Bright sun rays beamed down onto the grounds of where both Cassie and Sebastién had planned to hold their joint birthday party. There were a few clouds scattered across the sky like sheep in a field. A cool breeze had also blessed the group from their overheating troubles especially since they were all about to take part in a water fight.

The whole idea about a water fight had been Cassie's original thought. It had taken some convincing until Sebastién finally gave in to his best friend and agreed to go along with the party. All the planning had gone smoothly and all he could pray was that the actual game did not end in a disaster. He had already thought of every situation that could happen and how to rectify it. There was no stopping his nerves getting the best of him as he greeted people walking by him with either a small hello or good morning.

It was nearing the time of the game to actually start and Cassie bounced up towards Sebastién, waving enthusiastically and surprising him slightly. She rocked on the balls of her feet with a massive smile on her face and said, "I'll see you at high tide, said the ocean to the beach."

"Shore." Berry replied, shaking his head and chuckling lightly while Cassie grabbed her stomach and laughed loudly. It was funny how bad her humor actually was. "You should go play with the others. Most of them are your friends after all. I can stay here and look out for any rule breakers." He then squinted his eyes seriously. The line was thin with him and rules. One day he would be perfectly happy to bend them a bit but the next he could be screaming and shouting about how it was completely irresponsible to do something that 'crosses the line'.

"Well, yeah, I was kind of assuming we'd be able to play at some point; it's our party after all," Cassie said with an eyebrow raised. "You sure you wanna stay out for now? I bet there won't be that many rule breakers. It's pretty hard to break the rules in a water fight, 'cos there aren't all that many." She paused. "Okay. But I'm gonna make you join in at some point."

Quickly, he switched his demurer and put on a smile before grabbing Cassie by the shoulders, turning her around and pushing her towards the area of where the water guns were being held. Sebastién then clapped his hands loudly and then cupped them around his mouth, "Welcome to mine and Cassie's birthday party. Please enjoy yourself. Make sure to grab a water gun before the game begins."

"If you don't, you'll be kinda stuck trying to fire a water gun that doesn't exist," Cassie added jokingly. "Which would be funny for me, but not for you."

A few minutes passed, during which Cassie went to socialize with the people gathered, and Berry crossed his arms across his chest while watching the clouds pass by the in sky. There was a small hum of chatter in the air from all of the people around him as they all grabbed water guns, which Cassie and Berry had found in the Supply and Equipment Room, waiting for the fight to commence.

After a while, Sebastién lifted his arms up in the air hoping to catch everyone's attention. "Alright everyone. You know the rules. Some spells are allowed and some aren't. If you try cast a banned spell be sure to make me not notice you. Try not to catch anyone in the eye with the water or any spells."

He furrowed his eyebrows and left out a small breath, "Let the game begin."

A water fight birthday party for two international kids. What a way to close out her summer by celebrating birthdays of those who she didn’t know. The one girl, Lavinia had talked to for about 20 seconds before but the boy didn’t seem familiar. She was only attending the party to try and make some friends and have some fun at the end of summer. Always being prepared though, her wand was hidden in her clothes in case of something going wrong. Hopefully it would all be okay because she expected not to use it.

Upon arriving, she was wearing a typical summer dress over a swimsuit for precaution. It was a water party so whoever didn’t wear a swimsuit must have not read the flyer properly. Coming up to the group, she listened carefully to hear all of the rules. There were spells allowed? How did she not know this? Anyways, she was going to mainly focus on the using water gun over using her wand. Just because she brought it, it doesn’t mean it has to be used. Somewhere inside her though, the fact that you could get away with cheating was very appealing. Maybe later in the game she might give it a go.

For now she had a water gun in hand and aimed it at the supposed birthday girl. There was no better way to start out than attempting to squirt the one in charge. When letting the water free to try and hit Cassie Heather, Lavinia let out a whisper of, “Game on.”

The day has arrived. Cassie's water fight birthday party. Charles was thankful that had Cassie in his life and of course would be attending the water fight and since they won't be together on her actual birthday, he got his house elf; Ruddy to owl him Cassie's gift. Just a small token to thank her for her friendship and also because it was her birthday.

