Once I was twelve years old
It was The Day. With capital letters. Because having capital letters made it even more official and exciting - in Lucia Fox's opinion, anyway.
The eleventh of August - or, as it was more commonly known in the Fox household, the day before Lucia's birthday.
The nearly-twelve-year-old was grinning madly from the moment she woke up at seven o clock in the morning - a time that would usually have been deemed to early to bother doing anything, but sacrifices had to be made and Lucia was willing to make them.
Four of her friends from school would be coming over to her house that day in preparation for the birthday sleepover planned that evening, and the Hufflepuff couldn't wait. She ran over the list in her head.
@Scarlett Aden - a Gryffindor girl whom Lucia hadn't talked to much since they first met around the start of the year. However, the two had grown closer over the summer camp, and Lucia had sent her an invite via owl. She had replied saying that she might be a little late, so would likely turn up (via the Floo Network) after lunch - but the Foxes had prepared a little extra, just in case she happened to get here on time.
@Alina Rosier - a fellow Hufflepuff whom Lucia had also met around the start of the year. She would be arriving via Floo powder - likely from her home, wherever that was. Lucia couldn't remember.
@Lindsey Springhall - another Hufflepuff who had held an end-of-year party that Lucia had attended. She had also RSVP'd that she would be arriving via Floo.
@Cassandra Ironwoods - a Slytherin this time, whom Lucia had met at Lindsey's party. The two had talked several times over the summer, and even discovered that they lived in the same place! Cash would be arriving via a 'car' - Lucia was yet to use the word with ease - and would have to unlock the front door of the shop before entering the wizarding section behind the counter where the others would arrive. The wizarding section of Fox's Magic Shop looked a little different to how it did usually.
Of course, the most noticeable difference would be the lack of customers. In fact, the only people who would be in the room when the first guest arrived would be Lucia's six-year-old sister, Willow, and the house elf, Rosa.
Willow had been forced into lookout duty, and was sitting on top of the counter swinging her legs and generally displaying both her talent for multi-tasking and her horribly short attention span. By the time the first guest arrived, she would be fiddling with the knobs of the radio which also stood on the counter, hearing a snatch of a tune (muggle and wizard) or news broadcast before speeding onto the next one. Two dolls lay beside her on the tabletop, abandoned.
Rosa, the house elf, had taken advantage of the fact that there were no customers and was sorting the hundreds of books into piles of whether or not they could be sold - some of the books were second- or even third- hand and it poor condition, thought most were new. She was sat in the corner of the room, levitating books towards her, flicking through them, then placing them on one of three piles which were taller than she was. Those in bad condition she would later repair by magic.
The second difference was the huge banner which hung over the bookcases - an early birthday present from Willow to Lucia. It was quite obvious that she had scrawled the badly-spelled message ('HAPY BERTHDAY LUCY!') onto a large piece of cotton - if you looked closely, you could even see the chalk marks - and then sewed over it with big and wobbly stitches.
However, it had been proudly hung between the bookshelves and occasionally Willow beamed at it with pride.
The third and final difference was that the door behind the counter, which opened onto a small staircase up to the Foxes' living area, was open. Usually, it would be found closed and magically locked, as with the door connecting the muggle and wizarding sections of the shop, but today both hung wide open. There was no point in closing them, after all - not when the shutters on the shop front were down and the front door shut.Other than that, the room appeared as usual.
Same bookshelves in neat rows, same fireplace with its ceramic pot of Floo powder nailed to the wall and white self-cleaning mat infront of it to catch the soot, same moving posters advertising the latest books, and the same framed Order of Merlin (third class) addressed to a Timothy Baxter hung on the far wall. When the first guest arrived, either by Floo or car (if by car, Rosa would magically lovk the door behind them with a snap of her fingers), Willow would jump down from her spot on the counter - abandoning the radio [feel free to pick a song that it's playing] - and give them a little wave and huge grin.
"Hi!!" she would say enthusiastically, then run behind the counter to hang on the doorframe and hollar up, "LUUUUUCCYYYYY!", drawing out the name.
She'd then realise that she didn't know/remember their name and turn back to them, whispering, "What's your name again?"
Once they'd given it, she'd say happily, "I'm Willow! and turn back to the doorframe to shout "[NAME]'S HEEEREE!"
Lucia would reply by shouting back, "COMING!"
A clatter at the top of the stairs would inform both sister and guest that Lucia was on her way down, accompanied by Ebony's warnings not to run - which she ignored, of course.
