Blossom Ball - Underworld
Vivian tilted her head slightly to one side with her eyebrows furrowed in confusion when she heard Lily say something about potions. Potions? She didn’t drink any potions, did she? She just drank the punch.... THE PUNCH! Her eyes widened at this thought, She drank it as soon as she entered, it caused it all? But many drank this and nothing happened to them. It was just her, maybe it was not because of the punch, Lily just misunderstood it. Maybe... she must be possessed, she closed her mouth in shock... but she remembers everything that happened. Her mind was full of these thoughts until she realised that she didn’t have a bag now.
Vivian looked over at the place where Sam was pointing out. In her vague memory, she didn’t have her bag with her. Where was it? She scratched her head unable to remember. “I don’t remember where it is but not there... for sure” she shook her head slightly as she said this and her face looking dull. Her heart raced as she remembered that it where she kept her wand. She has to find her bag to find her wand.
Her eyes closed so tight trying to recollect her memories, first, she was standing alone in a corner with the punch in her hand, then a girl talked to her and then.... some evil spirit possessed her and she moved.... but she doesn’t remember moving with her wand, maybe she dropped her bag there, “Sam! I found it, I left in the place where I was first standing” she smiled brightly at Sam as she said this. She ran towards the place and searched for her bag with Sam, the bag now looked so dirty, maybe many stepped over it and pushed it as it was somewhere else from where she dropped it. But fortunately, nothing happened to her wand, it was in a good condition. She took her wand in her hand “Let’s go” she said to Sam as she smiled in relief and left the underworld with her.

A disparaging snort escaped the young girl as she watched the rabbit-attacker. “Yes. You are right.” She nodded to underline her agreement and slightly tilted her head. “Though I guess this applies to most students at Hogwarts. Not only gryffindors.” Funny that, although they were sworn enemies, Dee and Percival agreed apparently on at least one thing: both of them didn’t like Gryffindors. Ileen herself had not much prejustice regarding houses. Except for her own house which mainly contained idiots, of course. She had been attacked by her housemates multiple times. One time even by Percival, twice already… These had been accidents though.
Ileen’s grin grew broader as she was reminded of these moments and slightly puffed Percival with her elbow. “color=#008040]Do you think you are more of a Gryffindor?[/color]” The twinkle in her eyes gave away that she was only teasing as she tapped her chin in a thoughtful manner. “I mean… considering that you threw paint at me and tackled me down the stairs?”
A soft laugh escaped her, not only a chuckle, a real joyful smile. Now, in the retroperspective, both situations were rather amusing than scary.
Ileen’s laugh was a sound rarely heard at Hogwarts. She was restrained even with silent smiles or chuckles, but a joyful laugh like this was rare. It was bright and sparkling and... over again in a moment.
Percival had distracted her and for a short relieving moment she had forgotten about the situation she was in. The creepy shadows, the mass of people....
So, when Percival suggested switching to the Spring Festival, a hopeful much brighter place, Ileen had to put much effort into not giving away how relieved she was about leaving this place.
Still holding his hand, she gave him another smile, slightly blushing. It was odd how comfortable she was with the boy. After they had fought together in the dungeons, the delicate bond that linked them was stronger than before. She knew she could rely on him. And knowing Ileen, this was a strong commitment.
“Sure, let’s go.”

Open to interactionsFor Moderation:Irina was still a bit shaken up from the wave of anger that had recently hit her but, tried to put it all behind her since Nate had made the same mistake. He had flinched when she touched his arm and that made her a little worried, was he scared of her or did the drink do so thing to him? What would the effects of his drink have? Would they be like hers or something completely different? He was scared and it shocked her to see him this way. The worst part for Irina was that he looked like he was scared of her, how angry had she been that caused her strong friend to be terrified of her.
As he lied down in the fetal position she thought about comforting him but wasn’t sure if he wanted that. She needed to get him off the ground though or else they would be know as the crazy duo from Koldovstoretz. Who knows, maybe they were crazy and these drinks just amplified it. When Nate started going on about how he was going to die from them poisoning him, Irina got a little scared. What had he drank that made him so scared? Trying to comfort Nate she said in a calm tone, “Nate, you’re not going to die okay, not on my watch.”
Thinking that maybe telling him what happened to her would help him fell better she said, “They poisoned me too and look I’m back to normal now, this school is definitely crazy though.” She didn’t think it helped though, he looked more scared than before and even yelled Help Me. Irina really wanted to help him but wasn’t sure what to do. She had something in mind and was about to do it but Nate shouted again before she could. It wasn’t what Irina was expecting, instead of a shout of fear, it was a short of joy. He had got something.
What he had gotten, Irina had no clue but she was genuinely worried about his safety. When he started running to the drinks table it hit her, he was going to drink more of them. Not wanting her friend to experience more of the drinks, she ran after him. He was too fast for her though and even though Irina called out in a worried tone, “NATE STOP!” he had already gotten to the table and drunken some. He couldn’t feel anything and she need to help him now. When he fell back into the fetal position, she decided it was time to comfort him until it passed.
Irina lifted her dress up to her knees, internally shaming herself for wearing such a big dress and kneeled down on the floor next to Nate. He was crying and it was a new sight for Irina, whatever this drink did made him feel really bad. She tried to pull him into a hug and said, “Nate it’s going to be fine, I won’t let anything else bad happen to you. It’s not the end of you, in just a few days time we will be back at our school and I will make sure you live past age twelve, okay? Just trust me this once, I promise it will all be okay soon.” She was trying to calm him down and could only hope that it worked.