The blonde would consider taking his broom but decided aginest it as he grabbed the gift and looked up at cabin mate; Xeno. A smiled creep up around his lips as he spoke " Xeno? Are you coming mate," the blonde would wait a few minutes holong the gift before looking toward his cabin mate as he spoke" I'm going to head over and give Cass her gift, meet me at the party and we're a team mate." Smiling at his friend, cabin mate, and crush before he would turn and head out of the cabin toward the area.

Coming into view of the water fight, two figures were already there. Cassie and a boy, probably Berry. Charles ran up to his close friend and wrapped his arms around her, hugging her as he spoke " happy early birthday Cass," the blonde tightly hugged his friend before letting go and handing her the gift with a smile as he spoke " just a little something since I won't see you on your actual day," smiling as his mind sailed right past the fact that he was giving Cassie a gift in front of the boy who apparently was his birthday to.

Looking around, Charles took a breath as he spoke"fun way to celebrate your fourteenth birthday although I'm still taller than you, Cass," Charles lightly nudged his friend a little as he joked about their height. It was assuming how Cassie was around two months older than Charles however the blonde was taller than her. Also he just noticed that he was also taller than the french boy whose name was Berry? Right? Right?

Charles turned his attention back to Cassie as he smiled and spoke" when the game's finished we should all jump in the lake," Charles smiled at the thought when his eyes landed on a water gun and made a love toward it.

Picking it up and practicing a few times as others started to arrive and the french boy talked about the rules and stuff. Both things bored Charles so he looked for something else to do, spotting the boy from the fall ball. Alec, right?

Charles would approach him with a smile as he spoke" hey mate," Charles liked this Hogwarts kid more than others, as he heard the start of the game and looked at Alec with a smile as he spoke" want to team up?"

Charles would move his eyes from the boy to the group, looking for a target. Eventually he found one, a dark skinned girl probably from Hogwarts and Charles
took aim with the water gun as he fired.

Starlee had heard the rumors that there was to be a birthday party for two of the foreign students attending the camp that summer. It sounded like they were planning an all out event, similar to that of 'The Great Tomato War' not just a day before. Starlee had already had a blast at that, so who wouldn't take on the opportunity to have even more water based fun now? At least this time there wouldn't be tomatoes involved. Sure, Starlee had taken advantage of the goopy little projectiles, but she quickly realized it wasn't the best for ones own clothes.

When she arrived, she went up to the two Beuaxbaton's who she believed had planned the event, and wished them a quick "Happy birthday! Thanks for having this... it's sure to be fun!" She would smile at them, and turn to grab herself one of the water guns. She would probably be sticking to the guns... unless perhaps someone else ended up casting spells on her. No way would she try one of the banned spells though. She was too much of a goody two shoes for that.

When the pair began the game, Starlee scoured the crowd and immediately took aim at the same boy from yesterday that had teamed up with Cash against her. "So we meet again on the battlefield it seems..." she muttered to herself, a sly grin forming on her face. Hopefully she would catch him distracted in the boys attempts to team up, and could land a neat sneak attack on him.

A water fight. A fun way to kick off the soon end of camp. Alec took it in his stride that he try to be more social. The meeting of Cade one of his cabinmates had certainly pushed him enough out of his shell. He had the confidence to attend random people's birthday water fight things. Cade was getting the low down when Alec was finished up. They could enjoy whatever mystique still lasted around Alec's good old joke jar. An ode to the science of the public, and of course, comedy. Alec had found out by a particular person, his jokes had needed improvements. His build-up was what did it. It needed a more lasting impact to make the joke funnier. He planned to test it out later.

As Alec walked onto the scene he couldn't help but smile. It was nice to be able to have the feeling of letting loose. Being able to be a kid and not take things so seriously every once in a while made great lengths with being able to lift up the thirteen-year-old's spirit. He was sure not to let anything get him down this time. This was the point of summer camp. Alec was allowed to have his worries fly through his mind some other day. They were banned when he was intentionally trying not to get soaked. It made no sense considering how hot it was. But who was this kid to judge really?

He didn't know either but he figured quickly setting down unsigned gifts were best. Detailed yet simple sketches of the beautiful campgrounds. Since the two students were foreign he figured a piece of another place to remember would be fun. Something Alec himself would have liked if he were to visit other places. The heat however had begun to show his messy curls to the world, at least more than usual. Not a good look. He looked like those little puffballs you'd find on top of those winter caps. Alec did his best to straighten it out for the sake of it not getting in his way before he moved on from it. The curls made their way into his eyes but the child chose to ignore it.