Her birthday had finally begun.

Today was the day. The day she would be traveling to Oxford to visit Lucia and her family for Lucia’s birthday.
Her Hufflepuff friend had sent her an owl a few days ago to invite her to her birthday party and sleepover. Just came back from an exhausting week in Sheffield, Lindsey was really glad to have a change. The Linfield Manor was somewhere not bad for a home, but Aunt Thea was just horrifying. And the old diaries and letters in Uncle Nathan’s old room…she was afraid of sleeping alone from that horrible night, when she believed that she had discovered some secrets. Her findings were shared with Edmund, and her brother believed so as well: there was something unspeakable about their aunt Dorothy Ellient, and the most important thing was, no one knew about it except their missing uncle and probably their parents. They did not dare to speak it out, apparently.
She thought about the things happened a few days ago when she got dressed. One of her best dresses were dragged out of the wardrobe, and was quickly put on. She did not wear dress very often——mostly T-shirts and jeans. But she would be going to a sleepover. Thinking about this, Lindsey dragged out some other clothes and threw them into her backpack after carelessly examined them.
“Ha, so that’s how our lovely Miss Springhall dressed?” Edmund’s voice rose from her door. “Yeah, personally I agree with her: she’s too dazzling, and she just don’t need to dress herself pretty an——”
“Edmund Springhall!” she scoffed. “I really doubt whether you need a pair of glasses.” Lindsey threw the backpack onto her shoulder, viewed her room for a last check, and stormed out of the door.
“Hey Lynn! I don’t mean——” Edmund chased after her, and took Lindsey’s cat Napoleon for a lift.
The two siblings entered the dining room, where their parents were already waiting. “Morning dear. Are you prepared, Lindsey?” her father asked. Lindsey nodded, and sat down. “Only,”——when her father Fitzwilliam saw Napoleon—— “Do not take your cat with you, I’m not sure whether the Foxes like him.” Another nod was after, and Lindsey decided to focus on her food, while listening to her father’s long story about how he took his old pet cat to a friend’s home, and unfortunately this friend was allergic to cat furs.
“Behave well Lynn.” her mother helped her to make her dress looked better and her hair as smooth as possible. “Also take care. See you.” and she put a kiss on Lindsey’s forehead. Somehow it seemed that they would be parting for a month or something, but Lindsey knew that her mother was only worried about the sleepover. After all, it’s her first in her life.
She grabbed some powder, and jumped into the fireplace, which the dear Mr Harriman doubted about it for thousands of times. The poor scientist just could not believe the fact someone still had a fireplace in their house. He would never know what’s the real usage, though.
“See you all tomorrow!” she said to her family, with a special blink to Edmund. “The Fox Family, Oxford!”
More blinks happened when she arrived. Lindsey tried to rub the dust out her eyes, and finally opened them to look around.
The radio was playing loud. Lindsey had no idea what song it was playing, and she did not want to know——maybe later someone would tell her. There were bookshelves nearly everywhere, at least in Lindsey’s opinion. “Hello?” she asked, without noticing a girl sitting at the counter.
“Hii!” and there came the girl, who was exactly the smaller Lucia——Is she Briar? thought Lindsey, remembering Lucia had mentioned her sister in her letters. The lively little girl called out for her sister Lucia, and then turned to Lindsey. “What's your name again?”
“Oh, I’m Lindsey, Lindsey Springhall.” she introduced herself. “I’m Willow!” the young girl replied her. Then she’s not Briar, but the youngest Fox girl. “It’s very nice to meet you Willow.” Lindsey smiled kindly to the girl.
“Lindsey’s HEEEREE! shouted Willow. It seemed that she was the first guest to arrive. “COMING!” a voice replied upstairs. Lindsey knew that it was Lucia. Footsteps were easy to hear——Lucia’s coming down.
“Lucia!” Lindsey ran towards her friend. “It’s great to see you again! How’s the summer going? You have a great house to live in as well!”

Lucia used the doorframe to swing herself around to face the fireplace - Rosa poked her head up from behind the books and looked disapproving, then gave a small bow to Lindsey and said "Miss Springhall," before ducking back behind the piles again - and grinned at her friend.Interacting with @Lindsey Springhall, tagging @Scarlett Aden, @Alina Rosier and @Cassandra Ironwoods.
Willow jumped back onto the counter and fidgited, looking longingly back at the radio.
"Hi!" Lucia replied, "You too! Summer's going ok, you?"
Lindsey then said she liked the house.
