The sorting. Open. Hufflepuff table. Closed

As Telle walked into the Great Hall, she hardly noticed anything else but the hat which sat on a rather tall looking stool at the end of the hall. One by one, students were called forward to be sorted into a house, the hat sometimes made it's mind up in seconds, for others it seemed if the hat was having some kind of intellectual debate as to where the student fitted.

Telle heard her name at last, and that's when she felt nervous, she knew she belonged here, afterall her strangeness to the muggles, was the norm around here. Still she felt uneasy. She walked towards the hat, placed it on her head. She could hear the hat inside her very own head, "Ah I see many things you are someone that is very curious. Well sometimes you can be a bit naïve" Naive, what an insult thought Telle, she had a sweetness about her, full of life and hope, still she knew deep down that sometimes she can have unrealistic ideas. She supposed that is what the hat meant by Naive.
"Ah and you have a huge personality, full of excitement, you are anything but dull" Telle thought it be best not to question the hat's sorting methods, but she couldn't see how any of this could possibly determine her house of belonging. "Your muggle friends viewed you as strange, your family struggle to accept your magic gifts, and yet you still view this as a privilege" Telle, didn't want to be reminded of family troubles, and she certainly hoped no one else was hearing this! "You desire respect, and you care deeply for those around you, rising to protect those closest to you. You would face all that you must to help your friends" Telle smiled with pride, she always felt like a bit of a warrior inside.
Indeed, Hogwarts is, without a doubt, is the ideal place for you to reach your goals and dreams. And I have no doubt about which house will take you to them. The hat shouted HUFFLEPUFF! Telle ran towards the screeming table shaking the hands of many nearby students, they all seemed so happy for her, and she felt glad to be in HUFFLEPUFF.

Telle apualed as her fellow first years were sorted, and afterwards, the feast began, endless piles of food appeared on the table in front of Telle, she dug in. She didn't realise how hungry she was. The conversation around Telle seemed lively, and she joined the conversation, introducing herself as Telle, she wanted to ask others what questions the hat had asked them, however she didn't feel comfortable explaning her family wores.