What was his appearance like other than that on such a fine day? Not much of a show except the slight tan that had darkened his skin tone just for a bit. Not looking as ghostly pale as he had on colder months of the year. Alec was wearing a simple pair of shorts, and he may or may not have kept that special shirt that had been highly encouraged for truth or dare and was now wearing it. It's not like he was obsessed with the shirt or anything, no of course not. He couldn't deny how much he loved how hand-made it felt though. Something he could have already made. He'd put down two colors, but the pastel-like sky blue had won out for the shirt color. He was glad it had been that way. He wasn't sure how weird people would think he was if his shirt was the lovely shade of lilac purple he'd always admired. Alec had his wolf pin, pinned on the right side of his shorts. A smiley face white pinback button on the other, bob had to come with him, smiling bob brought good luck. Especially since he'd been made in the Gryffindor commons. His nails were painted the pastel color of sky blue like the shirt, dabs of white nail polish to stand in for clouds.

Alec reached for his water gun just before the game had begun and backed just a bit away to gather himself. His surprise was obvious as someone approached him. Charles, the boy who... Alec thought liked his nail polish? Come to think of it, Alec wasn't rather sure, but Charles had seemed to like the meaning of it. it was just for fun now. Alec hadn't been brave enough to wear nail polish around his grandparents earlier during the summer.

A smile peaked at the Gryffindor's lips. “Hey!” Alec sounded almost too enthusiastic, it could be a good thing. He was just lucky he had someone he knew. “Yes, team up, please-” at least for now, “I don't-I don't know anyone here so it would be nice...” Alec said his voice quieted at the last end of his sentence. Maybe things would turn out fine at the very least if he got soaked the water would smooth out the mess of curls.

Alec's eyes caught Starlee's he saw the water gun, and um, team... So if she was going to try to do that, he was going to do it to her? The logic made sense when he didn't have to explain it.

Paige had recently heard about a birthday party for two students. She didn't know the students, they weren't from Hogwarts, but any one was invited and Paige had signed her name. Why? Because one, party! And two, it was a water fight. Sort of like a war. Paige had to admit that sounded really fun, even if it meant getting soaked. She wore a gray dry release shirt and some jean shorts. The shirt would dry faster because it was dry release, so that's why she wore it.

When she got there, she saw a handful of people there first before her. She heard someone say not to use banned spells. Well that would be easy. Paige couldn't cast any spells, really. It was her and her water gun. Which she had jogged to grab before it was taken. Paige used these things a lot back at home, and was excited to use them again.

She looked around for someone to team up with but it seemed she barely knew anyone here. People were already trying to make teams. "Guess it's just you and me, water gun." She muttered. She looked around. Who should she attack first? Her eyes scanned the people. She saw a boy shooting water at a girl and smiled slightly. She would shoot him with water.

She took aim and fired the water gun.

Just a few more days, after that the camp would come to an end and she would officially become a second year student. She didn't know if she should be happy or sad that September is nearing, happy that she would get to meet all her friends who didn't join the summer camp or be sad that she wouldn't be able to see her new friends from other schools for months or a year.

After all, she has few more days so she would focus on enjoying these few days than worrying over other stuff. It is time to attend the birthday party of Cassie and another boy, whose name the blonde didn’t know. The biggest confusion she dealt with was what her clothing and her hairstyle should be, her bed looked rumpled with all her clothes spread all over on it. The blonde scratching her head nearly making it more Messier than it already was, unable to decide what to wear, finally stroking her jeans and T shirt with her narrowed eyes thinking whether she should wear this.

With a doubt whether she chose the right clothing for a water fight birthday party, she entered the area with her long hair tied up in a ponytail wearing an orange T shirt and blue jeans. The blonde entered the place with full makeup on her face even though she knows the game involves water, she's confident that she could dodge it and hopefully wins the game with not even a drop of water on her, not knowing that isn’t possible.

A smile stretched upon her face as soon as her eyes caught Cassie, "Advance Happy birthday to you both", with that, she would walk towards where the water gun was kept and gripped it in both her hand, trying to decide on whom to shoot first. When the game started, her eyes glanced at the area with her gun ready in her hands and her eyes shone brighter as she found her first target. Lavinia, the blonde met her at the ball but their conversation was so short there but maybe after this, they could talk more. Aiming at her, "You can do this, Vivian" with a narrowed eyes, she triggered the gun letting the water flow out of it.