"Thanks," Lucia replied with a blush, and Willow (looking confused) asked, "But she hasn't seen it yet?"
"I think she means the shop, Wills," Lucia explained to her sister, who nodded and couldn't seem to think of anything else to say.
"Can I go now?" Willow asked after a beat, and Lucia let out a sound part-way between a sigh and a laugh.
"All right."
Willow jumped off the counter with an air of relief and grabbed her dolls, abandoning the radio which Lucia quickly turned off.
"Bye Lindsey, bye Rosa, bye Lucia," the six-year-old gabbled before running up the stairs Lucia had come from.
Lucia herself stood there a little awkwardly, experiencing the feeling all children seem to feel when a friend comes around - not quite sure what to do in order to fill time.
"Um, that's Willow, my sister.

"Cash!"Their mother shout from the edge of the pool. The green eyes girl ignore their mother and still doing their swimming laps. "Cassandra!"Their mother tried once again. The sound of their mother shouting drown by the water. "Por el amor de Dios (for the love of God), Phoenix!"Their mother patience is wearing thin.
Somehow at the shout of their first name, stop the purple hair girl in the middle of their swimming. "What, mother?"Cash replied back. Cash swipe the droplets of water that on their face and look at their mother annoyed. "Don't you have a party to attend?"Their mother remind them. "What party?"Cash inquires their mother.
"What party?!"Their mother look at them aghast. "You seriously don't remember it?"Their mother shook her head. "I do not. Spilled it out, mother"Cash sigh and walk toward the ladder. They climb up until they stand in front of their mother. "The one that kindly enough to invite you. The one that you already bought the gift for"Their mother helping them to gauge their memory.
Cash was quiet for a moment until it dawn on them. "Oh right!"Cash jogged slightly towards their sitting room and climb up the stairs toward their room. "You dropping water everywhere, Cassie"Their mother reprimand them. "Sorry"It was the last thing that the green eyes girl said before they closing their bedroom door.
Cash hurriedly grab their backpack and stuff the essentials thing for the sleepover. Cash remember that Lucia had owled them. Inform them that after the girl birthday, there will be a sleepover. Cash took a quick shower and dress for the occasion. Usually the soon to be second year dress in dark color and clothes but not today.
They grabbed the gift that they already bought some days ago after Lucia told them. Running their hands on the yellow blazer that they wear, backpack in hand, they climbed down the stairs. "Barclay already wait outside"Their mother inform them and going to another room. No kiss on the forehead or tell the purple hair girl to have fun or to mind their behavior.
Cash nodded their head and walk towards the Ironwoods front door.
******
"We're here, Miss"Barclay inform the young serpent girl. Cash look out from the window of their town car. This is the second time they been to Fox's Magic Shop. Cash opened the door and close it. "Have fun, Miss"Barclay smile to Cash. "Thank you"The ever proper Cash said their gratitude. With that being said the town car is en route back to Ironwoods Manor.
Cash hoisted up one of the backpack strapped onto their shoulder. They walk towards the door, and open it slowly. The bell ring indicated someone enter the room. The first sign that they see was the huge banner with poor spelling. Cash smirk as they read 'Lucy' instead of Lucia. Cash remembered that Lucia is not font of nicknames.
"Hey,"Cash greet the other two occupants in the room. In the radio playing a bop Muggle song that Cash heard it once or twice during their holiday. "Happy birthday, Luce"Cash stated. The first thing that Cash saw was the birthday girl and when they realize that there another person beside Lucia, Cash smile. "How are you, Holly?"Cash question their friend.
"How's your summer so far?"Cash added. They then rummage the front pocket of their backpack, looking for something. When they found it, they presence it to Lucia. On the palm of the green eyes girl there is a medium size black velvet box with maroon ribbon on it. "Uh, I do not know what to get you so.."Cash thrust their hand with the birthday gift in hand towards Lucia.
"My mother help me picked it. Hope you like it"Cash informed Lucia. "Once again feliz compleaños, that's mean happy birthday"Cash spoke out. They rubbed the back of their neck, suddenly feeling awkward.Interact with : @Lucia Fox | @Lindsey Springhall | Tagging :

A house elf bowed to her. Lindsey was rather surprised to see one in Lucia’s house, but she soon remembered that they were a large, wealthy pureblood family. She should have know it.
