The Library

When Allie stumbled upon the Library on her second day at Hogwarts, she immediately thought, This is the best place ever! She had never seen a library as grand as the one at Hogwarts. And there were books! So many books! Allie couldn't wait to start reading them all, as she had already read every page of her school books and needed something new. She browsed the shelves and quickly found one that seemed interesting enough. She flipped it open to the first page and started reading. An hour later, she finished the book and grabbed another. Soon, it was time for lunch at the Great Hall, but she couldn't pull herself away from the book she was on. It was an adventure, full of magic and wonder. Finally, she managed to pull away long enough to borrow the book and get to the Great Hall, where she kept reading under the table, even as she ate. Allie didn't notice anything else around her and jumped when someone she didn't know tapped her on the shoulder, telling her she was the only one still there. Allie blushed and stood up.
"Sorry," she said, and left, heading straight for the Ravenclaw Common Room, hoping to get some peace and quiet.