As Cash approached where the water gun will took place, they saw some familiar and unfamiliar faces around the birthday boy and girl. The green eyes vaguely remembered they had seen the Beauxbâtons girl last year at last year Fall Ball when Cash. Henry and some other people tried to crack behind the mysterious Ghost Knight Rider.

But Cash never met the other boy before. Both of the foreign students are kind enough to invite all the campers to celebrate their joined birthday bash. The Cuban descendant approached the two of them and said Happy Birthday for both of them in French. Honestly, the young Ironwoods had no intention to attend this party but they will not missed an opportunity to blasted someone with water gun.

The beater then looked around. It seems everybody teamed up with someone and as their father once said to them, the best course of action to win a war is to gather people as much as they can. Then green green eyes smile when they saw Starlee. Grabbing one of the water gun, Cash approached the bubbly blonde.

"Hey!"They greeted the soon to be second year. "To make up yesterday event, how about we teamed up for today. What do you say, estrella (Star)?"The little nickname just came out easily from their lips. Cash was not the kind of person that gave someone nicknames. If you got it from them then it means Cash appreciate the friendship you have with them and they trusted you.

The green eyes looked around for more 'troops' for them to gather. Then their eyes landed on the girl that they met in the beginning of this summer camp at the Lake Party. "Sunscreen girl!"Cash called out the curly raven haired girl. Cash did not remembered whether Paige had introduced herself or not to the Beater.

The young socialite wait for a moment for Paige to register that Cash indeed talking to her. "Yes you"They hollered. "Want to team up with me and Starlee here?"They inquired Paige. Whether Paige said yes or no, Cash will accepted her decision. Although the soon to be Third year hoping that Paige said yes and joined their troops.

The Cuban descendant then looked at Starlee. "You okay with me inviting her, don't you?"Asked Cash to the Viridian Viper duelist. "I mean we need to gather as many troops as we can to win this thing"Cash said in such serious tone but the smile that end up forming on their lips said otherwise. As people strategizing who they will aimed, Cash did the same.

Their green eyes bounced from Alec to Charles to Vivian. Cash had the urge to shoot their water gun at either Charles or Vivian but they will have that opportunity as the the game progrees. Cash then smirked to themselves as they make their final decision who they will shoot first. "Hey, fiance"Cash said out loud to the curly boy that teaming up with Charles.

Usually Cash did not like when their personal affair got broadcasted and Cash did not know whether their betrothment with Alec still going or not. Since that event Cash never had the opportunity to met with Alec again and discussed about that particular subject until today. And shooting their fiance in this game seems the right course of action they made.

Beside Alec and Cash had unfinished business between them that need to be done with.

Scarlet never expected to be attending a birthday party during camp, especially considering the fact that she didn't really know either of the students who it was for, but when she heard about the open invite to their celebratory water fight she couldn't say no.

When she arrived at the area where the party was being held, looking around at those already there, Scarlet was surprised that she had gotten to this late stage of the summer camp and could still take part in an activity where she didn't recognise most of the other students. She didn't mind though, she saw it as an opportunity to get to know some new people. She listened as one of the international students introduced himself and another girl, Cassie, before directing everyone to the water guns nearby.

Scarlet quickly grabbed one closest to her and found a space with a good view of the other students, she saw a couple of them forming teams, and others by themselves. 'One on one' she thought, 'well, for the first ten seconds before everyone's attacking everyone else,' remembering back to another water fight she had been in before. She had chosen her target and, following the go-ahead from Sebastién, Scarlet took her chance at a shot aimed at a girl in a grey shirt with dark curly hair, "looking a little dry!" she shouted towards the girl, a wide grin on her face as she fired the water gun.

"Happy birthday to me!" Cassie sang, crazily out of tune as ever, as she practically skipped out of the Thestral cabin. "Happy birthday to me!" Well, it wasn't actually her birthday yet, but Cassie would take any excuse to sing the birthday song. "Happy birthday to me and Berryyyyy!" Sebastién wouldn't like her to leave him out, and she wasn't going to anyway. After all, they were sharing a birthday party, weren't they? "Happy birthday to mee!"

Cassie grinned a rainbow and bounced up to her friend, greeting him with a joke and laughing loudly when he gave the correct response.

