I apologize for the lengthy amount of time it took me to sit down and write this letter to you! I know I promised you I would write the minute I got back to school, ever since arriving back to school from the holiday break, I've been bombarded with schoolwork and other duties around school. I haven't had the chance to stop and take a break until now. I miss you so much! I know it's only been a few weeks, but it already feels like an eternity. 

I wish you could come visit me at school; you would really love it here. Plus, then I could ask you for help with my homework. You were always the smarter Campbell sister; you still are! How is your high school? Sophomore year already! Time has just flown by, hasn't it? 

How are things back home? Is Mom still doing that weird "zen" thing she was doing over the holidays? Tell her not to move around all of the furniture in my room; she can do what she wishes with the rest of the house but my room is off limits. I hope that she has stayed away from yours as well! 

Anyway, life here is as normal as it could be at a school of magic. I'm counting down the days until I get to see you again! Summer really isn't too far away, is it? Only four months to go! Write me back soon (let the owl rest for a little while though; he flew a long way)! I love you; tell Mom I say hello and I love her as well.
