PERSONALITY Reducio Do you know the feeling of sunshine on your face after a long, cold winter? You could say that's the embodiment of who Dean is at his core. He likes to be that shining beacon some need, that comforting person, that fun, caring friend you can always rely on. He's not very smart, nor very studious, but he sure is here for a good time. Despite his youth, there's something akin to resilience in him, a quiet strength he has that he digs into in tough times. He's quite a headstrong boy and he rarely (if not never) really thinks about his words before they spill from his mouth. Fiercely loyal, he's always ready to square up for his friends.

PHYSIQUE Reducio He's got that young boyish charm that makes him look more like a weird scarecrown than a kid. Atop his head sits a mop of curly, messy brown hair that's never ever brushed through. His eyes, always twinkling with something, are a dark blue, like her mother's. There's a kind of ruggedness to his look, something to show he's not scared of an adventure and of dirt; He struggles to present himself cleanly.

BACKSTORY Reducio Dean was born to a wizard father and a Muggle mother. Raised under the bustling skies of Newcastle, the young boy's life was a gentle blend of the magical and the mundane, both worlds mixing into a pretty cocktail for him to enjoy. There was no emphasis on either and from the moment he could speak, he was always welcome to choose his path. He always showed a certain curiosity for the world and for life, which his mother satiated through books and his father kept alive with travels. His parents were always present in his life, always supportive of his various endeavours and trials. As he grew, so did his fascination for magic and the world his father had evolved into. His first foray into his own abilities happened a little after his sixth birthday. Focused on drawing at the dinner table on a school night, his parents watching something on the TV just nearby, he'd lost himself a little, his mind a blank space. The sound of thunder echoed through the house, rain splattering against the windows, coating the world in a cold, dark wave. A flash of light illuminated the sky, sending little rays throughout the kitchen and suddenly, Dean's glass of milk began to twirl and tremble, forming a small vortex. Oblivious to it, he'd only realised what he had done after the glass was spilling onto his paper, drenching his drawing. He'd spend hours pouring over his father's old textbooks, his imagination raging like a fire, ignited by the stories, the spells, the thoughts and the life of Hogwarts. The letter he eventually received had been long awaited and welcomed with pride and joy.

HOBBIES Reducio Dean loves to play Quidditch! Member of the team, he spends a good chunk of his time training to perfect his skills. He's also a bit of a bookworm, though he'd never admit it to anyone. His mother instilled a love of stories into his mind from a young age, something he'd never been able to shake. And, overall, Dean just loves people- one of his main hobbies is chatting.

AMBITIONS Reducio His ambitions are much bigger than he is at his age! He'd love to become an amazing Quidditch player, in professional leagues, though he's quite open to what the world has to offer him.

FEARS Reducio Dean tries to never focus on his fears. He's a happy young boy and his mind is rarely occupied by dark thoughts. Though, if he had to pick a few, they'd most likely be related to his family's health and safety. They're what's most precious to him!