After a tiny not-really-an-arguement about who got to play, Cassie was pushed towards the water guns and grabbed one before throwing one over to Berry. "Think fast!" she called over. "Even if you're not playing, you need a water gun to wreck revenge on everyone else." She shook her head in false mourning. "I pity anyone who dares cheat in this game, what with you watching them."

Then Charles ran up and gave Cassie a hug which was enthusiastically returned. "Thanks!" Then a small package was pushed into her arms. "Oh, thank you!" Cassie smiled happily. Then she gaped at the first thing she saw. BLUE MOUTH CANDY. "Oh. My. Gosh." She unwrapped it quickly and popped one into her mouth, sucking rather aggressively for a few seconds before sticking her tongue out. "Is it blue yet?" There was, indeed, a blue stripe in the middle of her tongue. Cassie held out the other sweet to Berry, suddenly realising that Charles hadn't given him anything. Well, the two didn't know each other, right? And Cassie wasn't expecting gifts from anyone she didn't know. If Cassie herself had possessed more tact, she might have realised that Charles probably shouldn't have given her her gifts in front of the other birthday kid, but since she didn't, she didn't. "Do you want this one?" she asked, rather resigned to the fact that she was anticipating a refusal. Berry wasn't usually a fan of that sort of stuff. "Actually tastes really nice."

"Oh!" Cassie exclaimed, suddenly realising that she hadn't introduced them yet. Berry probably had no idea who Charles was. "Charlie, this is Berry. Berry, this is Charles; he goes to Durmstrang. Remember, I told you about him? The one who showed me how to get into the Place Cachée." As she waited for the two boys to greet each other, expecting Charles to wish Berry a happy birthday too now that he'd been introduced, Cassie uncovered the other gifts: a chocolate frog, and a matching snitch bracelet and necklace. The Beauxbatons girl wasn't usually into jewelry, but these were pretty awesome, and she slipped them on, completely forgetting that they probably weren't meant to get wet. The bracelet clinked rather satisfyingly against her rosary. "Thanks again Charlie, you really didn't have to," she said happily.

Charles joked about their heights, which made Cassie suddenly scowl. "Not funny," she said. She joked about her height sometimes, but she couldn't bear it when other people did. It was one of those weird things about her which you had to get used to if you wanted to be friends with her. "Just because you're heads over everyone else." Anyone else would have recieved a sharp retort, but Charles was lucky because, one, he was Cassie's friend, two, he'd just given her gifts, and three, Cassie was in a good mood.

"I say if anyone jumps in the lake they've given up," Cassie laughed. "Me and Berry figured that's how people can forfeit if they don't wanna play anymore for some reason."

Then Charles moved away to get himself a water gun and Cassie turned back to Berry. "So, yeah, that's Charles. He's an A star idiot sometimes but okay really."

Then, a blonde girl Cassie had never seen before [Starlee] approached the hosts and wished them a happy birthday. "Thanks! And you're welcome! I hope so!" Cassie replied with a happy smile.

The next to offer good wishes was Vivian, whom Cassie had met at the truth or dare day, and who appeared to be wearing - makeup? "Thanks, Vivian! You're really gonna have to be lucky if you want that makeup to stay on."

A girl [or, at least, Cassie assumed they were a girl, as she didn't yet know otherwise] wearing a pretty awesome checked jacket [Cash] next wished Cassie and Berry a happy birthday in French, which immediately aroused Cassie Heather's curiosity. Did this new person go to Beauxbatons? Cassie was sure she hadn't seen her before, though. Ah well. "Thank you!"

Then Cassie skipped off and moved around, checking that everyone had water pistols ect. And then she saw them - the sketches. "Wow," Cassie murmured appreciatively as she picked them up and turned them over, looking for a name. Had someone left them here by mistake? Cassie picked them up and waved them slightly madly over her head, trying to get people's attention. "HEY!" she shouted, "WHO DREW THESE? I THINK SOMEONE DROPPED THEM OR SOMETHING."

Berry did his boring-rules-y thing and then proclaimed that the game had begun. Cassie could see people already firing their water guns and she smirked as she pumped hers up, getting ready to squirt someone. But who?

The problem was solved for her when a girl Cassie was pretty sure she recognised from - Cassie's mind was blank - somewhere aimed at her and let loose. "Oooh!" Cassie shouted over, aiming. "I'll get you back for that!" With a merry smile on her face, she squeezed the trigger.
