History/Background Story:
Alex was born as a twin to Selene and Eilian in an house on the estate where his grandfather and grandmother's manor house resides. Having lived in a rather large manor, it was easy for him and his sister to roam around and find themselves in new nooks and crannies. They would often go on adventurers to find new parts of their house but soon become bored when they had found every secret they could find.
Alex often went to stay with his Grandfather and Grandmother in their manor house to learn about anything and everything they wished to tell him about. It was during his time here that he often snuck away to the library, finding a small area to curl up to read. He was often found by his sister who would give him an amused look before being dragged away to entertain her.
It was thrilling to get his letter to Hogwarts, finally able to go to a school and learn even more about the magical world. Of course he already had some base knowledge, taught by his grandparents and parents alike, but to be able to be taught by teachers was something that really excited him. The excitement grew when his father took him to Diagon Alley to buy all of his supplies for the school year, trying and failing to get his father to buy objects he didn't quite need.
