It was almost weird how quickly and without obvious reason Opeila and her grey tabby had grown closer. While Opeila had been unable to even stroke him at the beginning, now his place was direct next to her, no matter where they went. If the little Slytherin let him, he would probably even go to lessons with her. It could be annoying at times, but it definitely made Opeila a little happier. She was glad that there was someone by her side, even this moody cat that resembled her so much.

Summer was starting. Opeila could feel it every time she went outside and didn't immediately have an icy wind in her face. And today, the sun was shining so warm that she even left her coat inside. It wasn't warm enough for t-shirts, this was Scotland after all, but it was nice enough to just wear a sweater, take some pumpkin juice and a few chocolate frogs outside and read a book on a blanket. At least that had been her plan. Before she had even arrived at the lake, her cat suddenly ran off, seemingly after something. "L- Loras? Hey! Come back! Don't you-"

He was running towards the forest that was still distant, but Opeila knew that Loras would run into it without hesitation. Last time she had followed him, a prefect had caught her- what was his name again? Oh right, Scott. Not again.
Loras followed something that looked like a butterfly, probably fascinated by its colourful wings. He was so easy to fascinate... And he was a lot faster than Opeila, who was also slowed down by the blanket, the book and the bag with food and drinks. "Loras, dammit..."
