She had to leave. She had to scream. She had to find somewhere to let it out; Where was that? She had no idea.

Lana pushed through the crowds of students waiting in the corridors, her face red from anger. How her parents had figured out she backed down to a mud-blood was beyond her, though the owl she was sent from Carmarthen needed no explanation.
Of course they were furious, why wouldn't they have been? First their disastrous daughter ends up in Ravenclaw, now she's embarrassing their family name? It was revolting just to think about, causing her to run past the other second years flooding out into the halls.

She was upset, she was disgusted, but on top of it all; she was angry. Angry at the little Ravenclaw muggle-born who insulted her in the common room, angry at the fact that her parents made her enroll into the stupid school in the first place, and furious with herself for having such a short temper. Had she kept her mouth shut and walked away this would have never happened, resulting in much less stress than usual.

As she reached the grounds, she threw her bag at the tree and screamed out of frustration.
How pathetic, how simply pathetic.
