Okay, wow, where do I even start.
Okay, so you remember that SWAG Game in which we first met? Contrary to popular belief, there’s actually a reason why I chose to seek you out as an alliance. And, no, it’s not because you’re hamburger-flipping hot. [Not that you aren’t, don’t get me wrong!] I don’t know, it’s kinda hard to explain. You’ve got these really good vibes about you, it’s really difficult to put into words. Call it fate? Deja-vu? It’s kinda hard to imagine casting a spell against you, now that I think about it. Guess that screws my chances.
Anyways, I just wanted to tell you how awesome you are. That night when we were chilling in the common room? I don’t know, I guess I felt as if I’d known you for a lot longer than I actually do. Again, fate, bro. I don’t know how you do it, but it’s like I just want to talk to you. And it really doesn’t hurt that you love Quidditch – I can’t wait until the day that I get to welcome you onto the team. I have no doubt that you’ll make our team proud as well as blatch few people off their brooms.

I was quite pleased to see your letter among my daily pile of mail from various admirers. Despite the fact that we've only known each other for a short time, I just feel as though we're meant to be friends. Now, as I'm sure you know, I generally believe that fate is for pathetic losers who can't take charge of their own lives. However, I might just be pursued that you and I were fated to know one another.
I'm not a person who trusts quickly or easily, and yet you are already one of the people that I trust most in the world. Again, I don't believe in fate, but you may be right. It certainly didn't hurt that you took a Flipendo for me within about 10 minutes of knowing me. By the way, if you continue to insist upon getting yourself injured, I will be forced to hex you to make you stop that. Just because you are one of the few people that I'm actually fond of, and I really am not overly eager to see you harmed more than absolutely necessary.
Anyway, I've written long enough that I ought to get some chocolate, so I'll see you around!
