A Three-Years-Meeting
It was the last day of the winter holidays. The last day to get some homework done last minute and also get back into the topics they were currently learning. Couldn't hurt to be prepared, right?@Maggie Lovelace @Griseldis Edelhardt5th January
At least this young Slytherin had decided to spend this day in the library and be productive. Productive for school and also for the next event she had decided to organize for her house. Last year she had organized the first dormbattle and she was planning to not leave it with one. Not after the twelve year old saw how well it worked, what a great mood it brought into the always dark Slytherin common room.
Last year she organized a pillow fight, this year she would do something different. Something that required a lot more planning from her side. But that was okay, Opeila could do that. She had enough time and motivation. Not to mention that she welcomed the distraction with open arms.
But that had to wait until she finished her homework. The Charms essay was done quickly, she needed a little longer for her Transfiguration assignment. Though Opeila could gladly say, that she started to get more into the subject. She would never find it as easy as Charms, but when she invested more time, she also got away from her As. Now she had Os everywhere except for Flying. Opeila would just never get used to the heights. She actually really disliked being up in the air with only a thin piece of wood between her legs, but she got used to it too.
Two hours later, the second year read through her Transfiguration homework again and nodded. Gently she blew on it and put it back down on the table, so the ink could dry. In the meanwhile she packed her stuff. The old quill, that truly looked a mess, was carefully put into a side pocket. Opeila turned back around- a little too quickly. Her elbow hit her inkwell and knocked it over. Ink splashed on the table and- over the essay of a girl next to her. Opeila froze for a second. "Oh my- I am so sorry!" Hastily she looked for a tissue but could only find the silk one that Flash gave her on the train. A moment later it was soaked with ink, almost making Opeila a little sad. The beautiful fabric...
"God, I am just too clumsy, I am so terribly sorry...", she repeated while trying to save the essay.
OOC: Feel free to take the girl's place if you like, otherwise I'll just let her be a faceless NPC, who will soon run off

A Three-Years-Meeting
As the girl, who she didn’t know, frantically tried to save her essay, Maggie couldn’t help but think about how she ended up in this situation in the first place.
Being a first year student at Hogwarts is the most amazing thing in the world, but at Christmas time it’s even more magical, so no one could really blame Maggie for being distracted the last couple of weeks before the new year. You would often find her just wandering about after lessons or reading random books that had nothing to do with her lessons. Ravenclaw’s certainly love to learn new things and Maggie wasn’t an exception. This did however create some problems for her with her professor.
Due to her lack of concentration and maybe missing an assignment or two, her Charm’s professor told her she could write an essay to make up for the missing assignments, but it was due by the first day back after the winter holidays.
Now Maggie is normally very prepared and is known to be good a studying, so she couldn’t believe how she could be so silly as to forget all about her Charm’s essay one day before it is due. This is how she found herself all alone in the library.
“Why must I be so forgetful!” she whispered to herself. She had managed to write one page, but was struggling to find something else to write about. She set aside the first page and went to start the next.
She glanced to the girl beside her, who seemed to be very productive. Then the girl started packing up her things to leave.
“I wish I could leave too.” she muttered. Then everything happened so fast and now there was ink all over her page.
”My essay!” she cried. The other girl tried to clean it up with her tissue, but it was no use. Maggie glanced at the tissue, which seemed to be very nice and felt bad for the girl.
“I’m sorry about your tissue and don’t worry about the essay, it wasn’t very good anyway. I mean I like Charms and all, but I’m finding it so difficult to write anything down.” she laughed.
“I’m Maggie by the way.” She introduced herself to the stranger and held her hand out.
