"I have done well to never concern myself with insignificant matters or persons. I and I alone have always determined what I considered significant and what I did not..."

The living symbol of an ancient blood pact formulated to preserve a noble lineage, the child was groomed to become the successor of the great House; to carry its name and its gifts forward and to produce an heir who will do the same. Remove his errant brother, who besmirched the family's name, and the crown shall be his.

A king anointed in secret and destined to combat a much more formidable power than himself for the sake of his name and the vow that his very existence represented. Yet whispers reach his ears with messages of the horrors of his honorable lineage and the sins that it committed that damned it for all time. In pretending, in being, in knowing, one that is and is not now holds a delicate and uncertain fate in his hands.

"...And, if I dare say so myself, I have exceeded all expectations, defied all odds, and have earned the position that I claimed; the supreme outcome being the fealty of lesser men being sworn absolutely to me."

Vergilius was born at the Chiadovini Demesne on Wednesday January 8th, 2015, to his father Ricardo Benvolio and mother Terezija Mirel Schiavone as a result of an arrangement due to the reinnervation of the servitude blood pact between their two houses. He became a dual-citizen of Italy and Slovenia due to his lineage and was raised primarily in his mother's ancestral home in Lepena, Slovenia despite tutorship in Venice, Italy at the Chiadovini Demesne.

After a first incident of magic featuring the temporary animation of a yet-unenchanted portrait at the age of four, the child was set up to attend Durmstrang and attended his foundation year before the change in schooling standards came to fruition. To adhere to the guidelines, his residence was listed as his Slovenian address.

OLIVANDER FLAVOR TEXT

Obtained before his foundation year at Durmstrang, this wand was created by the Franssonstav family business. Notably hand-whittled and raw-looking in appearance & cut, Vergilius keeps the wand in a chest holster on his left side.

The weight of the wand is balanced on the connection between the handle and the extension of the wood, and temperament of the wand carries the same sort of superiority complex that blights its owner. The colouration of the wand is natural, and the quality of the lacquer's shine sometimes reflects light.

Vergilius has practiced extensively with the art of ambidextrous wielding. Do not presume that incapacitating only one of his hands will result in weakening his abilities. It is recommended that one [ℝ𝔼𝔻𝔸ℂ𝕋𝔼𝔻] so as to ensure full compliance.

Upon addition, the genetic material begins to react with the rest of the potion, producing thin black smoke and hissing in the concoction. The potion will turn wine-red and smell of fermentation and clay and the material will completely solute. The process should take less than a few seconds. As it ages, the potion's colouration will gradually lose colour and become clear. Texture is chalky and thick, and may require water to clear the senses.