In a moment's dying time, Levi's partners in conversation had vanished, almost as though they'd run away from the flames leaking from his hair, afraid that they too would burn until they were but secretive skeletons. The blush was as intense at it had been the moment of the kiss, anticipated to linger for years down the line, a constant reminder of the devil on his shoulder, and it's matching face with the one tangled with his tongue. He blinked, and they were gone, off to better things, better people. Nothing lingered for him in the Underworld. The orchestra had died down, its intense sound only so strong in the back of the Gryffindor's mind.
It was at that moment he would disregard the advice of the strange photographer regarding Percematt's presence in the Spring Festival. The grounds were a vast land, and the dance floor's serene, caressing lighting called to him from here. To live there was his intention all along. Perhaps have a drink, make a mistake or two, but do it far from the rabid kissers line of fire. He'd cross the bridge and dive into the trenches of war, with a plan brewing in the back of his mind to the same melody of the mantra implanted by trauma's delicate peck.
"Well. I'm off." Perhaps Levi wasn't speaking to anyone in particular, but felt a need to announce to the dead voices his departure. If somehow, the void spoke back, their remark would go without reply, as they'd be speaking to the back of the scarlet-haired boy's hair, who wouldn't look back to the collapsing cave of the Underworld.

As the spring area seemed to call the people of the underworld, the craziness rate was also decreasing. Though, the drinking punches still luring those who were clueless about the whole situations, especially those who just got back from the trials with victory rushed in their blood and the feeling of thirst.
Essence of Insanity@Evelyn folse tried to be a loyal friend by turning herself to be her own guinea pig. Right after the badger took a sip of the mysterious drink, the feeling of the overwhelming fear washed over her. She will act impulsive and terrified because of her own action.
You will have an advantage when performing an impulsive action based on fear.
Befuddlement DraughtFate was not being very nice to the lovely Gryffindor prefect, @Alan Vanes. When he approached the Hogwarts Drama Club aka Purse snatching shenanigans, a liquid full of anger turned him into an outburst.
You can’t seem to control your fury. Whilst under the influence of the draught, you will get an advantage when performing any violence.
Three in OneThe scared Russian boy thought it was a good idea to drink some more of the punches. It seemed like Irina Afansyeva's @Lavinia Clovenattempt to stop him from drinking some more liquid failed miserably . Nate Smirnov’s @Haley Rose brilliant idea dragged him deeper into the doom of his life. Not only now he will feel the extended effect of the insanity, the anger and memory loss decide to join the party.
You will feel forgetful, angry, and scared. You will get an advantage when performing any action of violence or an impulsive behaviour.
No effectAll hail to these people who have over the moon lucks. Both Ella Forsberg @Thomas LeStrange and @Stanley Buttons can enjoy their drinks without getting those weird side effects. Perhaps it was Big Ted who protected Stanley from the evils
Rest of the SceneThere was not much that happened in the Underworld except the drinkers' not so amazing destiny. @Aurora Ranvier and Irina Afanasyeva tried to fool the now furious Gryffindor Prefect with their foolish excuse as a cover up of their purse snatching, flipendo went wrong, and @Howard White's nice big hug for the Koldovstoretz blondie. For anyone fond of animal, there is a cute cat named Tiger, belongs to Alan Vanes just playing and running around the Underworld, having zero clues of what happened to its owner.

