| FULL NAME — Liesolette “Lettie” Sabine Grimm BLOOD STATUS — Muggle-born DATE OF BIRTH — April 19th, 2015 SPECIES — Human NATIONALITY — German RESIDENCE — Swansea, Wales PHYSICAL APPEARANCE — Liesolette preferred to keep her long black waves up in a bun, but she did occasionally let it down at home. She’s not the type to fuss about her appearance; though she likes keeping an upkept look, the effort is often minimal, extending only to lip-balm and some mascara. Her freckles are obvious against her skin, and unlike other traits she feels neutral about, they are one of the few things she genuinely likes. |

As time passes, it becomes clearer to the people in her family that Lettie inherited her mother’s height. She grows a noticeable amount each year, and now currently stands at 4’11”. Eloise, Lettie’s biological mother, had been a tall woman that stood at almost 6’0”, towering over their father by several inches. And so, it’s often said in the family that Lettie is the likeliest to approach her mother’s height. |
| Now that Lettie’s approached her pre-teen years, she has surprisingly found a style of clothing she likes. Unlike the modest manners she holds her face and hair to, the girl has surprisingly taken to classy outfits that were a bit intricate. Maroon, brown, off-white cream and black were the hues that complimented her well, and she used them practically daily. Accessories were a must as well, but she kept herself in check, often only wearing a bracelet or a necklace at once. | ![]() |
| PERSONALITY — Being the older twin, Liesolette has taken a protective stance against those who wished to harm her sister time and time again, which had damaged her perspective of people. She remains cautious of strangers, but unless one is openly hostile, they will only find themselves being eyed with wariness. If, by unfortunate luck—or perhaps, by fate's wish to ensure you receive your dues—you do receive her end of hostility, you'll quickly find that her fiery temper is not one to be messed with. She holds very little patience for nonsense. Once you do get to know her, however, you'll find that she still won't seek you out. Do not take it to heart; the girl prefers her own company over that of others. Liesolette won't hesitate to tell you that of her own accord, preferring to be honest to those she does consider friends, though it can often come out snappy and blunt. |

Lettie’s pride showed clearly not long after she had adjusted to her school in Wales. She dove into her education with the focus of a military sergeant, feeling satisfaction at the grades she’s earned through meticulous hard work. It felt like she finally found her place in Wales, even after the rocky start she had with the place.
That was, until, Lettie turned eight, and magic came crashing into her life without a regard for her routine.

xxxLiesolette “Lettie” Grimm was born on the 19th of April 2015, only a few minutes earlier than her identical twin Giselle Grimm. Though the news of their arrival had been a happy occasion, the reality of the situation overshadowed her father’s abundant joy; having already struggled with Lettie’s birth, her twin sister’s birth took a toll on their mother, and she had passed not long after meeting the two. Being left as a devastated widower with two children to raise, his emotions poured into his writing, eventually turning into a famous book known in Germany that gained traction. With it, her father had the means to provide for his children comfortably, working alongside journals geared towards families as well as local colleges as a teacher part-time. |

xxxEven at the age of two, the twin sisters’ personalities were clear. xxThough both were on the quieter side, the way they reacted to xxsocialization was different. While Giselle was shy but clingy towards her xxfather and their nanny, Lettie simply preferred her own company. The xxnanny often found her in places that had very little people inside, either xxby her lonesome and playing with the toys her father had gifted her, or xxoccasionally, with the man himself or her twin sister in the room. This xxmade it easier to differentiate between them as they grew; though they xxshared the same face, the people around them could easily differentiate xxthe difference in their habits and mannerisms, even those outside of their xxlittle family. |