The “Miss Springhall”——as the house elf called it——smiled to the Fox sisters. “My summer’s great…yeah.” she answered, trying to get rid of those bad memories about her aunt. After all, she’s now here, with friends, instead of that thrilling witch. Would she ever find out more about her aunt Dorothy? About her weirdness? She did not know. Maybe she would one day.
Lucia introduced Willow as her sister as she left the room. Lindsey waved to the little girl, and nodded to Lucia. “She seems really merry.” So Lucia had two sisters. She must be really happy…to be the eldest and had siblings of her same gender. She thought about Edmund, Enjolras, Combeferre, and finally Perseus. They were all pretty close to her though…Maximilien was good as well. Weirdly, it was Qynn who seemed had a distance from her. So she must be grateful, to have such a good family.
Now another person entered the room. As soon as they entered, they stated “happy birthday” to Lucia, and greeted her. It was Cash. They were still as cool as usual, and Lindsey really admired them. She suddenly remembered that she hadn’t even wished Lucia a happy birthday.
“Hey Cash!” she grinned. “Also happy birthday Lucia!” Lindsey gave another smile to the birthday girl. She hoped Lucia could have a great birthday. With them.
Cash presented her gift to Lucia, and seemed a bit awkward after sending it. Lindsey decided that it was time for her——to make the atmosphere lively again.
“Lucia you’ve got to wait a little bit for my gift.” She grinned slyly, which seemed especially not Huffle-like. “Tomorrow you would be surprised——or would you?” The question was smartly threw to Lucia, and Lindsey just waited. “Anyway, I’ll walk around, and see if I could find a book while waiting for our other guests. Don’t laugh at my nerd nature!” she said, while nodding happily to Lucia and Cash, then walked into the large rows of bookshelves.

Just getting here so interacting with Rosa for @Lucia Fox 's Birthday
Perhaps picking up on Clifton's habit of being late, Alina was running behind. She had perfectly wrapped Lucia's Birthday present and packed her bag for the day's event then said a quick goodbye to James before heading out, across the Grand Foyer of Updown Court to the Floo Network Entrance. She went into a hearth, pulled out some of the powdery substance and said clearly, "Fox's Magic Shop."
From there she was transported inside what was Lucia's family's shop and her eyes were instantly drawn to two things - the banner that hung up with a Birthday message for the Birthday girl and a house elf looking through books. There were lots of books.
She didn't want to startle her, so she approached the elf slowly. When using the Floo Network there was always a whoosh sort of sound but the elf didn't seem to look up at it. "Hello," she said softly and kindly. She knew she was in the right place because of the banner, at least...assuming that Lucy was Lucia. Only made sense. "Hi, I'm Alina. Alina Rosier. I'm here for Lucia's Birthday," she said with a soft smile.
Despite being a wizarding family, the Rosiers didn't have house elves. They had hired help around the house like James, Margie, and so many others. Sometimes there were so many that she didn't know all their names.
Let your confidence shine, pretty girl.

AUGUST 11TH
@Lucia Fox @Alina Rosier @Lindsey Springhall @Cassandra Ironwoods
»»————- ✼ ————-««
In an average-sized house slightly off the town square of Godric's Hollow, a redheaded girl watched the kitchen clock intently. The clock was a vintage thing, with Roman Numerals replacing the usual modern numbers. It was a dusty gold and hung on the wall of the kitchen counter, next to the board of reminders (which, naturally, had hundreds of Post-It-Notes plastered on it, the oldest of which dated back to 1976). Obviously the girl was Scarlett Evelyn Aden. And obviously she was waiting for something, for why would Scarlett - otherwise known as 'That Girl Who Was Always Late' - be tracking the clock hands' every move?
Today was the 11th of August. Otherwise known as Lucia Fox's birthday.
Now, normally, Scarlett would've been quite relaxed about attending someone's birthday. Indeed, her aunt Fiona usually had to drag her away from her latest dastardly scheme, so Scarlett could manage to make it on time. But this ocassion was different. This time, Scarlett was rather excited. So here she was.
Her friend Lucia was a lovely Hufflepuff girl with deep blue eyes and wavy black hair. That summer, after summer camp, Lucia had written to Scarlett and a few others, addressing them about her birthday party that was to take place on the 11th of August. She detailed the plan - the girls would come over for lunch at 12:30, stay for tea and breakfast the next morning and leave at 10:00 on the 12th. Scarlett was undeniably excited, for an inexplicable reason. She had been on sleepovers before. She had had friends before. She had attended birthdays before. So why was she over-enthusiastic this time around?
