Outside of her designated uniform Adriel often wears outfits that are functional and comfortable. Her favorite outfits consist of warm sweaters, comfortable jeans, big shirts, and anything that has a hilarious saying or an adorable mascot. She essentially wears every color of the rainbow but prefers lights over darks.

Adriel Greynore was born in Rawmarsh, England to Gregory and Eleanor Greynore. Her father is the wizard of the family and fantasy novelist. Her mother is muggle born and works as a travel agent. Adriel was home schooled by her parents, primarily her father since her mother was always away on business. During the summer she would visit her grandparents on her fathers side. They helped to take care of her and are the only living relatives she is aware of. She knows nothing of her mothers side of the family aside from the fact that they hate wizards. Needless to say her parents cut ties with them.

For the most part all was as well as it could be until Adriel's 8th year of life. It was during this time that her parents got a divorce. One of their nightly spats about their unhappiness brought about the first time Adriel had witnessed accidental magic. She was sat up in her bed listening to their conversation when suddenly divorce was brought up. She did not want to lose her mother forever. She felt afraid but most of all angry. In a fit of emotions she let out a yell that sent the books on her shelf crashing into the opposite wall.

Adriel Greynore was born on a cold Autumn's evening in Rawmarsh, England. She is the loving daughter of Gregory and Eleanor Greynore. Her father is a fantasy novelist and the wizard of the family. Her mother is a muggle born and she works as a travel agent. Adriel knows little of her linage. What she does know is that her parents cut ties with her mothers side of the family due to their prejudices against wizards. On her fathers side of the family she has her dotting grandparents Martha, and Xavier Greynore.

Adriel was home schooled by her parents. She learned about both the muggle world, and wizarding world through them. Most of her days however, was spent with her father. Her mother was constantly away on business trips. She never seemed to make anytime to just be at home. Despite this Adriel's childhood was fairly happy. She spent most of her time reading and listening to her fathers stories. She felt happiest though when her mother was actually home.

Adriel lived with both of her parents for 8 years. Her mother, Eleanor, eventually divorced Adriel's father when she was 8. Her career caused a strain on their marriage that was irreparable. Eleanor felt trapped in their quaint cottage, and in her marriage. Countless nights were spent in arguments. Eleanor wanted to explore the world, her job meant everything to her. Which is why she eventually left. Adriel still keeps in contact with her mother through postcards and letters though she feels estranged from her.

The first time Adriel showed magic potential was when she 8. One night Adriel had overheard her parents arguing in the kitchen. Adriel sat up in her bed and listened to their hushed voices. They tried to remain quiet as they discussed the possibility of a divorce but tempers soon flared. Adriel could not believer her ears as she listened to her mothers angry voice proclaim that she "just couldn't do it anymore, pretending to be happy when really she felt trapped". Adriel was afraid of losing one of her parents, not only was she afraid but she was also angry. In a fit of emotions Adriel cried out loudly sending the books in her room flying off the shelf and crashing against the wall.