| By the time Lettie had turned four years old, her father had enrolled her in a daycare for her early education. For the girl, who had been steadily soaking up information like a sponge with her nanny’s support, the opportunity to develop had been a blessing; although she caught up with the rest of the students with ease, the mere act of being in preschool prevented her from being constantly bored at home. Her sister had struggled considerably more so, but it wasn’t anything she or their nanny couldn’t help with. It was at age five that new company came into the Grimm family’s life. A short, plump woman by the name of Rosalind had stumbled into her father’s life. Bits and pieces of their romance came subtly: exchanged glances away from the children, a few hours of the week spent going out with just themselves. Neither of the children knew much about their biological mother, as their father kept his grief away from his children over the past few years, but even to them, it was clear Rosalind made their father happy. It helped that the children grew to like the woman, as she fussed and took care of them both as if they were her own. |
| Not long after the twins’ sixth birthday, the lovers got engaged. The next big decision was made promptly, and soon, the two girls found themselves packing their bags to move to Swansea, Wales. The change was jarring, and it took months for them to adjust; Giselle mourned and missed her close friends back home, while Lettie herself hated how drastic the change had been. It was a new scene with a whole different language to learn apart from English and German, which she had finally caught up in. To say that she felt uprooted would be an understatement, and she made sure Rosalind and her father knew of her dissatisfaction. Still, after several long months catching up on the language—and being proud to say that she had not fallen behind by much in her new primary school—her childish anger eventually faded into simmers of annoyance before finally reaching the stage of acceptance. | ![]() |

| xxxLettie had many wonderful qualities, but to say that patience was one of them would be a lie. Though she kept herself in check as much as possible when it came towards her family, there was little spared for those outside of this circle. When she and Giselle had started their classes in Monmouthshire, her patience was immensely tested; not only had she been uprooted from the comfort of her routine, she now had to deal with babbling strange children in a language she didn’t know. A translator was even needed! It was utterly humiliating, and by the time she got home, the girl was seething. Walking in after her sister, the door banged loudly against the frame. Giselle had gone ahead of her sister to happily greet their stepmother, but Lettie remained near the door, her fists clenched with a frustrated expression. Walter, their father, peeked his head from behind a wall, concerned to see his daughter in such a state. Carefully, as if he was treading a line, Walter asked the following: “Anything happen today, Lettie?” Unfortunately, it was the wrong question to ask. “What didn’t happen?” Lettie snapped, unable to control the frustration oozing from her very being. She didn’t like snapping at her father, but the fact was, he and his wife had made a decision without consulting them ahead of time. Moving to Wales was NOT her decision, and she hated not having a choice. She was more than happy back home, so why did she have to go based on their whims? Her father winced, but he found it understandable. “I know you’re still mad about this whole thing, little rose,” he said patiently. “I meant more so.. towards your day. About the school. Are they good?” “They’re baffling, that’s what they are!” was the girl’s frustrated reply as she moved away from her father, leaving her shoes on the shoerack beside the door. “They decided I needed a translator. A translator!” Walter held back his tongue, wanting to say that she did, in fact, may have needed a translator, since she didn’t speak Welsh. He didn’t have a death wish. “..I’m sure it was mostly just an act of kindness, little rose,” was what he settled with. Unfortunately, that statement did nothing to quell the frustration deep in his little girl’s bones, as she only scoffed further. “Why did we have to pack and move? Weren’t we happy back home?” Lettie rambled, now infuriated. “That was our home, and we just left it. I had my own schedule, my own room, my own rhythm, and now it’s gone! You didn’t even consult me or Giselle about the move. You didn’t tell us until the day before the flight! Do you know how ridiculous that sounds, Papa? Not telling your own children about the fact that they’re moving to a whole new country?” The more she spoke, the louder her voice got. Walter only stood there and listened, knowing full well that this had been brewing ever since they moved, and that this was just something she needed to let out. It wasn’t as though he wasn’t guilty of the accusations, either. He truly hadn’t told either of his girls until it was too late. “You’re so wrong for that, Papa!” Lettie seethed, feeling her frustration and anger manifest throughout her body. Just as she let out that final shout, the glass that decorated the front entrance shattered into a million pieces and fell out. Her father immediately ushered her behind him, looking baffled as to what on Earth just happened. |