Truth be told, Scarlett hadn't made a lot of friends at Hogwarts yet, which was hard for the spunky Gryffindor. She was usually surrounded by friends at home, but struggled to make new ones once she started attending the school. And it didn't help that just a few days ago, she had lost all of her childhood friends. Scarlett was more alone than she would've liked to admit. So when - nearer to the end of the year - Scarlett had started making friends and attending birthdays, she was quite ecstatic. It was a chance to revert to her old self - confident, brave and slightly cocky - again.
Scarlett's dark-brown eyes reverted back to the clock again. A few more seconds...
DING!
"FIONA, IT'S TWELVE THIRTY!" shouted Scarlett. The noise of her voice - slightly clipped, as always - carried up to the top floor, where her aunt Fiona was doing a spot of dusting. "CAN I GO NOW?"
The young Gryffindor heard a muffled shouts and thundering footsteps, before the beautiful face of her aunt popped into view, a few staircases up.
"Oh, alright then." said Fiona, wiping her hands on her blue cotton dress. It wasn't nearly as fashionable as all the other outfits in her wardrobe, but she was cleaning after all. "You know how to use the Floo Powder, right?"
"Of course I do," scoffed Scarlett. She didn't.
"Okay, great!" Fiona nodded and hurried back up the stairs. "Be home by 10:30 tomorrow, at the latest!"
Scarlett grabbed her bag - an average-sized backpack coloured sunny-yellow, with cute fabric daisies scattered around - and glanced at herself in the mirror before she left. Her hair was down - shoulder-length hair was so much more easy to manage - and she was wearing a red blouse and jeans. Scarlett checked the contents of her backpack, which stored Dungbombs and a few bottles of Butterbear, before taking some of the Floo Powder in the small pot next to the fireplace. She awkwardly wrestled into the fireplace, before thinking about what to do next. She vaguely recalled throwing the powder down and shouting where you wanted to go. So, of course:
"FOX'S MAGIC SHOP, OXFORD!"
Why the girl felt the need to shout everything today was a mystery.
***
Fox's Magic Shop seemed devoid of customers today, but that was expected - after all, today was one of it's resident's birthday, was it not? Contrary to it's name, the shop was in fact a bookshop, and not a magic shop.
Scarlett appeared in the fireplace, coughed a bit and stepped outside, only slightly sooty.
The shop was quite pleasant, to be honest. Bookcases were scattered around the room in neat rows, and a scribbled sign said: 'HAPY BERTHDAY LUCY!' A quaint, old-style song drifted round the room from a radio and Scarlett saw four people in the room already. Drat. She wasn't late, but she wasn't early.
Scarlett immediately walked to the group where Lucia Fox was talking Cassandra Ironwoods. Lindsey Springhall was wandering around looking for books and Alina Rosier seemed to have just stepped out of the fireplace.
Scarlett waited until Lucia had received her gift from Cash and playfully said, "Boo!"
The redhead laughed, before patting her backpack. "Can you believe I'm here on time Lucia? I know, I know. Your present's in my backpack, but it's a surprise...for now."
She said this last bit with a friendly smirk.
"Anyway, what are we all having for lunch? And where are your siblings? They sound. So. Cute."
Scarlett, being an only child, had no idea how much work siblings took, and how much mischief they caused. She just assumed they were innocent and little and 'oh so darling'. How wrong she was.
chill, it's only chaos

Interacting with @Lindsey Springhall, @Scarlett Aden, @Cassandra Ironwoods and @Alina Rosier.Post order (please follow!)
Lucia, Cash, Lindsey, Alina, ScarlettAfter Willow had run off, Lindsey said that her sister seemed 'merry'.
"Huh, that's one way of putting it," Lucia only half-joked, "Another'd be-"
But she was interrupted by the bell from the front of the shop, which signaled that someone had entered from the street - probably Cash, seeing as everyone else was planning to arrive via Floo.
The first to greet Lucia's purple-haired friend was Rosa, who stood up, bowed with a respectful "Miss Ironwoods," snapped her fingers to close and lock the doors they had come through, then ducked behind the books again.
Cash then greeted the room at large and wished 'Luce' a happy birthday.
"Thanks!" Lucia grinned, and (seeing as she was feeling a bit awkward standing around aimlessly) jumped onto the spot on the counter where her sister had vacated just a minute or two before.
Everyone seemed to be arriving at once - Alina whooshed out of the fireplace a second later and started talking to Rosa, who stood up and bowed again before sitting back down. Lucia had to refrain herself from commenting that the poor elf would turn into a jack-in-the-box at this rate.
