Physical Description She has shoulder-length red hair, freckles surrounding her face, and mint green eyes.
History: Victoria, who was born in Welsh on March 8, 2012, is the only child of the family. Even though she came from a middle-class family, she was tried to be respected.
There was a small town not far from their home. Because Tori was a Metamorphmogus (she constantly changed her eye color when she was a baby), her mother did not want her to talk to other people. Since her father wandered around to research the plants for a while, her mother could easily hide them. When his father got a little older, he started working at home.
As Tori grew up, her passion for books increased when she realized that she loved to question life more and research and learn new things. Her family could not send her to school, so she was educated at home, but this did not make her an introvert.
She has taken her mother and father as examples since she was little. For example, her mother would sometimes make medicinal medicines with non-magical herbs. Tori would see her and sometimes go to her mother and try to do the same thing. The things she did were useless, but she had a lot of fun. Sometimes he would go to the greenhouse with her father and research the plants with him.
Her first example of magic was seen when, at the age of 4, she cried while having breakfast with her mother (her father was in the greenhouse) when fruit juice spilled on his favorite dress while eating, and as a result, all the plates, forks and glasses flew into the air. Her mother immediately corrected her. When her letter arrived at the age of 11, she explained everything. After telling this, Vera told everything to her husband. Vera had previously thought that her husband would get angry because her father was oppressive

Mischief that can be done at Hogwarts
First-Years and Second-Years may not enter Hogsmeade.
Students cannot enter the Forbidden Forest without permission from professors.
You may not be outside of your commons rooms after 8:00 pm without permission
You may not be outside of your commons rooms before 7:00 am without permission.
You may not be outside of your dorm rooms after 10:00 pm without permission.
Students may not swim in the lake without staff supervision.
Students may not enter the common rooms or dormitories of houses other than their own.
Students may not enter staff rooms without permission.
There shall be no fighting without or with the use of magic.
Students may not disrespect staff, such as prefects or professors.
There will be no eating or drinking in the library under any circumstances.
Skipping class, or not doing homework is not allowed, in any shape or form.
Stealing, in general, won't be accepted.
No damage to school property.
No weapons (other than your wand) on your person at any time.
No attempting to injuring yourself or to injure others
No copying homework or cheating on exams. (OWLS / NEWTS)
No usage of Broomsticks outside of the Quidditch Pitch.
No going into other gender's dormitory areas.
Students must wear their school uniform during school hours unless common clothes are permitted by a professor.
Magic should only be used in relation to studies and extra-curricular activities or with permission.