Blossom Ball - Underworld
There was something about school dances that kept attracting more and more students, even those from older years. It’s like they had some kind of power, an alluring that just called the young students at Hogwarts towards them. Maybe that was why Lydia was there that night; she hadn’t been too sure about this, she kept debating whether she should have gone -and wear the dress her grandma had made for her once she heard about the ball- or if she should have just stayed in her dorm room reading a book or doing some homework.
But as the time of the ball approached, the young Hufflepuff found it harder and harder to concentrate, so with a huff she had gotten up from the bed and started getting ready.
As she entered into the courtyard, Lydia’s eyes flew all around the already crowded place, focusing on the atmosphere and taking it in. The places looked ~amazing~; it was definitely different from the previous ball, the dark theme of the underworld a stark contrast to the flower one. But despite this, Lydia loved the ball even more: it was different, almost more “serious”, and all the details looked all perfectly coordinated.
As she walked around, her dress moved with every step she made, recalling the sea waves in its movement. It was a long dress, without sleeves, with a long veil over her shoulders that almost looked like a cape. The details over her shoulders and around her waist were golden, recalling the Greek theme of the ball, just like her whole outfit. Even if she hadn’t been sure of going to the ball, the Veela girl had spent quite a lot of time researching and deciding which goddess she could have dressed up as. After a long selection, Lydia had decided to go as -or be inspired by- Calypso; sure, she wasn’t properly a goddess, but there was something about her story that just made Lydia feel connected to her.
The rest of her dress was a mix of the shades of pink, white and light blue, with a shading that went from the first colour to the last, recalling the sea. The shoes were golden as well, with some heels as well of course; her hair were put in a side braid, placed on her left shoulder, as some of the shorter hair, in the front part of her head, moved freely in the air. To complete the look, she had a small, golden headband that was placed around her head, almost looking like a small crown.
Focusing back on the ball, Lydia’s attention was caught by someone explaining something about some trials; she listened to that with her full attention, as she felt more and more attracted towards these trials, her competitive side making her feel already excited. This would have been the perfect opportunity to step outside of the comfort zone she had built around herself after Christmas. She had almost isolated herself, focusing only on duelling and studying; taking part in the trials, and maybe even winning, would have been the best way to do something different and let her mind free to relax for a night.
With a small grin on her angelic face, Lydia made up her mind and walked towards the direction of the trial that intrigued her the most, the feeling of excitement bubbling up inside of her. It wasn’t often that this side of her would come to the light, but lately she had found herself more competitive than before, and if she usually tried to suppress that, tonight she decided to follow that instinct and see what would happen. After all, it wasn’t as if something bad could come out of that.

"Ha," Jayden laughed to herself, at Hadrian's mention that she could use some "hydration". "Already had plenty of it, after my Hermes run." She hinted lightly, not expecting Hadrian to have a clue of what she was referring to. It had taken a bit of water to get her cleaned up, after all. "You missed out on my mud spill," she teased. "I was sure a crown would've been your calling to tempt you."
In a way, she and Hadrian were their own married couple. No matter the bickering and time and distance spent apart, and as much as Jayden truly wanted to be rid of Hadrian at times, there was this magnetic draw to him that she couldn't shake loose. It bugged her, but quick was she to forget (rather than forgive, if she forgot sooner) on account that none of Hadrian's antics had really affected her personally, lacking all sense of shame anyway, as much as her air-headed façade and competitive sportsmanship might exaggerate otherwise. Testing each other's comfort zones was all part of their cat and mouse game of camaraderie.
She haphazardly took a swig from the cup Hadrian offered. Tiny alarm bells rang after the liquid had been downed, realizing how parched she was; and by then, well, whatever consequences, it would be too late to avoid them. Well-acquainted with Hadrian to know he was not above manipulation to get what he wanted, and from experience as well, Jayden had built up a hunch that she would regret something in the morning, whenever Hadrian was around. But shame on her for being caught off guard. There would be no one to blame but herself, for neglecting the 101 in any mass social setting: Pour your own drink.
Swishing the cup in her hand, she mused, "Sooo…no Little Miss Missy." Her pet name for any female Hadrian expressed interest in. She didn't know who his first call "date" might be, but Hadrian was ever elusive about his personal life and "feelings". "Heir of Zuheir has quite the Lady Luck." Her remark dripped with sarcasm. "You had trouble finding your last date here, too."
Not that she expected him to indulge in those curiosities. The gentlemanly gesture of drink-giving had sparked a reminder of what she had been peeved about. If only Hadrian had been so cordial to her last time.
After all the- stuff- they did together! He ignored her for how many months and now he expected to play this off as if nothing had ever happened? Jayden was hell-bent on getting answers from him, one way or another.
She smiled sweetly. "So, how've you been?"