"Miss Rosier," the elf squeaked. "My name is Rosa." She seemed unsure what else to say - Lucia was right there, shouldn't Miss Rosier be talking to her? That was what Rosa thought anyway.
Meanwhile, Cash had continued speaking.
"Holly? Who's..." Then Lucia realised that Cash was talking to Lindsey. Holly... As in Springhall? It was a long shot, but maybe that was where it came from?
Lindsey wished Lucia a happy birthday as well, and the blue-eyed girl grinned again. "Thanks!"
Cash presented her gift to Lucia, and Lucia took it from her with a smile. "Feliz compleaños," the Hufflepuff repeated. Spanish, maybe? "Thank- MERLIN'S BEARD!"
The redheaded form of Scarlett Aden poked itself out from where it had been hiding behind Cash, and laughed. Lucia, who had almost dropped the black box Cash had given her, breathed a sigh of relief.
Lindsey, who didn't seem to have noticed Alina's presence yet, decided to go and look for books, and Lucia agreed with an, "Ok."
"I thought you were coming later!" Lucia replied after Scarlett expressed her suprise at being on time. "Thanks!"
She still wasn't quite sure how to handle recieving presents from people who weren't family, and that probably showed in her posture as she swing her legs, tapping them against the counter.
"Lunch... We're having a table-picnic sort of thing-"
Scarlett interrupted with her next question, and Lucia made a silent vow not to let the Gryffindor sit next to Willow at any point during the evening.
"They're upstairs." Lucia jutted a thumb behind her, towards the stairs she had come down earlier.
"Now everyone's here..."
She jumped off the counter, and called over to Lindsey, "Hey Lindsey, come back! Everyone's here now!"

Upon entering the Fox's Magic Shop and was greet by Lucia house elf. The house elf bow respectfully with "Miss Ironwoods". Cash never like someone address them that formal. Many many times Cash always told their helpers (elves and wizard like) to address by their middle name or Cash but none of them seems did what they have been told.
While waiting for the others to arrived, the three students talked to each other. Lindsey said 'Hello' in return to the green eyes. She also said happy birthday to Lucia. The purple hair girl handed their gift to Lucia and was glad the birthday girl accepted. Cash did not know whether Lucia will like it or not.
Is it too much? I know I should have picked something else Cash thought to themselves. Lindsey then cryptically told her fellow Badger to wait until tomorrow for her birthday present. Cash let out a small chuckle at that. Lindsey then stated that she will walked around while waiting for the others to arrive.
Not long after that a whoosh come from the fire place and Alina stepped out from the fireplace. When the green eyes presented their gift to the birthday girl, they feel like someone is behind them and when Lucia screamed, Cash almost have a heart attack. "What did you do that for?"Cash clutching their heart exaggeratedly.
Being tall has its own disadvantage. One of the example was people hiding behind the serpent's back. The young Slytherin asked the question to both Lucia and Scarlett. The red head known as Scarlett laughed about her own mischievousness. Scarlett then talked about being on time to Lucia.
Cash did not know that much about the red head so they did not know what Scarlett consider on time or late. Lucia then jumped from the counter that she had been seated on and called after Lindsey and announce that everyone already did presence. "Great!"The soon to be second year clapped their hands.
"What is on the agenda Lu-Lucia?"Cash had to stopped calling Lucia by Luce since the young badger is not so fond of nicknames.
Sorry for the wait, guys

Mentioning @Lucia Fox , @Scarlett Aden and @Cassandra Ironwoods
Alina found herself looking over the titles of the books around her and feeling like she wanted to come back someday to Fox's Magic Shop to purchase a few things but right now she was there for her friend's Birthday party so she snapped out of it. Now was not the time.
This was already different than the last Birthday Party she attended. It had been with Clifton over the Summer for a friend of his named Jack. It was held at the local park and there had been a water balloon fight. It was a lot of fun. Alina hoped that Lucia would have a good time today since she was the Birthday girl.
Alina had met Lindsey, they had gone on an adventure through the corridors back in their first year. And she knew Cash, not so much personally but knew them by their name, having heard it around. Still, she gave them a smile, always eager to meet new people. Then a girl popped out on them and Alina laughed at the fright it gave Cash. This seemed like a nice group of people.
She wondered what a wizarding Birthday Party was like. She and Bella had very low key Birthdays growing up and last year at school she didn't mention when hers was to anyone.
Let your confidence shine, pretty girl.
