Who To Trust, Who To Avoid Closed

The day was going perfectly ordinary. Scarlett had been through all of her classes and did her usual thing - listen, not listen, wing the work and scribble down a few rushed notes. She would ask to borrow some notes from some others later on - it wasn't that big of a deal. To be honest, the day was going rather dully. Nothing exciting was happening, not since the Masquerade, which was positively chaotic. Or perhaps negatively chaotic would be a better word choice. Whatever the vocabulary, it had still been exciting.

And now she was back to her normal routine yet again. Scarlett weaved her way through the students milling in the corridors, all of them ready to go back to their common rooms or the grounds to relax, as the lessons were over. First-years bustled with the second-years, and Scarlett found it amusing, odd but amusing, as she realised she was no longer the youngest year in the school. She had climbed up the status ladder at last. Scarlett wondered how the first-years would get on at the mess that was Hogwarts. Was there going to be any galas, hags or murder cases in their time? There was really only one way to find out.

Scarlett hurried forward, eager to get back to the Gryffindor Common Room, when she bumped into a figure heading the same direction as her. "Oh, sorry 'bout that," said Scarlett. "You a Gryffindor too?"
