully.
"Guess that means I'm found too? Can I stop playing now?" Ruka said with a glimmer in his eyes and gleeful smile.
"Well, if you want to!" She responded happily.
She turned back to Willow and told her that after the game, they could meet each other in the Great Hall again to make friendship bracelets.
She turned to walk out of the Great Hall and she gave Alan and Ruka an apologetic look.
"Sorry for finding you, but I like winning." She told them.
Alan and Ruka were probably unamused by her little apology, but she didn't really care that much. She had to keep her head in the game.
"Hey Willow!" She called from the door, "See you in the Great Hall tommorow! Now excuse me, I must find everyone else!
She left and shot a look at Willow.
"Remember, I will find you, no matter how far. You can run, but you can't hide."

He smiled and sat down next to the girl. Finally, a conversation about a thing he was good at. Crafts. ”I have made a few, but it’s been a few years. I usually prefer knitting.” He thought of the few times he and Johnathan had made friendship bracelets. Jonathan's craft wasn’t the best, both then and now, and often the bracelets he had made would break, which led to multiple apologies from Sam (even though it wasn't his fault.) He also thought about the one time he tried to teach Johnathan to knit…. it did not go well.
As Sam looked around at the colors a Gryfindor boy came up to the table asking to join. He seemed equally as shy as Sam would usually be, and with the presence of someone new Sam’s anxiety, of course, spiked. He only nodded in recognition, as if he tried to speak he would stutter as much as the other kid.
He finally found the perfect colors. A dark red, and a dark green. Odd choice for a Hufflepuff he knew, but it’s the colors of his and Johnathan's matching beanies, so it’s only fitting.
Right as he was about to point out the Colors he wanted to use, another Gryfindor boy joined them, and soon after a Slytherin girl had come up and tagged both of the boys. It was a quick exchange and by the time Sam had processed the interaction, she was gone, with quite the ominous phrase. He had somehow managed to make a small mental note of the basics such as names, and what the entire interaction was about. Three of the four had apparently been playing a game of tag? He shook the thought away quickly, both figuratively and literally, and got back onto the topic of bracelet making. “C-could I get enough thread to make two with these colors?” He pointed out the two colors for Willow.

The third year had been so focused on listening to the girl take about friendship bracelets, that he completely forgot about his original task to hide from the seeker, whom's name he also had forgotten. Alan was clearly not doing a well enough job at focusing, especially now that he had found something more interesting to do than just hiding and waiting for something good to happen. The only thing he liked about the game, was that it sounded fun and he could have won a chocolate frog; Alan loved chocolate frogs.
“This is a horrible hiding spot, we’ll be found in no time,” he heard a familiar voice speak up behind him, seemingly in a bad mood and Alan turned around to Ruka, brows furrowed, "Hiding spot? Wh-what do you... oh-" Realization dawned and as he blinked in confusion, red freckles seemed to spread over his cheeks, accompanied by a blush that kindly enough made the freckles less prominent features. The freckles soon enough disappeared again, as Alan was gnawing on his lower lip in embarrassment, trying to get his mind together. Ruka may have seen the freckles, since Alan was directly facing the boy, but for that he would have had to pay close attention. All the other kids, he currently had his back turned towards them; to Alan's relief.
Soon enough Ruka's words dawned on him even more, when someone tapped him on the shoulder, causing him to flinch slightly. He cringed, as he heard the words the Slytherin girl spoke, before forcing himself to smile: "I g-guess you did-". While forced, the smile was genuine, just a bit strained maybe, when he looked up to the girl from his seat and then glanced over at Ruka, who also revealed himself to the girl as found. It was kind of Alan's fault they were both found, right? Since he was the one who got distracted and wanted to hide in the Great Hall in the first place... But Ruka luckily did not seem upset about it, so Alan relaxed slightly and smiled at the boy awkwardly, "Sorry about that...", he muttered, before his face lit up again, eyes sparkling in excitement, "Want to make some bracelets?", he would ask the second year, staring at him, psyched. "You will just need to sit down and uhhh... W-Willow -?... will explain how!", he explained, hoping he had heard the Seeker of the game say the Hufflepuff's name correctly. Alan looked on the bench next to himself, where he had left some space for the younger Gryffindor, in the hopes that he would join as well.

Friendship for All
Brannelle was walking towards the Great Hall, lost in thought. She was thinking about one of her classes, Charms, and how no matter how many times she practiced she just couldn't wave her arms the right way. Or maybe it wasn't even about the arm movement, but how she twisted her wrist. She raised her brows at that thought and made a note to try different methods later.
Right now she was hungry and a meal—it didn't matter what kind, anything would suffice—was calling her. Brannelle flew down the stairs, her yellow and black tie flying from the brisk movement. She should've changed out of her uniform but she hadn't been thinking clearly so she was wearing a collared white shirt and black skirt, the usually during classes but not the best for eating in.
As soon as she stepped into the Great Hall, Brannelle's eyes swept over the room only to land on the Hufflepuff table, where she would sit at, of course. But she quickly noticed something strange, but not in a bad way; somewhere towards the middle of the table was a pile of...bracelets? As she neared the pile she realized that it wasn't just a pile, but a growing pile. A group of students were busy in the process of making more and Brannelle definitely wanted to join in.
She recognized the only girl in the group. Brannelle had her saw her before with bracelets before but then no one had really wanted any. She would've asked for one but Brannelle had been busy with schoolwork and wasn't thinking much for bracelets. But now was better than never.
Brannelle took a seat on the other side of the girl, smiling at her and everyone else. "Hi," she said. Then she gestured at all of the bracelets, which appeared to be way more than she had thought. "Wow, did you guys make these all by yourself? Can I try? Her eyes were drawn to a rainbow-patterned bracelet.
