Around lunch time

Hildegard was sitting on the Slytherin table, finishing her meal. The girl was depressed, she was hurt because of all her recent stair cases fall, but even worst, today was "the accident's that led to her disability's " birthday.
When she finished she just dazed for a few minutes, and then used her hands as pillow to put her head on the table, as if she was going to sleep.
After a few moment like this the girl started dozing off, however she felt that something had fallen nearby surprising her.
The Slytherin's attention was on the item that that had fallen, she noticed the owl that throwed it at her and guessed it was destined to her.
It was a long object wrapped in newspaper, and accompagned with a letter.
At first Schneider thought it was a broom, she took the letter, opened it and started to read it :

We've been thinking deeply about this and were quite hesitant but we decided to gift you with this today.
We sincerely hope that you will like it, and it will lighten your day.

The disable girl took the item and started to remove the newspapers from it, discovering a Stylish walking stick.
She was happy but embarassed, at the moment she did not know if she'd feel humiliated using it or happy.
Hildegard took it and putted it next to her under the table, unsure of her emotions about it.