Skirt swirling around her, Ana swept into the Ball. She was late. To be perfectly honest, she'd been focused on school and Quidditch, even more so than in the past, and had not paid a great deal of attention to the Ball. She assumed it would happen and had gotten an outfit based on the theme, but beyond that, she had not given the event much thought.
Obviously, she was going to attend. True, past Hogwarts events had ended badly, but there was absolutely nothing that could stop Ana from attending a party. Especially one that was Greek-themed. Her own outfit had taken little thought. While she had some fondness for Athena, the goddess of wisdom, warfare, and strategy, Aphrodite was the obvious choice. Her blonde hair was intricately arranged, with a few delicate curls framing her face. Her golden sandals and gown were not entirely historically accurate, but it was the aesthetic Ana was after, and in her not so humble opinion, she had done a most excellent job.
The atmosphere of the so-called Underworld was rather depressing, certainly not somewhere that Ana particularly wished to linger, and upon receiving directions to the various Hero Trials, Ana was on her way.
Long story short, I survived

Since they'd done the Trials backwards, Lucia and Carolyn ended up back in the Underworld. Lucia peered around at the scene, noting with confusion that a few people didn't quite appear to be in their right mind. When she looked for Irina, though, she was pleased to see that her cousin (somewhere along the road, she seemed to have accepted that the Russian girl did indeed appear to be her cousin) was nowhere to be found.
"Well, that was... interesting," Lucia decided, turning her head to talk to Carolyn. "I wonder what spells they had to use on the Orpheus trial. That one was... slightly creepy." Slightly?! The scariest bit of all wasn't the voice which Lucia had heard, but instead the feelings it had invoked within her. She suspected that, for the rest of her life, even if she was dating someone, she would never truly stop longing to see the owner of that voice. Even now, she felt as though she had abandoned them, that if she could only go back she would see what her true love really looked like. But this wasn't the time for that now.
A cat meandered up to them and meowed at them as though to say that they were in the way. "Aww," Lucia cooed. "Hello there." She leant down cautiously to give the cat a quick scratch between the ears before stepping aside so that she and Carolyn were no longer blocking the entrance.
"Should we go over to the Spring area?" Lucia asked Carolyn, "Or would you rather we stayed here? I don't really mind. It might be nice to see the Spring bit though."

Despite her best efforts to garner his interest, Noah had seemed hesitant to write her back at first. Admittedly when her perseverance had paid off and he did find the time to write back, she found herself encouraged to continue seeking his attention. All that worry just to find out she was worried about the wrong things! He'd been trying to better himself, and that was a good sign that he was doing the right thing. Clearly, she thought he could use a friend with some extra reserves of willpower to share, because it seemed he understood that she needed a friend who was willing to dance. There was only one problem with their communication to date, they hadn't really discussed where to rendezvous.
Her gold sequin dress accented by her white feathery wings. Wings which she struggled to keep on her back. Besides the golden laurel she gripped in one hand, one of those dollar store plastic cutlasses was slung around her hip from a string. Flimsy, but all tied together, She was supposed to be dressed as Nike. Wardrobe malfunctions aside, because wearing wings really makes everything just that much more difficult than it needed to be, Roberta hurried her way towards the Courtyard. This time, she hadn't even thought to bring a date, rather every other thought was about how excited she was to get to see Noah again. Even if it was only for the night.
It was pretty obvious, to her at least, that he had to be around here somewhere. Her reasoning was thus:
- 1. Even though she'd only known him very briefly, Noah seemed like exactly the kind of person to get lost in the Underworld while waiting for somebody else to show up.
2. From what she could tell, he was content for her to take the lead, and whether they were dancing or socializing this was probably for the best.
Doing a great job of pretending the party had only just gotten started when she walked in, Roberta noticed the punchline was far longer than the list of people she called her friends. Halo in her hand, Roberta trailblazed her path towards the table holding the ever more apparently hazardous refreshments. Mistakenly assuming that she might get a drink down before she found her friend, Roberta was pleasantly surprised when she managed to bump into him in the middle of the crowd. Albeit the bump was figurative. Upon retrospect, it was a miracle she had not noticed him what with the red plume rising from his helmet. Who exactly was he supposed to be anyways? Hades maybe? Alright then. She'd not taken him to be the type bold enough to pull off a cliché ball outfit, but then again... The god of the underworld looked good on him. The artist who put together the banner for his author probably had fun making it, no doubt.
"Noah!" She cried out in excitement, half squealing with joy, half anxious to see if he recognized her costume. "I almost didn't recognize you with that goofy helmet on. You look so handsome! Care for a hug?" Her smile would be subtle but genuine, her eyes drawn coyly. Whether he embraced her or not, she would turn back to the room full of people she didn't recognize. "There are so many more people this time than last." Her gaze filling with the marvel of discovery as she scanned the gathering of wizards, witches and wixes. "I feel like too much of a stranger to properly say hello," she admitted openly. "I hardly know anyone at all. Where are your other friends?"
